I had a great experience here! Our waitress was Annai and she explained everything to me since I’ve never had fondue before. She was so nice, extremely professional, and checked on us regularly. Also I highly suggest the pomegranate cosmopolitan! Shout out to the manager Noah. He had my friends and I laughing so hard. We had a great time here and will be back.

Great all around food experience - top quality across each course with various options for each flavor preference. Service is top tier. Noah, one of the managers (6’1, funny, personable, intelligent, feminist, and prepared with fire during snowmagedon), interacted where appropriate and provided conducive service to surrounding tables. Simply Fondue is anything but simple. This is a meal meant to be slowed down, leaned into, and shared over a few hours. It's one of those rare dining experiences that quietly insists you stop rushing and just 'be' for a while. The flavors throughout the four-course meal are layered, thoughtful, and deeply satisfying. The French Onion Swiss fondue alone could justify the visit: rich, savory, unapologetically indulgent, and mercifully free of the bitterness that too often sneaks into lesser fondues. I could have eaten twice my body weight in it without regret. The main course follows suit. Each meat arrives already seasoned with intention, not as an afterthought, before being lowered into a savory roasted garlic broth that’s fragrant and full-bodied in all the right ways. Standouts are the Texas Style Tenderloin, the Buttery Herb Chicken, and the Lonestar Chicken. Each one delivers exactly what it promises, no gimmicks and no shortcuts. And then there’s the grand finale, dessert. A carefully curated selection of chocolate fondues, paired with a generous platter of sweet treats designed to make you linger just a little longer. It’s indulgent, but it earns it. What truly elevates the experience though is the service. Our server Annai, and the manager Noah (Nonah), struck that rare balance: attentive without hovering, present without intrusion. Their check-ins felt natural, almost invisible and woven seamlessly into the rhythm of the evening rather than interrupting it. This isn’t just dinner, it’s an experience, and one we’ll happily return to.

6th years eating here and still awesome! We’ve always had great staff and food, and Nonah was great! It felt like maybe the portion sizes were slightly reduced but not enough to complain, especially since we usually leave feeling like we’re going to explode lol. Don’t skip the 6 pepper beef!!

There was no wait in a Friday night which was so nice! Food was delish and service was great! Kenzie was very kind, enthusiastic, and helpful. She recommended the paper steak and it was our fave. We always love coming for a special treat!

Our server Kenzie was phenomenal! Very attentive, and great conversation. The food was fresh and great quality. The Chai latter martini was so good I ordered two, and I'll absolutely order salmon with my entree again from here on out. We haven't been here in a while, but they've definitely only gotten better since out last visit!

We have been coming to Simply Fondu every year for my birthday for years. Tonight was the best experience that we have had in years if not ever. Stacy was very accommodating and helpful and Zay was just a great server. Zay is incredibly sweet, fast and really took care of us tonight. Overall a truly lovely evening. I’ll give one critique and only one… music choice. I’d like to suggest a Frank Sinatra type playlist. It would fit the atmosphere so much better. Maybe we are old but our teenage boys would have preferred Frank too 😂. Otherwise stellar experience and the employees were great. Thank yall for a great birthday dinner.

Loved his suggestions as well as his very enthused hospitality that felt personalized and super welcoming. The fresh food was great, experience was even better and one to remember thanks to Nonah . We actually had so much fun here and the food was so good! We got the classic cheddar, the entrees (all the meats and sauces were great), the death by chocolate as the dessert. Everything was delicious! The service was also INCREDIBLE! Our amazing server, Erica, matched our energy and really made the whole night extra fun. She was great with giving recommendations and knew the menu inside and out. Truly an exemplary server and a great experience. Can’t wait to be back!!

This place is great! Simply Fondue is under new management and it really shows. Stacey the hostess was very attentive to asks and Kylie the server was prompt with getting us through our courses. The restaurant has had a thorough clean and all the staff were happy and pleasant to be around. Get the s’mores chocolate for dessert- they light it on fire to toast the marshmallows! We will be coming back soon. 10/10 would recommend

Simply wonderful! My boyfriend made reservations for a 7 o'clock birthday dinner at Simply Fondue and we both had a great time! The dinner rush hit hard and our server was sat 3 times before we arrived, but the hostess was exceptional! She helped get us seated and comfortable while the Chef Manager delivered our water.Everyone worked together as a team on a busy night to ensure we were taken care of. And the server was great! He had worked there for 4 years and knew the menu very well and was nice enough to offer to take our picture at the end of the evening. He's probably seen a million date nights and still made a point to make ours special! Atmosphere: The dim lights, intimate booth setting, and soft music creates a romantic evening while the interactive dinner allows for some fun at the table that is unique from any other dining experience. Food: We enjoyed the Simply Fondue Classic Dinner - an impressive, four-course dinner that was delicious and filling! We left very full! I was even impressed with the salad, the garlic ranch was delicious! Drinks: the blue cheese martini was perfect! The olives appear to be hand stuffed so I asked for extra! It was perfectly chilled and tasted like a quality vodka. Highly recommend, great date night spot!

What started as a night with low expectations was thankfully turned around by our wonderful waiter, Zay. My bf and I arrived for our valentines day dinner and were given Noah I believe was a his name. It took 20 mins just to be greeted by him. After another 10, out drinks arrived only after my bf went to the bar to them sitting there and asking the hostess if we had to get our own drinks. I typically do not complain about servers but this was one of the worst servers I've had. He wasn't friendly, I asked twice about cooking styles only to be given basically no information. There was a set Vday menu and we were to be spending almost $150 on food alone. I expect EXCELLENT service if were planning on spending $200 after drinks, and tipping on top of that. He was simply not friendly, to the point my bf asked if we could just leave. Instead, as it was his first time trying fonue, and I a bit of an expert knew he'd love it, he asked to be given a new waiter. And thank goodness he did! Zayed was absolutely wonderful! He was friendly would joke with us, he explained the menu items well to us, and overall was a joy. He checked on us more times in 30 mins than we even saw the first waiter in the same time. Not sure if it was because of vday or the experience but we were given free champagne at the end of the meal so that was a nice touch. Though, we were stuffed so we couldn't finish it lol. All the food was absolutely exceptional. Definitely worth the price!

Simply Fondue provides a nice change of pace for your dining experience. We ordered the Classic so we could experience all four courses. The overall quality of the ingredients is good. The service felt a bit slow at times, but this was a very minor thing. Our waiter Maurice was engaging and made excellent recommendations. The atmosphere feels slightly dark but it is comfortable and suits the fondue experience. I thought the value for money was reasonable. However, I can see how one would think it’s expensive because there aren’t a lot of expensive items except for the proteins and you don’t get huge portions of meat. Overall, I think you will enjoy your dinner out at Simply Fondue.

Super cool place. It was our first time experiencing fondue. If you go with the Classic meal, you'll get your money's worth. Our server, Stephanie, was very accommodating and friendly. We chose the deep fry and cast iron options. It was almost sensory overload, lots going on. The cast iron was really smokey most of the time. The best part was the dessert. If we ever go back, it will be for dessert only.

Zay was awesome, thank you for recommending the 6 Pepper Steak! We got the Classic Dinner ($65 per person). While the food and atmosphere were great the only problem is the portion sizes. What you see is what you get. You can get more things to dip into cheese or chocolate but once you run out you run out. That's good for the dessert portion but I would have really liked more cheese. Proteins you get only 3 pieces per selection and no. Cheese but things to cook them in. Not bad for a date night or a special occasion but you should know before you go.

We came here on a Friday night after visiting Arboretum in Dallas, wanting a to enjoy a fun and impropmtu date night. We chose this place because they had a decent reviews. Food was okay although we have been to other ones in Fort Worth, and they had more selection and and larger quantity even. Only complain is our server Anna seemed to be very inconvenient by having us there, she just seemed so annoyed that we were wondering if we ever did anything wrong or we were rude. She approached our table and always seemed to be in a rush and did not even take the time to explain everything or we if we even had any question. We were not sure if that was just her normal personality being so cold, if so, you shouldn't be working in this industry. Food was alright. And she gave us the last course which was the dessert. She just put the tab on the table while we were still eating and did not even ask if we would like anything else, we actually wanted more fruit and she passed by and we approached her nicely and she answered, "YES?"... We overheard the other server next to us delivering a much more pleasant experience and seemed to be very sweet and nice which we wished we had the same.
