I had my dog with me and no masks so I couldn’t go in so I called and asked if they could bring it out to me and he was very polite and brought me my food. Mind you, this was during the dinner rush and they don’t do curbside. Around 12 clock pm Alexis was on the front counter he was very fast and very patience Pearson with the customers his customer service was spectacular the lady’s from the kitchen were the example of great team work I definitely recommed this location team work was on point food was fresh the store very clean very recomended for family or coworkers I was highly inspired with the team work they deserve a raised

I tried the new Chicken Sandwich (Lemon pepper) combo (fries and drink), and I do mean to roll you that ALL the other restaurants pumping out Chicken Sandwiches better get a grip. Wingstop and its 11 flavors, great French fries, and serve yourself drink machine... it's certainly on-and-poppin. I found the Chicken Sandwich to be crispy, tender, and taste just like lemon pepper wings, without the bones or sticky-fingers. I highly recommend you give the Wingstop Chicken Sandwich a run for your money. Bet! The crew was polite, order was accurate, and the restaurant was clean.. I cannot wait to try another flavor.... I ate the sandwich too fast to take a photo for this Google review. Bryan at the front counter has a terrific personality and fantastic customer service.

Really enjoy wings from Wingstop. This location is located next to Aldi. They have multiple different flavors of wings to choose from in boneless or bone in. The fries are really good too. They also have a soda machine with tons of different kinds of drinks. The restaurant was clean and the employees friendly and the food came out pretty fast.

I wanted some wingstop so bad , and knowing it’s superbowl Sunday , I wasn’t tripping if the wait time was long . But Ms Nancy the manager said it’s okay and made my order an my order was perfect . No complaints . I was so appreciative that she gave the green light on my order knowing they were getting slammed . I will be back to this location

My boyfriend and I decided to give this location another chance. I'm pleased to say the service issues have been resolved. However, we've noticed that speciality flavors advertised in store cannot be purchased online. Also, while the location by my work allows online payments this one requires in store. This slows down the pickup for no reason whatsoever.

Very slow service. The person cooking the food was also cleaning the floors and kitchen area - - which would be fine, but she never washed her hands before handling the food. She also didn't wear gloves nor a hair net. It took 25 minutes for 10 wings, and there was only one order ahead of mine - -they ordered 10 wings also (they waited 25 minutes as well). We were all pretty unsatisfied with the wait ESPECIALLY since the manager has the store FREEZING. It is unbearable how cold this location is. If you see kids bundled in covers and us waiting outside because your store is too cold - -that is a PROBLEM. Don't just ignore it. Lastly, my order was wrong - - this Wingstop location will never get my business again. Those are simple corrections - - gloves, wash your hands, hair net, order accuracy, a comfortable environment....easy fix.

Why am I paying almost $40 for wings and I get a re-fried basket of fries with my family meal…

Been here several times just because it’s close. They will mess up your order about half the time. I’ve gotten wrong amount of food, flavors wrong, everything. I know I’m not getting unlucky because I always see people there checking their orders. If you don’t check you’re going to get your order wrong. Not worth 10 minute drive there and back to pick up missing fries.

Slow service, seems very disorganized. Fries were very good and hot. The chicken was warm but not hot, was swimming in sauce, didn’t even finish it.

Some of the worst service I have ever received. My wings came out with white blotches and one was full of feathers, also there was minimal sauce. I called the cashier to let him know I was bringing it back. By the time we got there he was gone and the new person was refusing to honor what he advised. After back and forth and a ton of attitude they finally agreed to remake it. The re-made order, cold soggy fries, minimal sauce. Due to the attitude and cursing from the staff we decided it wasn’t worth going back.

These sauce on the wings are drenched in oil. 2nd time ordering original hot from here an these wings are dry, base of tray are filled with oil with barely any sauce.

The host Sebastian was very disconnected from his job. We were trying to place our order and he kept interrupting and asked the same questions over and over like he was never listening in the first place.

I called my order in 10 min. before I arrived, and then I day in the dining area for a 1/2 hour, and I had to approach them...pot service.

I have to change my son diaper. And the man restroom does not have a diaper change counter. I guess the woman restroom do. They said I can not change my child diaper in the woman restroom. Oh and my 2 year old daughter need to use the restroom too. The man restroom dirty. I can not go in the woman restroom with my daughter. The manager there is mean.

If I could I will give zero star for this place because I had a very bad experience yesterday. Ordered the “Big Night in” bundle, got charged $22.71 yet the the website kept saying my card declined for some reason. Explained this to the manager and they told me to purchase the food again meaning I’m going to be charged an additional $22.71 that I don’t have. The wings tasted very, very salty and flavorless, as if the chicken wasn’t fresh. The Mango Habanero flavor is supposed to be very spicy but I could not feel any spice at all. Unless their idea of spicy is vinegar. Fries tasted good, but were kinda soggy but hard at the same time.

Waited for ever at the register there was no line, there was only 2 tables being used with customers already eating. I stood waiting to be helped for 5 minutes. Half my wings came out overly cooked then the other half was undercooked the original hot flavor tasted like ketchup. And got sick to my stomach 10 minutes after leaving. All the tables where filthy every single table was nasty, the soda fountain was disgusting, had greesy nasty sauce covered fingerprints all over the screens. I love wingstop just not this location. I ordered from them before and when they delivered my order the bag was not sealed and the cheese sauce for the cheese fries I ordered were not there. I contacted the location and they still have not called me back that was over a month ago. So today a co-worker and myself decided to give it another try. We go to the website and place the order we don't want it delivered until 2 because that is lunch time and we are not allowed to eat at our desk only at the time that is designated. We place the order the option is missing for the time we want it delivered so I call the store speak to the manager who would not even give me her name stated she could not fix it and did not try to fix it. I then requested for a refund and she still wanted to argue. No longer will I ever place an order at this wingstop.

I ordered 25 wings out of which 15 were cajun and what they did is put some dry cajun on original hot wings and gave me. Really horrible and wont go again to this store.
