We loved this breakfast place the turkey, egg and cheese croissant and taro boba were amazing.

I have never written a review for a restaurant before, but I had to for this place. Me and my friends are road-tripping down the coast of California and we stopped for gas and noticed this breakfast spot near by. Walking in you can feel the warm energy of the owners and they are immediately there to help you. The food ended up being a 10/10, absolutely amazing. I got the BLT on a bagel and was thrilled. They even chatted with us and gave us each a free donut. The kindness of these owners and the vibe and quality of the restaurant is unmatched. I’m writing this as I’m eating I’m so happy. The Vietnamese coffee may be the greater thing I’ve ever had.

I always come here! The owners have a warm energy & they make an amazing croissant sandwich. I also like their homemade blueberry muffins. The boba drinks are surprisingly creamy and good too! They use non dairy creamer which is what I need for lactose intolerance. A solid local spot with great comforting pastries & food options!

Very friendly staff, good atmosphere, and good donuts! There’s something very cozy about walking in and seeing steaming hot coffee ready to serve, with a wide spread of donuts.

What more can you ask from a Cambodian mom and pop shop on the hillside of Daly City? Donuts, cold/hot sandwiches and hot coffee? They make their donuts fresh everyday. By 9am they already ran out of sugar donuts.

Great croissant sandwich! I'm not sure what people expect from places like this and what kind of service they expect. I'm a friendly person and everyone seems really friendly to me for the most part. I dont expect 5 star service like if you would stay at the Wynn in Vegas. I expect to order my food and get it in a timely manner and person serving me doesnt ignore me or talk on the phone while serving me and then get my order wrong. I appreciate all the really hard working small business owners who sometimes work 7 days a week to serve us and rarely take a vacation. Please support all your small business owners and thank them for all their efforts and hard work! Thanks for reading my rant. Give love first and you will get love!

Excellent donuts! Best I’ve tried in this area so far. Fresh, fluffy, and perfectly sweet. They mastered the old fashioned and glazed. Woman who took my order was very kind.

I wish I could be out there

If you are lucky and this donut shop actually has donuts... You'll love them. The glazed are really really good. However, the last time I stopped by to pick up a dozen for work staff, at 9 AM... They were sold out... Not one glazed in the shop. I don't know whether they just don't make many or maybe they're super popular.. (they are across from a public school..). Either way, if you want to pick up some donuts it's best to call ahead... Or get there before 8, or both.

3 weeks ago, I just started buying bagels and donuts for my everyday breakfast from Happy Donut store in Daly City. I love their fresh bagel with cream cheese. That is why I gave 2 stars. Today was the third time I saw them they are not paying attention hygiene rules. The man serving several people with same dirty gloves and his mask sometimes under his nose. He gets the money from customers, put the donut in the bag for other customer and spread cheese to the bagels with the same gloves for another customer. When I enter the store, many times I find the lady talking to phone and serving the customer at the same time which is rude. Those are what I saw in three weeks. So I cannot imaging what is going on in the kitchen area. I have decided not buying anything from there anymore.

He gets the money from customers, put the donut in the bag for other customer and spread cheese to the bagels with the same gloves for another customer. When I enter the store, many times I find the lady talking to phone and serving the customer at the same time which is rude. Those are what I saw in three weeks. So I cannot imaging what is going on in the kitchen area. I have decided not buying anything from there anymore.

Just ordered a bagel with cream cheese and bacon with a orange juice. The bacon was not cooked (microwaved) long enough. The total price was $12 and change. I’m pretty sure she overcharged me. The orange juice was $3 and the bagel with cream cheese was 3.50. Then add the bacon…. Maybe $2 more for bacon? This place is a ripoff and take zero effort into making your food atleast look good. Sad… I will not come here anymore or recommend you get a bagel from here.

Horrible attitude not considered with the clients wasn’t understanding towards me due to the reason I ordered a number wrong yes it’s my fault but I told they I wanted the one I wanted and they wanted me to pay but in a rude way plus all the food they make regarding about sandwiches they make with full grease hanging from the b paper that it’s wrapped, one time the sandwich was full of grease and made my sister throw up and never brought from them before. I wanted at least for them to be considerate and be polite with their tone and not felt attacked. Especially the lady that works there. I’ve seen that they don’t even make everything fresh and just reheat everything.

I ordered a breakfast burrito, they served it to me with a cold tortilla, I asked them 2 times if they could heat it up more and they refused. They told it was hot inside. Very bad service.
