Barista Brew Cafe

Lovely coffee shop/cafe with delicious food and yummy coffee. The service was friendly and timely. They even let my husband taste the cold brew which was amazing!

Nice cozy place to drink coffee and have a tasty banana Nutella crepe. Their espresso is nice and strong but very delightful. Gotta come back to try the rest of the menu.

Came here because I saw all the hyped reviews and pictures. The place was so nice, beautiful design, calm and welcoming. Amazing staff, it was very busy, we had to wait a bit but I didn’t mind at all, there was a great music playing and I had one of the best salad ever! Strongly recommend.

This place has a super chill vibe. The bright, airy atmosphere makes it the perfect spot to relax and quiet the busy mind. I had a cappuccino and a breakfast crepe. Cappuccino: The coffee packs a punch. It’s not the smoothest foam-wise, but it works. I usually prefer gentler coffee, but I still really enjoyed this one. Breakfast crepe: Stuffed with all my favorites—avocado, hard-boiled eggs, tomato, and cheese. Ooh la la. And it's not a stingy portion—it's huge! I’m definitely coming back to try a sweet crepe next time.

Went on a date here, ordered a classic crepe, and avocado egg toast with 2 drip coffees - everything was amazing! The atmosphere was nice and welcoming with quiet and fun music playing, the seating is really nice too! Came in a 2nd time- my date loved this place and wanted to go there again. We got 2 affogato’s - they were really good. The service was very thoughtful- as soon as they saw the table we were taking, someone came up and wiped it down for us and the comfy couch also. As last time, amazing service, atmosphere and great ice cream with espresso- affogato. Thank you!

I tried this place out on a whim, and I’m glad I did! They have a wide ranging menu of healthy food options, and full standard coffee menu. My cortado was made perfectly. Ambiance in the cafe is comfortable and cozy. I’ll definitely be coming here again.

Amazing Café, with great Italian coffee, and phenomenal food, that looks just as perfect as it does on the menu! No pretentious pricing either! I had the Tomato & Mozzarella Toast which has an avocado base. The ingredients were ripe and fresh, and seasoned to perfection. The balsamic glaze and fresh basil set it off just right. Completely above my expectations from a small coffee shop and a thorough recommendation in the area.

Super cute and cozy! Love the aesthetic! The food is sooo good it’s a lovely place to grab breakfast or lunch. The avocado toast and mocha was great! They even offer decaf! My mom enjoyed one of their pastries and said it was very fresh and flaky! (she had a croissant) The workers Mustafa and Dilek were so kind, and welcoming with their bright smiles! Mustafa brought our food out and took it away which was so nice! Also, you pay before seating so you get lovely service and are able to roll out when you’re ready. Super great place to go especially if you’re new to the area and you’re looking for good, light food, and a nice ambience!

i love this cafe! it’s comfortable , great lighting , when it’s cold outside it’s nice and warm inside, the food is healthy , high quality , and delicious. i usually get the popular Barista’s Salad , and love their grilled cheese. today i tried the tuna sandwich. it’s possibly the best tuna i’ve had in my life . the mix is so yummy! most of all though, I truly like the people who run it! so hospitable, so friendly, so positive , and a joy to be around basically . the combination of high quality ingredients , incredible hospitality , and vibe , is hard to beet. oh and their Americano is on point! what a positive addition to Sacramento Street!

Seemed like this would be a good place to work during the week. My mom loved the affogato and I had a pretty tasty egg and cheese crepe.

Order was placed on September 11. It's now September 16th. My order has not even shipped. When I placed this order the company stated delivery 1-3 days. Now they are telling me that my order is delayed due to a high demand. Supply vs demand. I think that they should inform me before I purchased. Definitely would have tried Ryze first. They do deliver on time

The only reason this place is so highly rated is because they have a bunch of tap to review cards... It's a nice quiet cafe with low-key decor, but coffee wise it's pretty mid. I got the flat white, the bean tasted strange, and had a weird aftertaste. Haven't tried the food

Atmosphere and service were great but this was probably the worst coffee I’ve had in San Francisco - watery and flavorless. The oat milk Nutella latte did not taste like Nutella or coffee - just oat. Could not finish.

This place only has so many great reviews because every table has a tap-to-Review Google review card. Food & coffee both average. Coffee below Starbucks level, avocado toast was tasteless and had a boiled egg on top - low quality ingredients. Nice corner seat in the window and good place to sit & work

It’s good, but normal. I don’t understand how it got to 4.8! The ppl were nice. The place was fine. The food was not so fresh. The display case fridge was quite loud. Totally fine to select here… just know it’s a normal coffee joint with a lot of premade food.
