Wow, this place was one of the best places that I have ever eaten. I had the chicken tikka masala with the garlic naan. The chicken tikka masala and the rice was perfectly cooked. The sauce was rich and creamy. The naan complemented the main dish.

Superb food, with a slight variation to your typical Indian restaurant here in the US. Thoroughly enjoyed the flavor differences. Service was excellent and friendly! Recommend trying it out and use the outside seating if you can.

Foods are good there. Naan is super crispy, tastes good after dipping with the source. Servants are so friendly.

My favorite place in Davis. Come here for delicious Nepalese/Indian food cooked to perfection by the family that runs this beautiful business. Their mango lassie is spectacular, as well as my favorite meat or vegetarian tikka masala, chicken biryani and lamb korma

Yeti is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Davis. My housemates and I love coming here for birthdays and special occasions. I’ve tried so many of their dishes and they are always so flavorful. I love that every dish comes with rice and you don’t have to order separately. No matter if I’m with one other person or six we always order a bread basket for the table!

Very clean, friendly and professional, and the dedicated owners work in the kitchen themselves. They delivered our “mild heat” order of daal soup, creamy roasted pepper soup, garlic naan, and veggie momos. All yummy! I particularly enjoyed the very delicately textured veggie mix in the momo dumplings. So fresh and tasty! Very pleasant seating indoors as well as out, but we have a fussy dog, so we got take-out. We’ll continue to return here.

So we never tried Indian food before. I recommend getting mild versions of whatever you order if you don't have a spicy pallette. This was so delicious. Go for the chicken curry dishes. I asked for the most popular dishes and it did not disappoint. A cute little place that I overlooked for so long. Eager to go back soon.

Small oldie place serving very good food with friendly service. Generous portions and reasonable price. Clean restroom. We’ll be back!

Great spot and delicious food. Been coming here for 3 years now since my kid started @ UC Davis. Food is always so flavorful. Service has varied i guess depending on who is serving. But the food is always good. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking to eat some good curry/masala.

The food quality is great.. Ordered a Biryani, Thali, and mango lassi.. The thali was great, lassi was average.. Past experience of ordering Biryani has not been great in any restaurant globally (except biryani focussed restaurants) as they give you pulao in the name of Biryani.. it was same here.. anyways, the taste was good for a pulao.. However, a major drawback is that they make you wait long before giving you the order..

Food was amazing, got in without reservations with a decent party; staff and food was amazing. Only reason for reduced stars was for bathroom/cleanliness and smaller size BUT food was great, good sizing for meals and overall a good experience.

Tasty lunch, great for sharing - Lamb Tikka Masala and Chicken Saag - the lamb was mildly spicy, both were pleasantly flavored, and the rice and buttered naan were fresh and light. All in all, a delicious (and healthy?) midday meal.

This is a small and quiet restaurant in downtown Davis. The food was good, but I think I sabotaged myself a little by asking for mild. The flavor was there but lacking some spice. I will return and ask for spicier food next time and adjust my review if necessary. The garlic basil naan was great! The service was speedy and my waitress was polite. I will be back.

I came here for the veggie Momos, they were delicious! We also ordered a veggie and a chicken Tikka masala. The gravy is on the sweeter side. Veggies are all frozen so as a vegetarian I was a little disappointed. Momos were good though!

Great food for a reasonable price! And staff is very friendly. I would rate it 5 stars, however I’ve been here many times and quality can vary— sometimes it’s incredibly fresh and delicious, while others it’s not. But still would highly recommend!

Place was fine. Food was fine, not great, Flavor was good, cheese naan was very good. Outside sitting was OK, some sketch people in the plaza.

Instead I might go to Kathmandu (better flavors, larger size) or Preethi (worse ambiance for a friendly gathering but better flavors and more dish options) instead.

Twice now we’ve ordered delivery from Yeti and had the food take more than two hours to arrive. Both time we were told numerous different stories about how long it’s going to take, which was always “20 min away”. All BS. If a restaurant can’t handle more a certain number of orders during an evening they shouldn’t accept them and politely tell people to not waste their time. Worse, both times we got the food two+ hours late it was clear the food had been sitting around. Don’t waste your time ordering from here - you’ll get hangry and frustrated. It’s not worth it.

The curry I ordered had raw vegetables. My first bite was a raw cauliflower stem. Eating it made me feel like a rabbit. There were also very hard things in my meal which I thought were un cooked rice but ended up to be a stem or spice. Either way it was very hard and unpleasant to eat. The person who served me was nice. It might just be me not liking raw vegetables but if I ate here again I would ask them to cook it for longer. Eating raw greenbeans, broccoli, cauliflower isn’t a curry. Unless you’re into that, then it’s great.
