Amazing pizza. The only time I had something wrong was they gave me a sausage instead of pepperoni but, they gave me a free delivery my next order. Their chocolate chip cookies are delicious. They are soft and goey and all around the best cookies I have ever had! 100% the best pizza around!
I've order from this location many times and never had an issue. Tonight they got one of the pizzas I order wrong (can happen to anyone). Called the store, the employee that handled the call was courteous and apologized for the mistake. He ran the issue by the manager and they told me they would make the pizza correctly and deliver it asap. few minutes later the pizza was delivered. 5 stars for the way in which it was handled.

Day after Hurricane Beryl 7-9-24. 630pm . This place is SUPER BUSY. employees very friendly. Running a little behind, but anyone would be with so many orders going out. They had a good handle on getting orders out as quick as possible all while keeping calm . I was impressed.
It's been over 20 years since I'd eaten at one of the most popular Pizza places. Out of the top 3, Papa John's is my last favorite, my eldest sister doesn't like Domino's (except for their Thin Crust Spinach pizza), so I decided to go to Pizza Hut for hot, fresh Pizza. It seems Pizza places aren't really setup for Dine-in anymore, so we ordered Pick-up with the intent of eating a slice while parked in the Pizza Hut parking lot. It was unexpectedly hot, so hot that I had to use my fingernails to hold my Pizza slice. My eldest sister, brother-in-law, and their 2 kids opted to wait and eat when we got home since it was hotter than they could handle. All in all, a good visit and the few minute drive was worth it for hot Pizza.

I never got my pepperoni pizza and the girl on the phone was really sweet about it. I waited an hour and still never got my pizza. I can't believe after all this trouble and hassle from these so called pizza fanatics telling me I didn't even order a pizza in the first place. I will never eat here again but for real they were speaking straight facts when they told me I didn't order. I would recommend the peppor roni peeza from here but not that stanky cheese.

If you don’t get stuffed crust, it’s not very good, texture or taste wise. For consistently good crust, we prefer Papa John’s.

Usually really fast and good pizza, but not the other night. I ordered 3 pizzas online but when I went to pick them up they only made 2 of them so I had to wait for them to make the third one.
If i could rate this with below poo I definitely would at how horrible these ppl make you feel. I called and was told my pizza would be here in an hr when the lady ask me if it was delivery after waiting on hold for a long time. Then I ask why it takes an hour she told me with an attitude that they don't have enough drivers to deliver the pizza. I said Oh ok. THEN she says well that's typical and I said actually I've worked at a pizza place before and she hung up the phone on me. I didn't even get to finish my sentence. I called back and ask to speak with a manager The manager Alyss said she was sorry that the phone hung up they were having technical difficulties. One I'm not an idiot I know the sound of a line cut off and a blatant hang up. Second the manager was also rude to me. I'm sorry I have worked in customer service and I think IF you are going to get rude with anyone customer maybe it should be one that has an attitude or is rude to you, not to just anyone.Second time this has happened to me. Needless to say this time I called back and got the ladies name and the managers name. They are very,very,very rude I would never recommend ordering from this place. I will not be ordering from them anymore. Which is very sad because Pizza Hut is my favorite. The lady i spoke with's name is Kerri.There is no need what so ever for someone to be so rude. Get the order correct and cut the slices of pizza all the way through. In addition, Pizza Hut has recently been skimpy on toppings and extra is not even that much more. The toppings on the pizza in the ads is what we were used to getting. We now have to pay more to get this amount of toppings. Thin and crispy does not mean burnt!
Pizza was dry. Could hardly taste any sauce. Boneless nuggets had dry rub sprinkled on them. Order took more than 30 minutes for delivery after receiving text that it was out for delivery. Store is less than 10 minutes away.
Food was good. But when they delivered our food they forgot our drinks when we called they said they’d send our driver back with our drink hours passed he never came. I had to drive up there just for the manager to say “he forgot” & it was some excuse about addresses being “mixed up”. Just poor customer service over all.

Our entire order was burnt! How do you burn 4 pizzas and a brownie order? Complete laziness!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Time for Deer Park to run this place off. We've given it many tries.
Ordered a pizza on the 3rd, give the driver a $5 cash tip. The driver proceeded to write in an additional $5 tip on the receipt. Contacted Pizza Hut, got a call from the manager, he was so kind to offer my $5 back that his employee stole from me, however, since this is fraud and illegal I asked him to have his manager contact me so I know this is being properly handled. That was 3 weeks ago, never happened. Seems to be since this location committed fraud, the manager who contacted me could have driven the 3 miles to return the stolen money, but it’s pretty clear this location is perfectly fine with an employee stealing from their customers. So, beyond the food being very poor (the pizza I ordered wasn’t fully cooked), the employees also commit fraud and the manager can’t be bothered with it. If you’re going to order from this location, it’s best to not use a credit card. Although, with the options available, I would order from anywhere else.
Brought the wrong order to my home then refused to bring the correct order . They have the worst people working there . Very very rude employees !
I bought a Hershey cookie and it was burnt! It tasted bad. It was so burnt, it looked like a tire. Someone needs to take some baking classes. My grandma can cook better and she's blind
My order was place before 4:00pm. It’s almost 5:10pm and it said my food was to be delivered at 4:40pm. I called and was pretty much blown off and just told “it’s on the way”. Now I have anxiety cause if my foods been out for half an hour it’ll be cold…
My experience was horrible they mess up on my pizza and argue with me over the phone I was supost to have a light cheese pizza bc a health condition my dad can't eat it with a lot of cheese on it so I called hoping they will remake it I tried to talk to a manager but the guy on the phone would not let me I would not ever recommend any one to order from here
This place needs to shut down. They take your money over and over again but forget items. Delivery is messing with buffalo sauce seeping through the bag. We were told we would get a full credit but was never processed and would never credit us. As I’m writing this I’ve been on hold for over 15 minutes just to called a liar due to them never processing our credit. The manager is to afraid to get on the phone so she relays her messages through her employee. I will be calling the corporate office. They are thieves and I will never order from them again.
Placed an online order for 11:15 delivery this morning 12/19 had to call to ask about delivery, their call center is the worst, couldnt confirm if would be on time nor could they confirm order was being processed, tried to connect me to the store no one ever answered, called back and cancelled and a refund. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I made an order that was 40 dollars. I have only 50’s and hundreds. I don’t have cash in my card and my car is in the shop until Friday. So I order pizza to feed my kids. When the delivery guy shows up I was going to give him the whole 50 for his tip. The manager Carlos told the driver no and to take the pizza back. So I had to take the pizza back from my kids and now I have to find away to feed my kids tonight. Thanks Pizza Hut!
Never send me a pizza that is obviously been sitting for hours. The pizza we received was dry had NO sauce left on it and the cheese was dried up. The pizza was out for delivery within 7 minutes of ordering. No way could it be made fresh. Would rather wait for a fresh pizza. We should have been given an option. Old stale pizza or fresh.
Pizza was sad, not edible and unfortunately I ordered it and paid for it and it was an awful experience because I was very hungry and shocked by no double check before leaving as I have witnessed first hand and once they answered it was blamed on a new employee, but no answer when I asked about the second check nothing was said at all and I only got an offer for my pizza when my husband's was bad too. I paid almost $50 with tip, such a let down. *Note that I had a very positive review before , but it was a long time ago. Such a big let down. A huge one.
delivered wrong pizza and they always use door dash to deliver tried to call but phone just rings they avoid calls as if they know something is wrong. Very dissatisfied went on line and filed a complaint. But who knows if this will get fixed.
I'm very disappointed I ordered pizza today for me and my daughter's August 8th it got here at 3:30 I wasn't disappointed at the time I was disappointed thay the delivery guy hands it to me and lets go I almost dropped it and he's grunting like he's mad I almost dropped it but he took his hand away before I could even grab the box. I never had a problem with anything until today.
Unfortunately, this place is the closest Pizza Hut to me so I pick up my pizza from here every once in a while. Each and every time I have come here, the employees take up to 5 minutes to come and help you even though there is no one ahead of you. They are slow, rude, and lazy. They may see you at the counter or in your vehicle waiting and still take their time to come and help you. I have used my child's book it coupons this year, along with a normal pizza purchase, once a month or so, and pick up with no more than the above listed issues from the slow employees. Recently, because the coupons will expire and we had several left, I asked the operator who took my order if I could use 2 this time and he said I could use as many as I wanted. So I placed an order of 2 without any additional pizzas. When I pulled up to the window and the employee finally came to the window, I gave my name for pick up. The woman, whose English was barely understandable, asked about kits, I didn't know what she meant. I finally figured it out and understood her saying something about kids. She said I needed 2 kits(kids) to get 2 pizzas. She said something about seeing only one kit with me in the car and that I needed two or I couldn't have the 2nd pizza. I wasn't about to argue with this ridiculous woman and her insisted argument that I couldn't have the pizzas, so I told her to just give me one. Then she proceeded to charge me for the extra one. I told her no and asked only for the one. I will not be returning to this location and will never recommend it to anyone.
Terrible experience. Expected delays due to the super bowl so that’s why I was not at all surprised but waited in the lobby 20 plus minutes waiting for my pizza (ordered ahead). Paid and was told not ready. So many people after my got theirs and they still had me waiting. Turns out they called the wrong name and it’s my fault for not answering to some other name. Also paid extra for stuffed crust, to get home and find no cheese in the crust. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting Pizza Hut just drive down few extra minutes down to the one on spencer.
Service was very horrible and the first trip to deliver the order was cold and completely wrong. They decided to remake it and showed up late with the wrong order again and the decided to bring me my money back since I paid with cash and then showed up a third time with the wrong amount of money. My order was 28.96 and they brought me 15.49. I spoke with management multiple times and she was very very rude and told me that it wasn't her fault that they are short handed. I would strongly recommend that if you are craving pizza then to take your bussiness else where to avoid the hassle with this place. I will never give my bussiness to pizza Hut again even if they were the last pizza bussiness around.
Came here today to get a Pzone. I used to love them and havent had one in years. I have never tried this Pizza Hut location but it was on my way home so I chose to come here. The Pzone had almost no pepperoni or cheese inside and it was not what I remember eating and loving so much. It was seriously a bread pocket with a sprinkle of cheese and a few peices of pepperoni. Even the dioping sauce was inky half full. Very very disappointed. Update September 2022 doesn't look like things changed. I hadn't ordered since my last review. Made an ATTEMPT to order today and they wouldn't accept a coupon from their store that got sent to me in the mail yesterday. It's from their location. I'm done. Never again.
The store duplicated my transaction promised it was refunded per Daisy and wouldnt clear now both transactions am have cleared and "nothing they can do" Do not trust these people. They are shady. Should have known to go to Spencer location. Now they will not return my call and hang up on me.
I confronted the delivery driver and ask him what happened to our food. First thing he told me was, he tried calling several times and it went straight to voicemail. I told him my phone works just fine, my wife just called me. I asked him why didn’t he leave me a message. He didn’t answer me. It look like somebody sat on our food. I open a bottle of soda in front of him and it exploded everywhere. I asked him did you drop kick all this stuff before you brought it to me. He just looks at me with the stupid look and says nothing. I told him he can take the food back. My supervisor told me when he was walking his way out of the front office he said, he doesn’t really care.

I called in an order for delivery. They said pizza will be there in 30 minutes. After an hour I tried calling them. I called for at least 30 minutes before someone would answer the phone. I called in the order at 7:58 pm. By the time I got a hold of someone it was 9:30. I told them I ordered a pizza and it's been an hour and half, the guy on the phone said there is no way I ordered a pizza an hour and half ago that they'd been without power for over 2 hours. I told the guy I'll send him a screen shot and they charged my card. Then I get the manager, not sure what her name is, but she was just as bad as the first guy. After her attitude I hang up. You'd think that now the power is back on they'd send the pizza. WRONG. Around 10 pm my daughter called, because by this point I was very mad, the manager lady proceeds to YELL at my daughter that they ain't sending a pizza. I get back on the phone. She gives me her district managers number. I get the same bad attitude. So sorry Russell the owner/district manager won't be ashamed. Their attitude starts at the top. Too bad because the pizza is good. The delivery guys are cool.
My melt was over cooked and barely had any pepperoni on it. I also ordered cinnamon rolls and got cinnamon sticks with icing. On top of that it was late, but did get a free 2 liter cause it was late lol.

Placed an order via your APP. Called the location to add a drink to the order. The Manager, Ashley said I had a $10 balance from placing my online order. She wanted to collect that over the phone, after I paid in full online. If I didn't pay the $10 there would be no delivery. She has absolutely zero customer service skills. Condescending and arrogant. Said she would had called me to collect it or the driver would had asked for cash at my door. Pizza Hut your APP is no longer installed on my phone. Goodbye

I called when my husband came to pick up our order, when I had called stating something was wrong I was not only met with attitude and disrespect, I was met with accusatory statements and I was even HUNG up on! All I wanted was a simple solution. Their lack of competence and poor customer service will be the sole reason I will never visit again. DO BETTER.

I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so I called put the phone down and I drove to the location and there was only one customer at the location and the phone still was unanswered. One given a reason why no one answered. I was told that they were busy.
So how hard is it to make a large pepperoni pizza light on cheese heavy on sauce…. evidently impossible at the Deer Park Pizza Hut.. I have ordered online on Phone and in person and even explained when I ordered in person tonight to the cashier the problem I’ve had before and they still put basically no sauce on the pizza. Ordered 2 lg hand tossed pizzas in person. Not a combo soecial...2 seperate pizzas. Made it quite clear!!! 1 light sauce 1 HEAVY sauce... it appeared on the ticket that way. After 30 minutes waiting.. headed home. Stupidity for not looking at them first... got home both pies had a tiny hint of sauce. Left one at home and took the other back. Told the young lady at the counter the issue. The girl asked me where is the other pizza. I said it's being eaten by my wife and daughter. She said what do you want me to do? Refund the one pizza. She asked again.. where is the other one. I said I paid for two separate pizzas. Hold on she says. Then I go through the same thing with the Mgr... where is the other pizza? Finally he gives me the exact cost of the pizza.. no tax. I'm sure he would have had to take off his shoes to count it out. No sorry... no what can I do to make it up.. nothing.

Ordered food at 8:39 I didn't receive my order until 1015. Order was cold and it was wrong. After calling several times only to be placed on hold when I asked for a manager. I spent 53 dollars on this meal. Only for it to be cold. Finally I went to Pizza Hut in the storm only to receive attitude from the said manager. I'm completely over pizza hut. Do better
Ordered a large supreme, cheese sticks and fries {$48} at 5:36pm with an ETA of 6:12-6:22pm - at 6:48pm I called to find out what the status was. I was told my order left 20 minutes prior. At 7:12 my order finally arrived - all cold with the fries and cheese sticks wet from condensation in the containers. We heated the pizza in the oven which left it drier than sawdust because I am pretty sure it was missing the cheese!!! $48 for that!

Placed an online order for 11:15 delivery this morning 12/19 had to call to ask about delivery, their call center is the worst, couldnt confirm if would be on time nor could they confirm order was being processed, tried to connect me to the store no one ever answered, called back and cancelled and a refund. Will not be ordering from pizza hut again
Ordered 2 lg hand tossed pizzas in person. Not a combo soecial...2 seperate pizzas. Made it quite clear!!! 1 light sauce 1 HEAVY sauce... it appeared on the ticket that way. After 30 minutes waiting.. headed home. Stupidity for not looking at them first... got home both pies had a tiny hint of sauce. Left one at home and took the other back. Told the young lady at the counter the issue. The girl asked me where is the other pizza. I said it's being eaten by my wife and daughter. She said what do you want me to do? Refund the one pizza. She asked again.. where is the other one. I said I paid for two separate pizzas. Hold on she says. Then I go through the same thing with the Mgr... where is the other pizza? Finally he gives me the exact cost of the pizza.. no tax. I'm sure he would have had to take off his shoes to count it out. No sorry... no what can I do to make it up.. nothing.
So how hard is it to make a large pepperoni pizza light on cheese heavy on sauce…. evidently impossible at the Deer Park Pizza Hut.. I have ordered online on Phone and in person and even explained when I ordered in person tonight to the cashier the problem I’ve had before and they still put basically no sauce on the pizza. Talked to the manager again and reminded him and asked what the problem was he said, evidently the cooks. The clerk that checked me in had me sitting in there waiting for 30 minutes when the pizza was already done because they’re too lazy and evidently don’t care about customer service. They’ll never see another penny of my money.
This place needs to shut down. They take your money over and over again but forget items. Delivery is messing with buffalo sauce seeping through the bag. We were told we would get a full credit but was never processed and would never credit us. As I’m writing this I’ve been on hold for over 15 minutes just to called a liar due to them never processing our credit. The manager is to afraid to get on the phone so she relays her messages through her employee. I will be calling the corporate office. They are thieves and I will never order from them again.
