We came here when it was Pi Day. Our server was great, unfortunately we were unable to get her name but she did make sure we were okay. As appetizer we got Fried Pickles and Cheese Sticks. The Fried Pickles were really thin and crunchy. Still good. The Cheese Sticks were really good as well. We were looking up to trying their stuffed pizza but unfortunately they were out of it. We got a XL Meat Pizza. My partner said it was delicious although for me it was like any other pizza. Would definitely come back though to try their stuffed pizza.

Came in,was greeted right away and seated right away. Absolutely loved our server Mrs. Desiree..she smiled and took time with us. We were looking for healthy options and she offered us the gluten free options and keto options. Loved her vibe and the vibe here. Sports on channels and up beat music. Place was clean and food came put quick and hot. Pizzas here is fire 🔥

Pizza is always great , wings are always crunchy and most importantly big wings not like all the wing places that charge way too much and they give you tiny wings. The fried pickles were hot and crispy and the chips and queso were also very good. Waiter was very friendly and brought the food out as soon as it was done cause everything was hot when it came out. Last , the restaurant was very clean and so were the restrooms.

The pizza was very good the crust, dough, and ingredients were all fresh. But the grilled chicken pizza we ordered was very basic. It was just pieces of chicken on top with no seasoning or flavor, and there were no veggies added either. Some chicken pieces were also not cooked well. Overall, it was a good experience and the service was excellent, but I think the choice of pizza was the problem

Mozzarella sticks were made fresh and tatty. Lasagna was yummy in a fancy setup with two breadsticks. Though the burger wasn't great. The pizza mediocre. It can be hit or miss. Service was heat

It's nice to find places that leave such an impression that you find yourself craving their food! The first time I had the spinach and garlic pizza, it was love at first bite! The gluten free crust was perfectly cooked and the flavors were amazing and fresh! I don't work too far from the Spanky's on Spencer and I had been craving my favorite pizza so we went after work. It was busy so service was a bit slow, but when our pizzas came out, I could immediately tell that they were over cooked... I was disappointed because I had spoken so highly about how great the pizza was. I know that everyone can have an off night and that was not a typical visit, so I'll still go back. Hopefully next time will be better.

I truly love this place but I decided to order through Door Dash. Door dash wasn’t the problem. My order was the problem. Specifically the SM Super Duper pizza. Super Duper pizza comes with bell peppers, onions, ham, beef, olives and mushrooms. You can clearly see the pizza I got is all meat and I asked for no beef or ham as it says on my receipt. I called Spanky’s to let them know and all the waitress said was, she was not the person who packaged the order cause she just clocked in and has no idea what the other person handed Door Dash and that I would have to call DD to fix the incorrect delivery. I explained to her that the delivery wasn’t incorrect, it was just ONE PIZZA THAT WAS INCORRECTLY MADE. Her answer “Well MAAM people do make mistakes and there’s nothing we can do. You have to call DD, have them refund your money cause we don’t do re delivery in a snarky attitude. I wasn’t about to start arguing with someone who clearly had that kinda attitude and cause she clearly had no clue what was going on, RIGHT? No clue😆 Anyways So know I have to repurchase ONE PIZZA cause of THEIR MISTAKE. There has to be a better way to handle remakes and deliveries and holding the restaurants accountable for mistakes.

Our first time going. The fried pickles were delicious and crispy, the loaded tater barrels were okay. We ordered a hawaiin and Toscano pizza, the crust was so good on both, but my lower rating comes from the Toscano pizza. It was on the soggy side, had a very bitter taste and not much flavor past that. Also one of the olives had a hard pit left in it that I bit down on which did not feel good. The hawaiin was great though. Our waitress was somewhat attentive but seemed lile she didn't want to be there. The price is good for what you get, we might give it another try.

I ordered a large supreme today. The service was great, friendly, quick, and polite. They cut it in small strips like 12 pieces. I sure as hell didn't ask for that. I expected 8 as usual. It tasted bland and dry. I didn't enjoy it. $30 for a pizza ok, but disappointed. I have always considered Spankys a nice treat. Not this time.

I placed an online order for two spaghetti and meatballs and one chicken alfredo and I requested that all three entrees have the marinara sauce put on the side when I got there to pick up my order the marinara sauce was put on all three of the entrees instead of on the side as requested so I had to wait for them to remake all three entries. I also ordered four extra meatballs for the spaghettis once I got home the four extra meatballs were not in the back so I had to drive back up there and get the four meatballs that they left out of the order. I asked to speak to a manager three times and I could not get one I called up there to speak to manager it takes me to a voicemail when they transfer me to the manager this is not the first time this has happened this is actually the second time so as far as their food yes the food is good but the service needs to be worked on because I don't think that it's right that a customer has to make more than one trip because the workers were not paying attention or didn't follow the order correctly or whatever the case may be I understand mistakes happen but Time After Time on one order to me is unacceptable and especially when they don't offer you any kind of compensation you know maybe a free dessert a free drink something like that that was not offered.

Atmosphere was great. It was lunchtime and pretty empty. Ordered a Chicken Philly, it was a chicken breast cut into cubes, all the other components were good but fell short on the most important part. Friend had to wait 40 min for their food to come out. We were told it had to be heated twice...I think it was super frozen lasagna. The server did her best service score is more about the cook time. Had to sit in the parking lot for a meeting afterwards because of the painfully long cook time.

Philly cheese made me puke from the front & back end the next morning and I haven't been able to eat all day. Manager on duty claims he can't refund me and will talk to GM when he's there even though I offered to drive 30 mins back with portion I didn't eat. Server/cashier were friendly, but I'm not sure what happened with my order.

Disappointed in the service. We arrived at the restaurant and were told there would be a 25-minute wait which was no problem. I gave the host our name and number, but she repeated the number wrong, so I had to repeat it again. We decided to wait in the car for the text message. After 35 minutes passed with no update, I called to check on our spot, only to be told they had already texted us and gave our table away. It’s frustrating because I made sure the host had the correct number, and their mistake cost us our table! Instead of trying to make it right, they told us we’d have to wait again. We’ve been coming here for years, but this experience was really disappointing. Poor communication and lack of accountability from the staff made us our time and gas because of their error. I honestly should’ve talked to a manager because this type of service shouldn’t have happened! If this is the kind of service you want from employees who can’t even take down a phone number correctly, then be my guest.
