First time here and I love it 💗 They have some many options on the menu. I have a carne asada pupusa and a corn tamale my daughter had a breakfast combo it was delicious I fully recommend this place .

THE BEST MEXICAN AND Salvadorian RESTAURANT IN Hollywood. Everything here from the tacos the albondigas soup is on point you feel like family is cooking for you but it's elevated and clean. Truly one of my favorite restaurants in Los Angeles. Call ahead they can be busy but the food is truly phenomenal. So much love to you guys for the great restaurant great atmosphere and the family experience.

Delicious food is such a great menu with a wide variety of different flavors and dishes. Service was amazing, and the atmosphere was so peaceful... for bein in LA, it's a great place where you can have great food at such an affordable price. 👏👏👏

This place was delicious! Real authentic Mexican and Salvadorian food just like the other reviews stated. We had just spent the whole day at Universal Studios and were looking to eat some good and decently priced food that was close by as we didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg for food at the park. Looked on google for something close by and I can definitely say that they’re 4.5 rating stands true! We got the pupusas and sopa de albóndigas and it was all delicious!

Tried this Mexican/Salvadorian options were great! I selected Verde chilaquiles 10/10 great flavor and crunch to the chilaquiles. Had 1 pupusa

If you are looking for quality food with excellent taste, you will find it here. The service is impeccable. Our waiter, Christopher gave us good suggestions and they were all amazing. He suggested to add mango to the guacamole, and oh my goodness! Superb! No reservation was needed. Dress is super casual. There's a spicier hot sauce/dip if you want it as well.

Service was great, we were seated and greeted the second we walked in. I got the cheese enchiladas and my bf got the rib combo. Both came with rice and beans. Both were amazing. You definitely get your money's worth when you come here. The portion sizes were just enough. I would definitely come back.

Ordered the huaraches, steak burrito, and guacamole. The guacamole was a bit too spicy for me which is a bummer because I was really looking forward to eating it by the spoonful. Adam said his huaraches were very good, he loved the way the meat was seasoned and the avocado was fresh. My burrito was HUGE and delicious. It had cheese, guacamole, steak, sour cream, beans, rice. The usual. It was so good, a perfect meal to end a long day with. It was also pretty close to where we lived so we were able to walk it off afterwards. Prices are good for the quantity that you get and service is very polite. The restaurant never got too full so we were able to enjoy our meal without too much noise.

The food is amazing, really delicious, I have been here many times, and two things stand out every time, Fantastic Food and below average service. You must ask for everything. It no wonder, if you eat there you will see how much food the sell "to go". I guess I'm not the only one disappointed with the service. However as I have stated, everything they serve is delicious, so I am sure I will be back.

The food is usually good, ive tried different things. But yesterday I was feeling sick 🤢 and so I was relieved when I saw they're still open so I can get some soup, I felt bad because it was the last 15 mins but I mean if you're open for business, you should be ready for business. Well I guess they were feeling *salty* because they put an extreme amount of salt in both our soup. That doesn't happen by accident and I've ordered their soup 3x before , never had even nearly this amount of salt. If I had HBP, id definitely be on my way to the hospital right now but instead I'm just left disgusted, even more nauseous than before and regret wasting my money. She also let me know not to ever ask for an extra Styrofoam cup again because they don't do that🙂 (my friend and I were sharing our soup). I would have covered the 5¢ cost of the cup if that was an issue. I understand it's the end of the night and their tolerance for people is at it's end, but it's the customer service industry you're in, do what u have to do to provide good service each time despite the time of day or your experiences that day👍🏼

I've eaten at this restaurant many times. I love the Chilaquiles and the Revuelta Pupusas. When I have ordered at the store in person I've recieved great service. However, I have called the restuarant twice in the last couple months to speak with someone over the phone. Both times I was put on hold and left on hold. The first time I waited on hold for 15 minutes before I just walked into the restaurant. The second time I was put on hold today, I waited 10-15 minutes before I could call back and get through to someone. I love this restaurant and want to continue ordering their food but am beyond fed up with the lack of professionalism I've experienced when calling in.

They aren't authentic salvadorean pupusas (my pupusas were made with pinto beans and I found some whole beans inside the pupusas 🤣) I applaud them for labeling them, and packing them nicely. But definitely not authentic salvadorean pupusas

I used to frequent this restaurant. My absolute favorite dish the Cheese Enchiladas with green sauce. It would come with a little side salad 3 enchiladas, rice and beans. And now just like everyone quality is suffering. Now the meal doesn’t come with salad (ask and they may give it to you if you know the old menu). The cheese the last 2 times hasn’t been melted. This time when I said something they graciously replaced it but I don’t know if it was on purpose or not but they barely put cheese in the replacement. I’m talking like the amount of cheese for a half of an enchilada was spread in all three. I was literally eating tortillas with sauce on top. Not to mention the rice is also different, very bland now. I do believe they can recover but they can’t keep cutting corners. I probably won’t be back for a while. I hope they get it together I do like this little restaurant.

I ordered through Grubhub. The pluses were the food arrived on time and it was hot. I ordered a shrimp burrito, rice, and beans. The portions of the rice and beans were small. The rice was almost flavorless and the beans were soupy with only a couple of chunks of beans and it was too salty to eat. The burrito was good sized but the flour tortilla was split open in places on the backside and soggy on the inside which made it difficult to eat as it basically fell apart despite trying to eat it carefully. Sadly it was difficult to find the shrimp that I paid $3 extra for it was filled mostly with rice and beans. The flavor was good but disappointing with so little shrimp and at $11 lets just say I won't be ordering from this restaurant again.

My boyfriend and I put an order through Grubhub, but for pickup. When we went to pick up the food, there was no parking, so my boyfriend put his hazard lights on and I jumped out to grab the food. When I went into the restaurant, the entrance itself was very small, so I stood aside inside while two women ahead of me were ordering food. Well, I'm not sure who was working last night or if it was the owners wife, but she looked at me and said you have to wait outside. Which is fine, but I wanted to tell her that I had an order for pickup. When I told her this, she said she didn't care and that I should wait outside. So I go to wait outside and she goes to the entrance where I am and says, "who is the pick up for?" I tell her my boyfriend's name and she says show me the ticket, but in the most aggressive way. I went to say something and she says, "bye" and puts her hand in my face and called me a liar. This is coming from someone that has worked in the food industry as a pastry chef and a chef. Never in my life have I disrespected a customer that did nothing to me. So I went and told my bf to deal with her, as in tell her we are here for a pick up order. So he goes in and tells her how rude she is being and we are just here to pick up an order. She continues her rudeness and says food isn't ready. Fine. We wait in the car for an extra twenty minutes, and when my bf finally goes back in to grab the food, it was just sitting there. This woman claimed her husband had gone out to look for us. Clearly a lie. Mind you, I have ordered from this place over dozens of times and usually met with really nice people, but this woman has serious issues. Needless to say, I will not be coming back. Not worth the anger she has in her life and the way she takes it out on customers.

The service gets worse and worse..i used to like coming here, everyone is nice except the lady with the short hair. She must be the manager or something, and she has bad energy. All the other waitresses are nice and look neat except her, she looks like she doesn't care. I used to love coming here, because all the other girls do a great job and the food is good. Not anymore though.

I gave one star to this place because I didn’t have a choice. This place deserves a 0 star for negligence and incompetence. I called to place an order, I was ask to hold which I did for 20 minutes they pick up the line just to hang up on me. I drove to the restaurant to place my order and I told them I was put on hold for 20 min, apparently the owner didn’t like me telling my experience over the phone and decided to reject my order and refuse service stating the restaurant was close already. I wonder if she knows Wrongful refusal can get her to court. This place has No customer service no wonder they never have many clientele. People if you want good and authentic pupusas please go to JARAGUAS which is better food, better place and above all FRIENDLY and not a two face. I called there because it’s closer to me. I really regret calling and going there. Never again.

I really like this place, it used to be a great place to eat. But recently their quality of food and customers service has turn to be lower quality than am usually used to. But am upset now because they are charging you a high tip without your authorization and that’s not fair to us as customers. The cashier told me to call after 5 pm for a refund. When I called back 10 minutes after 5 pm. The same cashier answered the call acting like she was the manager and aggressively she argued with me about her error and she told me never to come back to the restaurant because I wasn’t welcome anymore. Basically banning me because she did like the fact that I called her out on her error of an unauthorized charge. 👎👎👎
