Went to this Jamba for the $1 smoothie day. The employees were fantastic and handled the crowd well. I can't imagine how stressful it is, but they still made sure you felt welcomed. I would have absolutely disintegrated if I had handle that many people. Y'all are doing great. Thank you for the yummy smoothie.

Jamba juice is soooooo good!
Standard Jamba juice, quick and friendly service. Willing to adjust for preferences. Recommend they not ask about why you want to sub an item in smoothies, drink should be made free of cross contamination regardless of allergy or preference.
First time here yesterday and I was very pleasantly surprised with the great customer service I received from a female Asian American employee. She was nice and helpful. The drink was also very good as well. I might stop by again today 😀
I’m a regular at this Jamba Juice. Alwys great service and Alwys feel welcomed especially by Josiah , Amber , Simon!! Alwys postive attitudes,friendly, quick and professional!
This is my inspiration to my healthy lifestyle. I often wonder why my shakes don't come out the same as the way they make it, and every time I go there I learn a little more about the ingredients they use and how it's prepared. People are pretty knowledgeable and seemingly have a good time doing what they do.
I come to this location at least 3 days a week after the gym. I will literally drive to the Sand City location just because of how great their customer service is. The ladies in the morning always remember my order, and it makes the experience that much better.
Went in today to get a large white gummy and there was no wait and the staff was very friendly and they keep the store very clean. They asked if I wanted to add any boots to my drink and I got the vitamin c and protein boost. They had my smoothie made within 5 minutes. 🩷
Very hardworking, dedicated, friendly employees . I have never had a reason to complain about anything I've ordered. All my orders have been 100% correct , and always ready super quick. Even when it's busy, I still get my order pretty quickly .
great store. been here for years, and so has it. everytime i am sick, i stop by to get some sugar and vitamins/minerals and usually perk right back up with this method. :P its clean inside, although their ceilings are a little... not-exactly-white looking. but otherwise the seats and surfaces are not sticky and there for the wait (usually 1-2 people in front of my whenever i visit)
The staff is nice, mostly women and flamboyant men. I don't think they hire men, like ever.
We wanted to share a shout-out for Elijah S. This evening, my partner and I stopped in for a smoothie after our Target run. Elijah was so charismatic in chatting with us, then so patient while we decided what we wanted to sub for sherbet in our smoothie. When we finally decided on an alternative, he was genuinely enthusiastic about our choice. While we were waiting for our smoothie to be ready, a man who looked like he was experiencing homelessness came up to the counter. "How can I help you, boss?" Elijah asked him. The man started muttering, and Elijah leaned in to hear him better. After about thirty seconds of this, Elijah said gently, "Go ahead and order whatever you want, man. I'll pay for it." The man ordered a smoothie, and Elijah said, "You got it. Would you like any food?" The man also chose a snack, and we watched Elijah pull out his credit card and cover the transaction. When we were ordering, I noticed on Elijah's name tag that he was in training. What a stellar representative for your establishment, and for humanity in general. Give this guy a raise! It made our day to witness Elijah's genuine kindness.

Excellent pit stop. We were in/out in 10 min. I got the blue/vanilla smoothie with spirulina and it was outstanding!

Thanks for asking, this JJ store and employees are fine, the "ok" rating was for the acai bowl and how it rates comparatively with the many other acai bowls we've experienced. Not sure if individual stores have much influence in improving particular selections, if you do then please pass on this comment.

The staff was friendly, but they were gossiping about people they mutually knew as I waited for my smoothie. It's great when coworkers are friends with each other, but there should always be a sense of professionalism at work. Their gossip took priority over serving, which caused me and other customers to awkwardly stand there and wait.
My order was mixed up. I don't understand how teenagers can manage the store. I also witnessed how badly they treat their employees. The manager was very unprofessional, especially the way she treated her coworkers.
Sorry to say I am a proud Jamba Juice employee and my discount was not honored. I understand that it is a private owned location but some kind of promotion could have been offered. On the ither hand my Medium Lotta Horchata with a chia topper was made correctly, promptly and tasted great. Maybe next time I will tru a different location.

I normally go here to the seaside location and have no issues. I went on the 3rd of May 2024 around 745pm. I got an açaí primo and I wanted made thick and I ordered a sweet pretzel to try (never tried any of their food options). I did inquire about the thickness of the Açaí to the cashier before purchasing, and I was told that it could be made thick thick ( I ask every time just so you it would not be an issue a normally it isn’t an issue). However, this day, the person that took my order did not make the order. Another person made the order and she went and got some premade Açaí that have been sitting inside a container. It was made pretty fast and given to me. I went to eat the açaí and it was like liquid. I brought it back and asked could it be made over and if it could be made thick please because I am a texture type person and this is not what I thought the texture would be. She say that the açai is premade however, she can remake it she did. She did ask me what is the thickness good from the looks of it it look like it was good but then when I got the Açaí, it wasn’t but while she was making my bowl, I noticed that she has sprayed cleaning supplies over the counter then she went and got a cutting board to cut up the fruit. I couldn’t see what she was doing so I decided to take a few pictures. I could feel some kind of tension with this woman and I knew that I did not know longer want the Açaí bowl. I did ask for a refund for the açai bowl. For days I tried to find corporate online however I was not getting anywhere with it. Most of the numbers were not updated or they were out of order or no longer in service. 8 May 2024 I did speak to someone name Julissa she was very nice and she was a shift manager on duty. She spoke to her manager name Paul about the incident above and Paul offer me a gift card for a smoothie. Thank you Paul. I kindly excepted the offer however, I am declining the offer. It is not about me wanting something for free from Jamba. It is the principle and I think that people get too complacent with not treating people how they would want to be treated if it were them on the other end of the counter. A simple give me a moment to wipe the counter off would have been nice. To make my order on top of cleaning solution and to think that that is okay, is not right at all with me. I am disappointed at the woman’s actions because I didn’t disrespect her in anyway for her to display the actions she displayed towards me. But lesson learned.

I always come here. But the girl that helped me Monica was rude.... she asked me to go wait outside but the other person behind me stayed inside to wait for her drinks. Also I payed with samsung pay and she asked me for my id. First time I ever get asked that. I felt discriminated.
I come here many times a week with my family, some of the team members are better than others. However some are just awful, they get mad and easily bothered when you correct them on a mistake. Instead of trying to make you happy and satisfied, they give you attitude and will try to charge you for every little thing. Quality control and portion size has no standard. When they don’t fill my drink or bowl all the way, it’s like they are stealing from their customers, I always let them know. It is such a disappointment and waste of time when they have to make my drink or bowl over again. I have complained to the manager and he responded by basically telling me to go to another Jamba Juice and that his team is always worried/uncomfortable when we come in because they are unsure what kind of remarks we will tell them. We spend so much money on Jamba Juice weekly, we are not looking for any freebies, just a quality product!
