Great food as always and probably the more packed place to go eat around the clock. But they always manage to take care of all their customers in a timely manner.

Excellent fast food restaurant. And by fast I really mean it! Very kind attention by the employees too, always asking what else you need even while you're eating your meal.

Chick-fil-A used to say I'd rather go to prison than eat here but it's probably one of my favorites. The lines look crazy long but it's actually pretty quick at most of these chain restaurants.

The staff I work with joined me at the restaurant of my choice, since it's my birthday today. So 10 of us met at Chick-fil-A. The staff at Chick-fil-A let us join tables together , though we hadn't called ahead and it was noontime. They had 2 registers helping other customers while we were with one cashier. Orders were taken quickly and cheerfully. We had about 3 other Chick-fil-A staff members help us with bringing our meals, drinks, refills, and taking up trash. We had a very pleasant experience and couple of us ended up placing few meals to go for people who couldn't make it there. Thank you for a wonderful birthday experience! Food was great and fast!. The place was immaculant, environment temperature just right, music was not too loud, and the whole crew at that shift , November 13 2018 ( 12:30pm) , was excellant! :)

I always know that the food is consistent, fresh and hot. The service is always friendly and they never waste time. I pull up, place my order, pay and pick-up my order and I'm on my way.

I did curbside and it was very quick, also watched drive thru line and that moved very quickly as well. 7 team members outside taking orders and payment. Line never got too long.

One of the best chick fil a chains ive ever visited. The food was made exquisitely fresh every time and the greeter was an absolute charmer. Though I tend to avoid chick-fil-a, i do hope to return soon.

Based on my experiences here, good customer service overall. The food has always been fine with no issues presented. Lines can be long at times for drive thru, but normally moves pretty fast. Would recommend and would return here.

A++ so happy I can do curbside here. We have a large trailer we're pulling from out of state so drive through wasn't an option. The associate who brought my two large coffees out to me was pleasant! Great for a Friday morning after Thanksgiving! Ty!

I've honestly never had bad or mediocre customer service here. It's always been fantastic and always service with a smile 😃. I don't eat out often maybe 5 times a year but I do come here when I want a delicious quick meal.

I have had only 2 bad experiences at ANY Chick-Fil-A EVER!!! Here, you know you're getting great service because it's the expectation. Sometimes we don't say thank you enough since we're so used to their great service. But Espaillat after this pandemic & #SnowVid, we need to say thank yiu to our neighbors who give us such great service.

I have been coming to this chick fil a very often because not only is chick fil a yummy but I have been greatly attended by the staff. Especially a particular staff member named Ashley. Everytime she attends people including me she has a smile and a positive attitude. Shes really patient and sweet and always finds a way to help. She provides great service and ive never had any issue with her. I hope she gets more recognition great employee deserves a raise. My meal is always handed to me fresh and carefully and she always says to have a nice day. I will keep coming back here because it is the only chick fil a I know where the staff is that amazing. 5 stars.

First time I ever ate there the chicken was good juicy and tender macaroni and cheese was good and the drive-thru was fast it was good!!

Its rare I eat at Chick-fil-a, as Im not a big fan of chicken to begin with, but with a limited selection of places to eat in Del Rio, I ended up just grabbing something fast. Located in front of the mall, it was easy to get to, right off the main street. The drive thru had a bit of a line, so I went inside to order. The menu is pretty simple, not a lot of selection, prices are fair, but on the upper end for basic chicken sandwiches. I was surprised the basic chicken sandwich just has pickles and nothing else condiment wise. My food came out quick, restaurant was clean, and food tasted good. It had probably been about 10 years since my last visit to any Chick-fil-a and I will say it was better than I remembered. The chicken here was crispy and fresh, a past experience where I received very greasy, soggy chicken left me turned off. This location was significantly better. Overall it was a good experience, but they didn't offer anything I wanted to try, so I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. Im not as opposed to Chick-fil-a as I was before, so that says something for the quality of food and prep at this location, they made enough of a positive impression on me to make me think about visiting again.

My family and I always choose Chick-fil-A as our fast food pick because of the staff and the food. We are always professionally greet by the great staff anytime we go but however the reason I didn't give y'all the 5 stars is due to the fact we have had our orders messed up but overall you guys are great. Keep up the good work guys.

This store figured out how to do drive-thru during COVID-19 like no other place I have found across this state. It was safe, all the employees were protected and masked, there was no delay in the service. The food came out warm, delivered to our car by the manager and asst manager. Amazing service.

I have never had a bad experience with Chick-Fil-a other than I never get the condiments accordingly. It would make sense to someone to give me more than one packet of ketchup or any other sauce for my 30 nugget box. Or am I wrong? Please let your staff know and have more common sense. Thank you.

I came by one day to get some food before I headed out of town. The person taking my order in the drive thru, Lizzy was so sweet. she’s the only reason I’m not completely giving the service zero stars. She had a smile on her face even with how cold it was outside. She asked if I had the app which I always forget to scan. I’m not great with the app but she showed me how to redeem rewards. I was so pleased with the first half of the service that when I got to the window and the guy named Johnathon completely forgot my sauces I was surprised. I get it was a rush but why ask if you aren’t going to put the effort into making sure I receive my sauces.

This place is exactly what one would expect it to be. It is a fast food chicken place for sandwiches, nuggets and waffle fries. Nothing special. They try to be efficient and are known for saying "My Pleasure" any time you thank them for service.

Instead of a 12 piece nugget I got a 4 piece tender and no sauces. They were closed so couldn't get it corrected. I know places make mistakes but it just sucked when you are hungry after a long day and don't get it right

Food was great but it wasn't like Chick-fil-A that I'm used to employees were kinda to themselves. Every Chick-fil-A around my town you are greeted and thanked here it did not happen. Store was nice and clean and Food was great.

Typical Chick-fil-A. Kind workers, "my pleasure" etc. It is just the simplest of task to get an order correct. But yet it seems to be impossible. The pieces of chicken used to be sizable and much better than other fast foods, but the nuggets are tiny and fillets are too small to even cover the bun. I ordered extra extra pickles. Unfortunately my order was to go so as we ate in our vehicle there was zero pickles. Not even the two that normally come with a sandwich. The young lady rang it up right, It was printed on top of the sandwich box, and it was on the receipt to have extra pickles. But absolutely no extra pickles. Nobody goes to Chick-fil-A to save money. It is relatively more expensive than many fast food places, but the quality used to make up for the difference. Difference. The food still tastes excellent but the portions are small and the orders are often incorrect.

Fast service. Nice workers. The only issue is that the bun we got was extremely stale, and they forgot all of our sauce packets we requested.

The last few times our orders have been wrong, not one to complain but this is starting to be consistent and I feel you should be aware of it so that it don't continue.

Ordered spicy deluxe meal with fries and a Dr Pepper. Asked for an extra Mac and cheese, red flash, and two types of sauce. Went through drive through & got home to realize I was missing straws, the sauce, & my fries. Sucks to not get what you pay for.

ChickfilA is cool and all, but it's kind of a rip. Food is expensive, portions are really small, and it doesn't have that, "Fresh out the greese" taste.... it's more like under done fresh out the microwave taste... It's pretty underwhelming, and without the sauce that they do their best to not give you, the product would be mediocre at best.

I wish they were more friendly and didn’t forget items every time I order. They don’t like being told when hey mess up and will make you feel like a criminal when you ask them to correct their order mistakes. Worst location I have ever been to. Two stars because their food is good.

The last two times we have gone here and gotten the kids meals they toy cards have all been in Spanish! I get we are on the boarder, but last time I check we are still in the United States of America where the primary language is English! This is not acceptable and will not be returning to this place. If this happened in any other country it would not be allowed. Why is it Herr? Ridiculous.

First of all, the drinks are horrible, uncarbonated, and watered down. They forgot our sandwich and the lady who brought it to us, had an attitude. Disappointed because chick fil a is supposed to be top customer service.

Incompetent. I expected more from this place but was let down again. I’ve gone twice in the morning in the last 2 weeks and both times they have messed up the order. After driving back all I got was a “ ohh sorry”. Employees in the morning look like don’t want to be there.

People are great food is excellent but the company as a whole I won't eat their based in their personal beliefs and values.

Took my kids to pick up food thru the drive thru .. wrong choice.. fries were old and nasty , sandwiches were wrong they gave us spicy instead of the deluxe regular ones we ordered and no sauces at all .

The amount of times the staff gets orders wrong is laughable. This is a fast food restaurant with an incredibly simple menu. Train your staff better and stop making customer's return to the restaurant because of careless mistakes made by the business.

The customer service was great as usual, but I got really sick from one of the salads. I ordered the lemon kale caesar salad and woke up in the middle of the night with instant anxiety and nausea. I had really bad cramps and starting to have an anxiety attack. I eventually puked and had the runs all morning. I will never again order this salad and advise those with a weak/ sensitive to as well.

Great everywhere except Del Rio TX always mess up my order. Gave me chicken on just a bun for the deluxe so instead of making it right they gave me everything separated lettuce tomato cheese and cheese is supposed to be a lil melted and when asked if they can just remake it I was trippin that they said they didn't have time so I guess they tryna make it a build a sandwich

Picked up online order only to get home to a missing entree, not a drink or a side, THE only sandwich in the order. Mind you this is the fourth time this has happened at this chick-fil-a. Call to complain and get talked down to and laughed at by one of their supervisors, Ruth, that seemed to think I was overreacting to them ruining our dinner once again.

They say they're a Christian Establishment, but when I walked in hungry & asked if they might be able to provide a one-time donation to me as a Clergy Member (as My Ministry works solely off of donations & I am new to Del Rio), they gave me a number to call and refused to help. When I was told that it "wasn't their problem", I asked whether "What Would Jesus Do?" applied to Christian Establishments such as them to which they replied "I guess not. Sorry." No longer will I visit this establishment in any capacity nor will I recommend them to any of My Ministry's clients or associates. How shameful.

Only Chic Fil A in my whole life i’ve gotten a sandwich and not actually enjoyed it. The next time i went was a long day after work and ordered my food and received my order only to find my sandwich not in there when i get home. This branch needs better management because clearly service is far below chic fil a standard. if i wanted my order messed up and forgotten about i would go to mcdonalds.

When we walked in one of the cashiers said they did not want to me and my friends order walked away gave us the back while rolling here eyes. We were in the line waiting for a couple of minutes take in mind it was slow no customers in front of us. There for when she was done complaining to her co worker and talking she was ready to take my order with a face and attitude NEVER GOT TREATED LIKE THIS BEFORE! I was nice and even said thank you so much and she did not said welcome thank u or MY PLEASURE. This made me so sad other wise the food was delicious 😋 like always

I’m extremely disappointed with the behavior I witnessed from two employees at this Chick-fil-A. A team member named Ashley made several inappropriate remarks about my husband, openly saying how “hot” he was while he was standing right there. Her comments were disrespectful, uncalled for, and made him feel very uncomfortable. What’s even worse is that Ruth, the supervisor, was also involved and allowed this kind of behavior to happen. Every time I’ve come in and she’s been on shift, there’s always an issue, whether it’s her attitude, tone, or lack of professionalism. Both employees showed zero respect for customers or the people around them. Because of this experience, my husband and I will not be returning to this location. I truly hope management takes this matter seriously and holds their staff accountable for creating such an uncomfortable environment.

There’s a team leader by the name of Kyana at the Del Rio, TX Chick-fil-A. She has been very rude toward both guests and team members, as I have seen from my own point of view in the drive-thru and dining room. Her attitude creates an uncomfortable environment and does not reflect the friendly and respectful service Chick-fil-A is known for. This behavior creates a negative atmosphere that goes against Chick-fil-A’s values of kindness and excellent customer service. Additionally, when orders are incorrect, she refuses to fix them or assist customers properly, which causes even more frustration—not just for me, but for several other guests as well. I hope this issue is looked into seriously, as it’s affecting the overall experience at this location. Honestly, I don’t think her operations directors should allow her to remain in the position she’s in, and I hope Chick-fil-A Del Rio does better moving forward!

Wow, this was a miss! One of my favorite brands/chains and finally found a location that was off. The service was the usual exceptional quality. However the chicken sandwich was way sub-par than what I typically get. Not only that but it had this weird rubbery cross between under-cooked (see pink pic) and chewy over cooked. Gross! I'd try again hoping it was a one time thing, but definitely not what I waited a while in line for.
