My Place knows what it does well, and that's wings, burgers and beer. Seriously, they have the best wings in the Capital District. And prices? You won't find a better bargain around town. A must visit when in the mood for pitchers and bar food.

Since moving to Delmar this has become a favorite. It's a great corner bar, not on a corner! Food is very good and the prices are great. Service has always been excellent as well. Just a good place to eat some decent bar food.

Just as described, quality food for low price. I'm so used to cheap fast food and I avoid restaurant/diner burgers. But this place, the biggest burger was about $5 so I couldnt resist. Bought it and I will never regret it. It was great. Atmosphere was very good. theres a dining section and a bar section. Lots of sports channels if your into that. I went on a Saturday night, but there was definitely space for my friends and me. Only way to find out if it is good or bad is to just go. You wont regret.

First time here, great place, had the BLT minus the lettuce. Bacon was cooked perfectly and tasted like real bacon not microwaveable bacon most places use.

The bartender Amanda was very friendly and attentive. Offered me a drink and a menu right away even though it was late and I was one of only 2-3 ppl in there. Grabbed a draft and some food to go based on her friendly suggestion. PS: always have Galaga

Great menu selection at this local pub, Sport bar. In and out in less than an hour. Had French onion soup and a toasted grilled cheese sandwich. Excellent choice. Wife and guest very Happy with there menu choices. Service was spot on and the dining area was full with 2 servers.. they do a great job, very courtesy. Food was great, service was great. Nice bar. They have a decent menu and a good number of beers on tap. The bar is good because of how big it is, and there is enough room for larger groups of people. They also have a separate eating area as well if you want a little more privacy. Good prices. Good food. Good drinks. Friendly staff.

We go here for lunch quite often or call ahead. The food is always prepared correctly, tastes far better than the fast-food place up the street, and the prices are so reasonable for the high quality of food. Just note, there is a credit card surcharge which helps keep their prices low.

We’ve been eating here for over 9 years and it’s consistently great. We’ve only ever done pickup/takeout and it’s always great. Our favorites are the chicken tenders with the best bbq sauce and the mozzarella sticks with raspberry sauce. Idk why I never left a review before, but I figured it was about time!

My Place is one of my favorite places to go with my family or on dates with my partner. The wings and appetizers are excellent, and when we're having date night, we are able to play darts. If you're looking to play darts, you usually have to turn the machine on yourself, but it works! I absolutely recommend the zucchini sticks with their tiger sauce!

Can’t pass up $1 burger night. Last night the wait staff looked short handed, however, our waitress didn’t miss a beat, smiled, ran to tables. Food tasted great and was hot to boot. Worth the wait just to help the wait staff.

After searching for a late night dinner for myself and my family we pull into My Place to check it out. It was amazing food and top tier service. Our waitress Brianna L and bartender Bruce provided superior service and we will be returning for another meal very soon. The Jalapeño Shrimp soup was definitely my new favorite soup. Very friendly people all the way around. I got that "CHEERS!" feeling in the atmosphere. Regulars walked in, were greeted and immediately asked if they wanted the usual. I came in, a complete stranger passing through actually having a really rough day, was greeted immediately and offered a drink straight away. Some nice casual banter with some regulars, I felt so welcome. I ordered the Haddock Special and not only was there enough for a second meal but it was made perfectly. Excellent flavor, perfectly crispy on the outside fluffy moist inside. The waffle fries were seasoned just right and the whole meal was just a delicious the second heating. This place is a MUST stop in. Don't even hesitate, your palette and soul will thank you!

My Wife enjoyed a meal here yesterday afternoon and really enjoyed it! I had the 1/3 pound Cheddar Burger with Fries and Slaw and everything was cooked to perfection. Staff was friendly and efficient. This place has a sports bar vibe and it was obvious that people were having a good time and seems to know each other. It was clean and tidy as well, including the bathrooms. I will be back and consider it a go-to place for a great inexpensive burger and chill vibes!

Place was very nice. My daughter took her son and myself out to dinner. I wanted to go somewhere low-key and not very expensive. My Place was it. The waiter was very nice attentive, our food was prepared in no time. I wanted a nice bowl of soup (felt a little chilly after sitting at the lake). The New England clam chowder was excellent 👌🏽. They had outdoor seating. Very chill and relaxing. I must say very pleased with the entire dunner. My grandson and daughter enjoyed their burgers and I enjoyed me chicken caesar wrap.

On a recent adventure we ended up here and we were so so so surprised with both the quality of the food and the service! We ordered 2 types of wings, onion rings & drinks. The blue cheese dip was absolutely delish! The garlic buffalo wings were really great paired with the dip!! Our waitress/bartender was an absolute sweet heart. Give her a raise!!

I have to say this is the only place that our sports team has found that has such an extensive menu of both pub food and regular options that can serve all their food late in the area anymore. Service is ALWAYS friendly and inviting. They handle big parties late the best they can and never seem annoyed to have our crowd wander in. Not fancy or trendy, just great prices, no-nonsense, and a good time. Thank you!! We will continue to visit after games.

The service was very good fast and friendly. I order hot wings that were very good. Plus I also ordered some cajun steak french fries they were done well too. The bar area is nice they have multiple TVs to watch. They also have quick draw to play while you enjoy your meal. The menu has many different things to choose from. I will be coming back to this place to try something different next time for sure.

They did a great job setting up the place for the new requirements. The food was better than I recalled a few years back the last time I had gone here. So definitely a decent bar place. A bit of confusion with our order and time to get the food..hence the 4 stars. Still good place and at this point grateful to be able to go out and be somewhat normal.

We often will go to local sports events and want to eat after. By then it might be 10:00 and even though restaurants/bars purport to be open, the kitchen isn't. My husband happened to think of this place recently after a Patroons game (where there's essentially no food). He was struck by their website saying "Serving Food All The Time." We weren't sure whether to believe it, but sure enough when we walked in around 10 and asked if we could get food we were cheerily told of course. My Place & Co. has a limited selection of the standard American brews, but we were able to get a Fiddlehead. TVs had various sports on and there was still an enthusiastic small crowd at the bar. We both ordered the Grilled Riley, which is like a Reuben but with pastrami instead of corned beef and slaw instead of sauerkraut. Delicious, served with chips. We had a side of fries that were very serviceable. Given the atmosphere, service and late night food, this will now be a go-to.

We decided to come here because our first choice was closed. I had the Swiss mushroom burger which was cooked perfectly (med. rare). My husband had wings and fries. We both completely enjoyed our meals and will definitely be back for more.

I really like My Place, but draft prices could be a little cheaper. $4+ for a pint of bud light is a little steep. Bottle prices are more in tune with other places. Good food. Friendly patrons and bartenders. I'm a fan of the burgers and wings.

I've now been here three times. The burger meat well below average. Other than that the staff is very friendly and most of the other food is great. The pricing is also fair. It's a good bar to go to and just some out. No drama here. Like they say good food good friends and good times.

Reliable with friendly low key vibe. Steak caesar salad is a great dish. Low cost sandwiches are good. Not gourmet in any sense but very good value. Reasonable prices for beer and other drinks. Been there a very long time. Very consistent food.

My husband & I are frequent customers at the Delmar location. Every time we go I see the head cook with no gloves on in kitchen & I have to tell the waitress to tell him put them on. Foods good. They need more choices for desserts. Again; Bob head cook has no gloves on Next time I see owner I will tell him Bob never wears his gloves in kitchen

Dinner tonight at My Place & Co. in Delmar, NY. Sign says "family restaurant", and it is; but it's also a sports bar with a large bar area with many televisions showing sports and Quickdraw lottery abutting a good size open dining room. Kids are welcomed in the dining room and are kept out of the bar area. Prices are on the low side, but can add up quickly. Burgers are offered in three sizes: "Burgers" starting at $4.49 to $7.79, "Big Burgers" 1/3lb burgers ranging from $6.79 to $7.29 and finally "Biggest Burgers" 1/2lb burgers from $7.89 to $9.99. Price ranges are dependent on toppings, i.e. cheese, lettuce, tomato, bacon, etc. But, here is where it gets interesting. Make your burger what we in Brooklyn called "deluxe" by adding slaw and fries and prices rise from $9.49 to $14.99. Some subitions are allowed, but they are limited. I could not substitute potato salad for french fries, but I could substitute potato salad for Cole slaw. I ordered a " Big Burger" with cheese deluxe. $7.29 plus $5.00 for fries and slaw. Swiss cheese is my standard order, but Swiss Cheese instead of American cheese would have added $1.50 to my order. The burger was not great. It was overcooked on a griddle with not much flavor. A little salt and pepper on the burger during cooking would go a long way. Fries were mixed with some very crispy and some limp, but all tasted as if they were cooked in old oil that was too cold. My wife ordered the triple decker corned beef and Swiss sandwich. It was accompanied by ruffled potato chips for $11.49. Oddly enough, they do not offer the "deluxe" option with this sandwich. The sandwich was a disappointment. It looked beautiful, but the ice cold corned beef tasted more like ham than corned beef. The appetizers were very good and worth the trip and recommend. Bone-in Buffalo wings (Market price, but were $12.49 for 10 tonight) were spicy and nicely covered in the sweet and spicy sauce. The Bleu cheese dip was flavorful and held up to the sauce well. One complaint, they are stingy with the celery and carrot sticks. This is a common complaint with restaurants, but come on folks. You can afford half a carrot and a full celery stalk on the plate. The zucchini sticks ($6.99) were well flavored and surprisingly crisp. They are served with a not too spicy horseradish aioli. Service was quick and very personable. From tonight's visit, I'd put My Place & Co into rotation when I'm looking for a sports bar. The appetizers, read that as bar food, are what to eat while you are there.

So my brothers, ma l, Jared and riles go to Dinner. My place in company in DELMAR, everyone wanted to go, okay great. Got there, only one or two tables, we order, guy gets our drinks, then doesn’t come back til the food is done. My brother was drinking beer, which sat empty, when the food was delivered we asked for a side of cheese and sour cream, all of our drinks were empty, he never came back with any sides, he never came back. Period. We asked the other waitress (who was AWESOME, she had pink hair), to refill our drinks. We tipped her $10. He came over to see if we were done, we said yes. He brought the check, we paid it and said keep the change which was $6.37. I honestly didn’t want to leave that. After I paid, I asked her to get us Togo desserts. We then tipped her another $15. I was a server for 20 years. Literally, 20 years of my life. Please check the cameras. So you know what I say is true. He then chased me outside bc the change it brought back to me I took. He didn’t deserve anything. Probably won’t be back bc of him. My Place & Co.

Very simple place..... bar and bar food. Great Bar Tenders in this local watering hole. MONDAY night is dollar burger night. They have a special each night, but Monday is the way to do it. The French Fries are great too... shoestring, no stupid seasoning or junk on it. The wings are tasty too. The other great thing is this place is open late and keeps the kitchen open.

Small seating area in restaurant with extra seating outside and a small bar. The establishment is clean, and employees are nice. The bar stools are uncomfortable to sit in at the bar and outdated. The food is okay, mostly fried food that goes well when you're having some drinks. I ordered some onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and a Hot open turkey sandwich with gravy and fries. The onion rings and mozzarella sticks were basic restaurant fried food, nothing special. I really enjoyed the hot open turkey sandwich with fries and gravy. This dish is nostalgia for me. My mother used to make it for me when I was a child. So it has a special place in my heart.. so all this food and 6 beers I shared with my wife came out to about $65, not bad considering other places I have been too. I will definitely be back

Haven't been there in a while. Won't be going back again. As soon as we ordered drinks we were told have to pay with cash. Credit card machine broken and ATM doesn't work either. Funny, cause the lottery machines were working. Some of the items on the regular menu we wanted were not available. All four of our orders had errors. We had to ask for refills on our drinks, they weren't offered. It wasn't like the waitress was busy, there was only one other person in the dining area. Now we know why. My Place used to be one of our favorite places to eat. Not anymore. Neither the food or the service was good enough to keep me as a customer.

This place has gone downhill considerably over the years. Many years ago I used to eat here every day and also meet there frequently in the evening. I since moved out of town and each return visit is so inconsistent and last time the wings were totally precooked, then overcooked and totally under sauced. I've had these wings probably 350-400 times in my life, I am not kidding... yet the cook chose to argue with both me and my wife and tell us we were wrong. We visit our hometown about 3x per year and this will no longer be a mandatory stop.

Food wonderful, service great . The bar was so loud we could not hold a conversation. They either need some acoustic tile or some kind of divider. My grandkids were holding their hands over their ears. The bar noise was deafening.

You order burgers and you get no cheese… or no buns? We ordered 4 times in the past and they got the order correct 1/4th of the time, usually forgetting the cheese, but missing the buns was a first.

We arrived last week around 545pm and met a coworker who had arrived several minutes before us. After we sat down, we were greeted by our server and placed an order for some drinks and 1 beer. After about 15-20 minutes we finally received our drinks and we then placed an order for food. My wife ordered a cocktail that was strawberry/banana and that was fine. However, the cocktail my coworker ordered looked disgusting and tasted mid. While I don't recall the name of the cocktail they ordered I believe it had blue curacao and pineapple. Regardless of the ingredients, I don't understand why the bartender allowed a drink that resembled dirty dish water to be served in a clear cup. After finishing our drinks, we waited nearly 45 minutes for our food to be served. I found the long wait to be inexcusable. The restaurant and bar were not crowded and a family that arrived long after we did was served their food long before us. I ordered a double cheeseburger, mozzarella sticks tossed in hot garlic Parm, medium boneless wings, and an order of French fries. The food left a lot to be desired. The hamburger patties had the taste and consistency of the cheap, frozen patties you buy in a store. The mozzarella sticks were similar. The French fries were unsalted and tasted stale. The boneless wings were spicy, as I ordered. But the sauce tasted like it had BBQ sauce added and the meat wasn't delicious. I won't even discuss the "Melba" sauce I ordered with my mozz sticks. My Place did not live up to the hype for us and we will not be returning. Our server was polite and got tipped well due to that. But between the long wait and abysmal food, I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

Nice that they deliver so late, and the woman who took my order over the phone was very friendly. Unfortunately, my delivery experience wasn’t great. I waited over an hour and never got a call or knock, then found out my food had been left outside and was ice cold by the time I discovered it. Disappointing since I had tipped ahead of time. Next time I’ll probably do pickup instead.

We have always loved My place and we are usually twice a month big order customers, sometimes more. Tonight the order was wrong and was an hour late delivered. Usually the deliveries are great when it’s been delivered by the guys, tonight it was the sour lady and she is always much later than the time estimated. It has never happened with anyone but her so it seems to be an individual problem. Incorrect order or late would have been acceptable, but not both.

My husband is disable he had 2 brain aneurysm and cannot hear or walk or talk very good since . We were having family over for Christmas Eve and instead of cooking I decided to order food from different places we went to Ragonese and picked up subs and the owners and staff there are just so very friendly I would recommend them to everyone than we went to the fountain and picked up pizzas again love love love everyone in that establishment as well but get to MyPlace to pick up wings and our disabled son wanted nachos and cheese we sit at the bar order a drink because r food wasn’t ready the staff was extremely nice but than the owner comes in hears my husband talking loud (again he can’t hear so his voice volume is very high) the owner comes over to us and tells my husband he is being to loud and if he doesn’t quite down he will have to leave . Um excuse me ..... I told him he cannot hear so he talks loudly he acted like he didn’t care .very rude made us feel like 2 cents in front of a packed bar . So upset would never ever recommend or go back to this establishment. Owner is a real jerk has no respect for anyone . Beware Jim Giacone is very disrespectful to disable people...

I'm completely disgusted. I ordered a decent sized meal for me and sickly grandmother. I opened the roast beef club and there was a HUGE HAIR IN IT!! I immediately pulled it out. I then called them, they told me to bring the sandwich and bring them the hair that was in the sandwich (which is okay I guess.) I wasn't even offered a refund. Germs are REAL, and we are still in a pandemic as I'm eating food with potential hair in it. I don't know if I consumed any hair that I couldn't see. But I definitely caught the hair.

My husband and I are ate there and the blonde waitress at 7:30 pm overcharged us to get herself a bigger tip. When we asked for the automised bill, each item and the cost, she never returned to our table. I work in the restaurant business, an exotic beach bar restaurant and I know how waitresses operate who have been fired for doing what she did. I will Never eat there again and I’m putting it on social media. My husband wanted to leave but she knew what she did so we waited for almost a half hour and we just left. Just to inform you, look closely at your bill because this blond trash will rob you.

I've been to My Place & Co a couple of times trying different dishes. I don't like their food, their burgers are bland, No flavor. Their fries can't be warmed up because they end up tasting like eating paper. I see why now when Im there people at the bar are only eating nuts and nachos and not their food. Yuk My Place, rename yourselves and call it Bland State in a Delmar City!

They have a takeout window fast and easy….. not today !!!! 7/11/21 second time the takeout door has been locked. I ordered, but left the food there. Couldn’t get in. The reason I ordered here it’s easy to get the order, in and out. I have bone grinding bone in my knees, not walking around front and into the bar to get my food. Sorry but I will not order take out anymore from here.

the young girl at the window was absolutely clueless with the online orders. we ordered different types of wings to go. realized no one put the sauce on any of our wings. weird but not the end of the world. only issue is the “mild” sauce tastes like ketchup and cinnamon. absolutely disgusting. never again

I have been coming here for years and the the last year I noticed frequent staff turnover and haven’t been there in a couple months on a Monday but it was my first time ever going at 5:30 that there were seats at the bar. Perhaps it is because of the rude barmaid, and slower service which is also the first time I ever experienced that there as well, in fact one of the best parts of going there used to be the friendly staff. I also ate half the burger and spent more than $50 on drinks with my party and they would not let me bring the rest of the burger home, I guess they would rather throw food away than give it to paid patrons. I understand not allowing people to order and then not eat or buy drinks at the bar and then ask to take home the $1 burger special but be reasonable with regular customers who did eat and spent time and money at the bar. I also just have a problem with waste, there are starving people in the world and it is places/owners like this which contribute to it and now obviously lose customers. “Penny smart pound foolish” I think they forgot the reason to offer specials and the $1 burgers was to get customers there to spend money on drinks and other food.

First time going..and won't be going back. Food was okay, wait time was a bit long. I ordered a frozen margarita, which tasted only of salt. The poor lime looked as though it had seem better days too. I told the waiter, who immediately got defensive and told me 'it's not all salt, I made it myself.' He offered to switch the glass, not the drink, either way I attempted again and stirred the drink with a spoon for a good 30s before still tasting only salt. I wish I could say the food made up for it, but it was average at best.
