You’ll love Bearded Monk if you love craft beer. Although I’m not a craft beer drinker myself, they always still have great options on draft that cater to my picky beer preferences. I ordered the Guava Good from Oak Highlands Brewery. My husband got the Kolsh from 512 Brewing. And they have a few outdoor picnic tables you can enjoy a draft while soaking in the sun (or staying shaded under the umbrella). You can also order a 6-pack of cans, bomber bottles or even growlers to-go. Plus, if you get a chance to meet Ben, he’s one of the friendliest bar owners in town and actively involved in the community.

🤍 came here on my drive from Colorado to Dallas because one of my best friends that lived in the area loved this place. Ben was so freaking nice and helpful, super cheerful too! The inside is super cool and the beer selection to go was great. A lot of options on tap and prices are super reasonable. I was so excited that I forgot to tip him and I feel like an a-hole. Sorry ben 😭 def check this place out!!!

Stopped by The Bearded Monk - a really cool craft beer shop off the Denton Square. Fun interesting place with tap beer at the back. Monica tried Temptress from a local Garland brewery and found it yummy. We bought the Acheron to take home. All those labels, that is the men's bathroom ceiling.

Very nice laid back place, lot of beer selection in bottles and cans and on my visit there were I think 20 maybe 21 beers on tap. If your wanting great beer great atmosphere and great relaxing conversation then this is a must stop. The pics are of the boards with the beers they had on tap on my visit, enjoyed my time there thanks guys.

Unique find in the heart of Denton, TX. Great atmosphere, fabulous beer selection and a chilled out vibe. Went on a Tuesday night and an amazing live jazz band was playing. This is a great place to unwind.

TL,DR: musical and cultural events on their location, check website for more details. Different seasonal beers on draft, great ambience for sitting down and chat with friends. Wine is part of the menu. Interesting selection of souvenirs for you to take home (from beer bottle lamps to their signature beers of the season and wines from around the world). A well known location in Denton, this pub has a great selections of drinking beers and wines for you. Cider too! Some of the items might me seasonal but you can get most of their drinks on their souvenirs. No food to order here. If you want to smoke, you can exit to their back alley with drink on hand with no problem. Pets must be kept outside. You can bring your family here to enjoy a great drink and have a taste of Denton. It is worth the stop definitely.

The beer is good and the vibe is fantastic especially sunshine. However this is the first brewery place I have ever been to reject to provide sample beer ☹️ even though the final payment screen was nudging me to pay 25% tips directly. Be careful.

We have been here before and would have given it 5 stars but the last time took it down to 4 due to the bartender. Previously we had great service and some small tastes of the beer available which is no longer available. This time under poured and over priced. Also the previous bartenders always interacted with us but not on this Sunday March 23rd. We were one and done and went next door to Denton County Brewing company

My only wish is that they had prices listed somewhere. There was no way of telling how much a bottle of wine or case of beer was. Otherwise this place has an incredibly impressive variety of alcoholic beverages. The tables looked clean and like a decent place to hangout. Staff seemed friendly, although they weren’t very helpful. Which is fine, but when there’s no prices listed anywhere it’s not efficient or inviting.
