I ordered wings with ranch dipping sauce last night, just like I always do. But this time the ranch tasted completely different, almost like the restaurant switched to a new type of ranch. The flavor was really bad and nothing like the delicious ranch I used to get before. I’m very disappointed because the ranch was one of the main reasons I kept coming back to WingStop. If the store has permanently changed to this new ranch, then I won’t be returning anymore. I hope this was just a mistake or a one-time issue. Please check what happened so customers can get the original, high-quality ranch again.

January 1, 2026, at 8 around 8 pm. I ordered wings and fries from here through Uber EAts. I got the wings. NO FRIES. There was ketchup in the bag. I have never had a Wingstop not provide a full order. This is a first. Looking at the previous reviews. This appears to be a norm. ------ I called the store around 9 pm in regard to the issue. I was referred to the store manager for a credit. They stated my name and full order. Then stated I would need to call Uber Eats for the refund.

whatever staff was working at 6:30pm on december 22nd yall need to do better. like i actually had to specify 3x that i wanted lemon pepper SAUCE on the side and she gave us the dry rub seasoning instead (mind you they charge for that) on top of it i was trying to be polite but was met with a very impatient attitude 😍😍😍 not to mention we were waiting for 45 mins just for the bag to be sitting behind the counter cause they never called our name and never bothered to let us know our food was ready and ONLY prioritized the uber eats delivery people and not their actual customers. wing stop is always yummy but this customer service and service in general was NOT it. :/

Skinny black girl working at nighttime with straight hair was extremely rude. There’s no reason to talk shit about having to help when I ask for an item that was missing in my bag. She could’ve kept her comments to herself, but to be disrespectful when I was polite was uncalled for terrible customer service, and atmosphere will never eat here again, and I will tell others

We used to come to this location and quit for a while because the food was always cold. We decided to try to come back and it’s been fine the past couple of times. Upon picking up my order tonight, I had ordered a medium cheese and they gave me a small. If they only have one size, I can understand that, but don’t try to scam someone out of what they pay for (they only put one small container in the bag). I asked for the correct amount and it was given to me, but when the lady at the front counter was giving someone else a drink a cup, another fell on the floor. She proceeded to pick up the cup and put it back into the holder to give to somebody else later. That completely unacceptable and disgusting not to mention, disregarding food and safety code. We had also ordered a large voodoo fries but again we ended up with a regular and it was cold despite being told that I had to wait on my order because they were working on the fries. Would you please give people what they pay for? We expect to get what we spend our money on, the phone scammers are enough. We will be avoiding this Wingstop in the future there’s no telling what’s going on in the back if someone in the front is gonna be so bold as to pick up a cup up off the floor in front of customers.

I was charged twice for an order! When I brought this up to the management that was there at the time they said that there was nothing to worry about, that it was just a pending transaction and would renter my bank account. She also told me that if it didn’t I could come back in and they would sort it out. Well that pending transaction ended up going through and when I went in the staff was extremely unhelpful and doubted my story despite me having literal transactional proof. They also claimed that the woman I spoke to was an unknown person and not a manager and that “my story did not add up”. Overall unfortunate situation all around.

I accidentally ordered to this location, and I called to see if they would transfer my order to the location closer to me. The person over the phone told me no, but they’d cancel my order and send me a refund. I placed a different order to location closer to me and paid again for this order. I never received a refund for an order I never received. I’m highly disappointed.

First off I don’t ever make reviews but this one made me really upset. Me and my mom came there on Saturday. first the black lady at the register was very snarky. I tried to pay with cash and didn’t know I had to use card instead and then she says “we don’t pay with cash, it’s on the door.” Very rudely. So that caught me off guard. We ordered our food; (which were the spicy honey hot tenders) the tenders had so much seasoning on one side of all the tenders and my mom’s fries were very cold. So I go to the bathroom to clean off my sweats, but before that I had asked them where the restroom was and they all ignored me THREE TIMES.i finally get to the restroom and one of the employees comes banging on the door and when I leave the bathroom no one was there. Me and my mom were never rude AT ALL. These employees including the manager are so childish. It’s ridiculous this isn’t the first time either.

Today, Sunday, September 15, 2024, the night shift staff at 9:40 treated me rudely and made gestures not suitable for a person who has to work in that position, second mistake, very crispy wings were ordered and they were delivered to me regularly as they make them, not as I asked for them, the potatoes with a lot of salt cannot be eaten, they are not suitable people to work here, they affect the reputation of the company, it's a shame

This was the WORST order of wings ever gotten in a Wingstop in my whole life. The chicken was so undone that the wrinkles from the RAW skin still were there. Chicken had not even changed color on the outside, still fleshy on the outside. French fries had no seasoning, my charge card appears quite frequently at wingstops, but it will never be used at the wingstop in Denton ever again
