Què diuen els clients de Bánh Shop
Bánh Shop offers a surprisingly good airport dining experience, especially the Vietnamese Chicken Soup and Fire Bowl. Many find it a healthy and flavorful alternative to typical airport fare. Some find the food bland or the service inconsistent.

Opinions de Bánh Shop Dfw Airport
Banh Shop (Gate D10) is a top-tier DFW pick because they bake their own baguettes on-site, ensuring a fresh, crunchy base for their sandwiches. While the steak is cut thick and satisfying, I prefer the grilled pork but it's not available. It's the better move if you want that classic, balanced Vietnamese flavor profile. Expect vibrant bowls and fresh herbs, but be prepared for airport pricing around $15–$20.
Surprisingly flavorful tofu pad thai--hot and prepared quickly. In a sea of boring options, this is a great choice. In the outside world it might be four stars, but in an airport this is a spot punching well above its weight.
As far as airport food goes (very low bar) this is a decent options for Vegan (plant based) at DFW
This is some of the best airport food I’ve ever had! I got the Bahn Fire bowl with tofu. They put the wasabi in the corner of the bowl so you can mix in as much as you want for your desired spice level. It was very mild without it so do not fear if you don’t like spicy! You can choose brown or white rice and there are a good number of veggies in there.
Yummmmmm, got the chicken soup and it was spectacular. Great broth, pulled bean noodles, lots of cilantro, grilled chicken and lime on the side to pour over. It was blazing hot, big portion, very delicious and nutritious.
Monday, Dec 29 and whoever is working the register [black dude] deserves a raise! So polite and friendly and helpful!! The chicken in the soup isn't as soft but everything was perfect after stepping into a freezing cold Dallas! Let the soup set for a few extra mintiees letting noodles be soft! It's a great price and amount of food!
This place was amazing! DFW was crowded and loud. This restaurant is in terminal C. I just walked up to the first place with vegetarian options. I ordered the fire bowl. It was so good! Sorry I didn't take pictures but I had to make my flight. There is a tofu option but it would take 10 mins that I didn't have. My stepson ordered the chicken rice bowl. You are able to add protein to all the bowls. They are made to order and the prices were reasonable. The bowls are large.
Healthy. Fresh. REAL steak. Fresh herbs. Clean. I don’t know what else really to say besides this is the best thing to eat at terminal C at DFW international Airport. I always feel like there’s unhealthy choices in frozen food to eat at the airport and it doesn’t leave me feeling the best when I’m on a flight. Hands-down, this meal was exactly what I needed and I feel like it’s a hidden gem between Pizza Hut and McDonald’s. Also the little old lady at the front working the cash register was so sweet and gave me some fresh basil and hot sauce. Anytime I’m at terminal C now I will be having this.
A very pleasant surprise after a long flight. It's not the most authentic Vietnamese food I've ever had, but it's by far the best airport food I've ever had. Highly recommend the Vietnamese Chicken Soup if you're looking for something warm and comforting. The soup was actually very flavorful on its own. Service was friendly and relatively quick. The prices weren't bad either, $10-15 for a meal.
Banh Mi Pork Meatball Sandwich was surprisingly good. Bread was fresh and crusty. Meat was very tasty. It was good sized. The flavors of the entire sandwich worked well. Place seemed to be understaffed but the woman taking orders and making the sandwiches was doing a great job. For all the reviews that are complaining about price and atmosphere, it's the airport for crying out loud. Everything is overpriced and the atmosphere is crowded and uncomfortable. Get a grip and write a review based on the reality of the environment you're in. Or make a sandwich at home and bring it with you.
Wow! Much better than expected! The chicken 🐓 with green curry was delicious! The white rice was sticky rice! Nice and solid. The green curry definitely had spice to it! Which I loved! There are two locations in terminal D. I hope eaten at both. This one is better! They have a full bar here . Decent seating area as well.
It’s too my surprise the viet chicken soup was really delicious and hot. But the lady at the register was kind of rude, Idk why 🤷 Minimum Gratuity is 15% So i paid 19.72 for the togo ramen bowl, Noodle was really good so i’m very happy with the food😊 But staff could be a little nicer rather than mean.
Great service, BUT: Ordered green curry chicken, veggies are prepped and cooked correctly , but the flavor a OFF BY A LOT. Too much curry paste , too much sugar, coconut milk tastes a bit off and not enough fish sauce or flavor and the sauces were not mixed enough before adding veggies and chicken . It was just pockets of unbalanced sweetness. Guy next to me was eating bahn mi and spring roll so, I asked him how his food was to see if it was just a one off & he said MEH. Bread was not fresh and spring rolls soggy. Bahn Shop needs measurements for consistency or training so the hardworking chef ups his game. I’ve never had worse “ Thai “ food as far as flavor. The cook was busy, and everything was cooked correctly, the broccoli and other veggies were perfectly cooked and the service is very helpful and friendly. But the flavor was AWFUL! So, it’s up to management to help the cook get things seasoned correctly. So help him with some education on proper seasoning .PLEASE! Thai is my fave and was VERY excited to get some while traveling. Spent $25 which I wouldn’t have a problem with if it was edible! But, it was super disappointing. And I’m not picky!
