Great service, the gentlemen working here are very quick to serve and have a great attitude. The smoothie king by me in New Jersey closed down a couple years ago, so whenever I see one along my travels I stop, especially during the summer. My go to order is a Strawberry Peanut Power Plus with mango added to it. GREAT SUMMERTIME DELIGHT! Thank you Smoothie King!

Really like this place but today new guy got order wrong. Too much banana and not enough peanut butter in the Peanut Power Plus. Also forgot to put chocolate in. Think the poor guy was overworked. Only two people there today. Initial Review: WOW. Best Peanut Butter Smoothie we ever had. It was the Peanut Power Plus with Chocolate. It was even better than the smoothie I make. The guy who made rocks! Wish we got his name. It’s difficult to read on the receipt but looks like Tior. In any case, HUGE thanks. We’ll be back! Oh, if you’re new to the area, Smoothie King is to the right of the Verizon store.

Smoothies are as amazing as the workers here! Everyone is very polite. I only wish that the workers would focus on filling the smoothie cups to the top on their most busy days! On days when smoothie king had more than 3 customers, I had a few instances where the cup came back with an inch of free space in the smoothie cup. Otherwise, smoothie king is awesome, and everyone should make a visit.

I love all smoothie king that i visited. All of the flavors is made to perfection. Customer sevicer is extronary. I had one today. I tries to get one at least every other day. My little girls can not get enough of them.

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and it is always convenient and delicious. There are a ton of menu options to choose from and I am never disappointed. This is my go to place after a workout or whenever I need a healthy meal replacement.

The place is great smoothies are made on point and really taste great. Prices are pretty high if you get other stuff but the smoothies themselves are great. Enough parking in the area and great customer service.

Probably the leading smoothie operation in the area, but it comes at a big price. What can I say about this place other than the staff is pretty cool. The prices are highly expensive but supposedly you can treat yourself to something that's spectacular, including a beverage that is basically a meal, blended into a liquid. Whether you purchase a fruity drink or a drink blended from vegetables, you're bound to get something very healthy, especially if you're a vegan. They also sell power bars and protein powder. The place is small and the hours of operation are pretty extensive. You can even call your order in on the phone. There is an 18 year old young man there that's been working for a year and a 1/2 and he certainly knows how to sell everything in that place and then some. There are basically 3 sizes of drinks, so go hungry and prepare to spend. When shakes range from $7 to $12, we have to hope it's going be nearly perfect. If you're a shake enthusiast's, health freak or bodybuilder, give it a try.

As it was very hot and humid today, I decided to go get myself some smoothie king, and when I answer the score, I noticed that it is very crowded, and I hear the supervisor, Demia, having a nervous break down (rightfully so). apparently Joesph, left her and and the other teenage young man working when he probably knew that he was needed! I praise Demia for her hard work and kindness (I don’t know the name of the teenage boy working as well but thank you for doing your job and being professional) while being under such stress. And as for you Joseph, you need to either step up your game or quit working at smoothie king, because there needs to be a miracle set on that establishment and I know that you’re not going to make it happen.

Walked in smoothie King today and to order 2 banana boats with strawberries. You would think it’s an easy job, keep a smile on your face and blend smoothies.That is not what I receive today, I ordered with a young lady around 5:00 pm and she was nothing less then low moral, upsetting face and displease to even be doing her job. And then towards me leaving I was busy sending an important text message, I asked if the 2 smoothies on the counter were my order,she rudely replied after a 3 second pause, “your the only one in the store under her breath” I understand we all have bad days but if that’s how you carry yourself in a smoothie store, maybe you shouldn’t be there. Hope that employee has better days. You ruin an easy money making establishment with that kind of customer service. SMH

Great brand great product terrible staff I drive a hour to find out that they wouldn’t be taking new orders till 4 pm . Fix your staff or lose your business very important that you make those changes in staff because there destroying your business .

Please put a manager in the store immediately. I didn't want to leave this review but there were 3 young men working in the store that had zero sense of responsibility or customer care. I came in and music was on so loudly they couldn't hear my order. The guy they put on the register couldn't even find my order, a simple lemon, ginger, spinach. They swapped people and he took my order but left off the fiber I requested twice. They were playing around, discussing person items, and kept the other customer waiting. Then they turned the music back up and it was not work appropriate. I come to this location each time I stay at the hotel around the corner, but never again if those young men are there. They were wrong.

Been to a few Smoothie Kings in the country and this location is dirty, boxes everywhere, dirty store front windows, dirty ceiling tiles , you can see the build up of dirt and dust on the ceiling fans. Good smoothies but clean this place up!

Went to the Chauncy Square Smoothie King in New York, and the staff was super pleasant and helpful. I couldn't make up my mind, and the cashier was very patient and made some good suggestions. I frequent smoothie King, and am always happy. However. While I was waiting for my smoothie to be made, what I can only assume was the manager walked in. He trounced in with stained sweatpants that barely managed to stay up, chewing with his mouth open (no mask) and without washing his hands dove into making the smoothies. While he was doing so, he berated his employees for not being quick or professional enough. And rather than speed up the service, took it upon himself to reveiw each and every detail his employees had already completed making the flow of service twice as slow. Not once did this man address the customers in the way he told his already friendly and helpful staff to do so. I have no doubt that the reason behind the sign advertising "hiring all positions" is a direct result of people not wanting to work under this character. The blatant lack of professionalism was astonishing, and I hope for his sake, the manager takes his own advice.

I have been to many smoothie kings and have always been impressed but this one by far is the absolute worst. The place is utterly disgusting. Just plain filthy.

Smoothly King, Google states you’re open till 10pm and it’s 9:25pm and your staff is telling me you’re closed. There is also no closing time for Saturday displayed on your window. So what time do you actually close?

I was always a fan of this location but I’m disappointed in their safety measures during the pandemic. To order, the customer goes inside and tells employee which drink he wants. The customer is then sent to their car to wait for their name to be called. This seems like a great idea if proper precautions were being followed. Once the employee is done with the smoothie, he comes out towards the parking lot area. This is where I was appalled. He grabs the metal front door with his prepping gloves and calls out my friends name. He’s on the sidewalk with gloves after touching a metal handle that has been most likely exposed to COVID-19. I watch him to see if he continues making smoothies. He does!! Lesson #1 in the food industry, don’t use your gloves outside of the prepping area.
