Siamo stati a pranzo e tutto ciò che abbiamo ordinato era ottimo! Dal loro pesto, alla pasta fino alla lonza e al coniglio. Anche i dolci molto buoni. Personale gentile e accogliente, servizio veloce ma non affrettato.

Delizioso ristorantino con prodotti tipici locali (NOTA BENE) di produzione propria. Abbiamo cenato qui le due sere che siamo stati a Dolceacqua di passaggio verso la Francia. Che dire, cibo divino, tavoli su una suggestiva via che costeggia un piccolo fosso affluente del fiume principale, proprio all inizio del meraviglioso borgo, rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Infine, ma non in ultimo, una menzione veramente speciale per tutto lo staff: gentili, sempre sorridenti, prontissimi a dare un consiglio e a ringraziare, veloci ed efficienti. Insomma veramente BRAVI!!! 👏🏻 Un saluto particolare ad Amanda che ci ha accolti e coccolati (insieme alla collega e al ragazzo di sala) per due stupende sere. Non vi dimenticheremo 😊❤️

We visited the charming village of Dolceacqua and had a memorable lunch at L’Osteria di Caterina. Quick, friendly service and authentic Italian dishes. The milanesa, pasta, and fish were all excellent. Don’t miss the porcini mushrooms, are absolutely delicious!

Been eating here for over 15 years and annoyed at all negative reviews. Cover charges are normal in Italy and Margherita pizza doesn’t have oregano on it! Excellent pizza and pasta as always! Great service. Meat dishes are served in the traditional Italian style.

L' interno è piccolo ma accogliente. Il servizio veloce e cordiale. Vale la pena scegliere il menù, quindi 4 portate! Tra le altre cose abbiamo mangiato brandacujun, ravioli fatti in casa, agnello e michetta con gelato. Rossese della casa sufficiente. Un bel tuffo nella cucina locale

Locale accogliente nel cuore di Dolceacqua con personale cordiale e disponibile; ho apprezzato molto la reazione misurata e assolutamente non scocciata che ha avuto una delle ragazze quando per errore una persona del tavolo accanto al nostro l' ha inondata letteralmente con il vino rosso! Cucina ligure ottima, in particolare i ravioli e l'agnello, porzioni generose e tempi di attesa assolutamente equilibrati, considerando che si tratta di un menu fisso che va da antipasto a dolce.Panna cotta tra le migliori assaggiate.

Bel posto romantico all'esterno i prezzi nella media 2 menù completi quindi col dolce circa 70 euro. Solo due cose potrebbero migliorare: 1 non far accedere i clienti alle cucine per recarsi ai tavoli fuori, 2 mettere lungo il muretto delle candele alla citronella che rende il posto più romantico e sopratutto allontanato le zanzare che sono inevitabili avendo i tavolini accanto ad un piccolo torrente, ma non dipende da loro. Assolutamente consigliato. Personale molto gentile e piatti della tradizione ligure buoni e ben serviti. Menu completo a pranzo a 30 euro davvero valido.

I read a lot of negative reviews before coming here, and the first thing to understand is this: it’s a very simple, no-frills place. No fireworks of flavors, no special service, no gastronomical show. That said, if you’re hungry, this spot works perfectly. The food is cheap and solid, portions are filling, and the local wine is good. Very, very affordable, fast and functional — which is both its main strength and the key to enjoying it with the right expectations.

Prima volta in questo ristorante. Si definisce agriturismo ma, francamente, non ho capito che alimenti ci abbia proposto di sua produzione. Ho un concetto di agriturismo più "ruspante", qui invece sembra di essere in un ristorante con un menù molto limitato. Buono il cibo e il loro vino sfuso, ridotto le scelte sul menù e impiattamento più da ristorante quasi-stellato che da agriturismo. Bel locale con buona possibilità estiva dato che ha una serie di tavoli esterni. Possibilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze.

This place was very busy when we visited, full with a queue. So for service to be slow is fairly understandable, however we didn't see a single smile from any of the staff which was quite depressing. Our table had no breadsticks, and none were brought even after asking, nor butter. None of the staff appeared to speak much English or French. We had to ask several times for a beer and waited half an hour minimum for our food, though others who had arrived after us were served before us. The food was perfectly good, we had tagliatelle and ravioli with a side salad, but the worst thing was the oil and vinegar supplied were in nasty little plastic sachets, this in Italy and a region which produces its own olive oil - we could scarcely believe it! The kitchen is tiny, so I was impressed that they could feed so many people and quite well, even if slowly but why not be even slightly friendly? Sadly, we felt very unwelcome.

They have a big sign as you enter town that says, among other things, Zabaglione. That is the main reason I went there. They don’t have Zabaglione! The food is OK but certainly nothing to write home about. The wine is mediocre. In fact everything is mediocre. Not bad, just not that great. There must be better places here and we will certainly try them and not return here. Very friendly and efficient service. Reasonable prices.

How do you serve a Margarita pizza without any oregano? I felt like I had to beg for some black pepper. Strict black pepper rationing seemed to be in force. Despite the drama, the pizza was flavourful and overall tasty. Near perfect crust. However, very unfriendly and inattentive staff. Everything was just too much trouble. Shocking that they had the cheek to include the “service” as part of the bill. I wouldn’t come back and I don’t recommend the place.

We always had good experience at this restaurant, but unfortunately not this time... The stuff is always very friendly, but the food was really bad. We ordered a mixed starters plate (antipasti misti) and half of it had a sour taste (like it went bad: especially russian salad and egg frittata). The home made tagliatelle did not have the right consistency and was quite dry. The big delusion was also a ligurian rabbit: a plate rather full of rabbit bones in the sauce then the meat. The prices not very high, but they definitely safe some money on the quality of their food.

This place is a joke. Run away. This was the worst food I've ever had in my entire life. I have a general rule, if I can make better at home with no cooking lessons, why bother going to a restaurant? I took lamb and salad dish, and honestly, it's a shame they even consider serving this to people. I was shocked to see the audacity to serve this. The salad was a few days old, you could tell because the Roquette salad was yellow instead of green. The poor tomatoes on top of it had no taste. The lamb chops,.. Were an absolute disgrace. There was only fat. The meat was no where to be found. When I went to pay for the bill, they had charged me 1 euro extra which didn't make sense. When I asked for what it was, they told me it was for the napkin. Are you kidding me? Since when do restaurants charge customers for napkins. Why not charge me for the fork and knife as well? Run away. The atmosphere is horrible. The service was horrendous. The servers didn't even greet me, I had to signal to the after waiting to be seen. They were fighting while I was eating. Nothing was good. Take my advice, run away.

Without a doubt this was the worst restaurant I have ever been to! Had to literally beg to give them business and money. Terribly unfriendly staff. They just didn't want to be there. Felt very unwelcome. Everything we asked for was too much trouble. Pizza was below average. Margarita came without oregano. Crust was burned. Check your bill before paying. Older women behind the till, assuming the owner, will definitely try to scam you! There are better restaurants in the area. Avoid!
