I want to start of by saying that I am normal not a customer who like to argue for not important things. When I placed a mobile yesterday I prepared myself to have it made incorrectly or for my drink to not be up to standard. I arrived with my husband with the idea of using confrontation if my drink was made incorrectly because it has been the case the last 3 times I have been at this location. To my surprise i arrived and saw my drinks made and asked the barista if they were mine, she explains to me that they are and asked me to give them a try and inform her if there's anything she can do or add to make the drink not worth "liking" but loving. Immediately I looked over at my husband and asked the barista for her name because that has never happened to me before. Not to mention the drinks were perfect this time around and I did not need a remake or add on. However I explained to Sam the reason I was not sold on this location and further explained an incident with a cake pop last week. She apologized and responded with "let me get that cake pop for you, it's better late than never and I apologize for that experience" I was incredible pleased by her performance and I hope other follow her lead to make this starbucks experience amazing.
Very nice, pleasant and good service
We love Starbucks coffee and we are always looking for the store that makes it best and today our next family food adventure take us to new store located in Doral with a category of 4.0 and more than 34 reviews. We going at night is very spacious inside and outside sitting, decoration inside is very striking and eye-catching and draws a lot of attention. All drinks we ordered were prepared by someone who loves his job and has the talent for it. Creamy and with the perfect combination of ingredients we had a drink to drink and enjoy on a cold night. High recommend place if you like the Starbucks.
I have to say this is by far the best Starbucks I’ve been too in years I’m so happy they opened it the location and also the staff is amazing the manager is very attentative and everyone is constant working and cleaning and asking if everything is okay this Starbucks location aided in helping me pass my Nclex to become an official nurse the staff is so sweet and I will make the drive everyday just to be served at this location! Thank you for all your amazing vibes and great service, they also have these amazing weekly flavors of drinks I love it!
Everyone is always super pleasant, they wrote on our cups to have a wonderful day and the time between ordering and getting the products is always super quick. I frequent this location every morning before work and I have yet to be disappointed. Thank you!!!

I think it’s a requirement to be the nicest person ever to work here. Every barista I encounter is incredibly kind and the drinks are just as amazing. Also one of the prettiest Starbucks I’ve been in.

This will be my new everyday starbucks. I originally came through the drive thru and asked for a hot venti mocha with light mocha due to a glucose test I had to prepare for since I'm pregnant and a banana loaf warmed up. My drink was made incorrectly and my loaf was cold. I entered the store to file a complaint and the barista Sam had the best entry and was attentive to all my needs without making me feel like an inconvenience. She remade my beverage and gave me another loaf warmed to perfection alongside a nice message on the cup and to top it all off I was given a store card for 4 dollars off my next visit. Sam was amazing and I will be asking for her the next time I go. Thank you and I'm extremely pleased and have become a regular!

I love Starbucks is pricey but I love it
I'd give a perfect score except half the time I've ordered the strawberry acai, it's given to me without the strawberry pieces. If I notice I ask for it and they fix it but if I'm in a hurry and leave, I notice too late. I shouldn't have to tell them they need to add the strawberries.
As far as Starbucks goes, I rather enjoy this location.. friendly staff, decent service, and good quality.

The place is very nice, but the employees make a lot of noise throwing the utensils to make the coffee and throwing the chairs and tables very loudly, which makes it unpleasant.
They took 10 minutes to serve me a refill of water and gave me a snobby attitude when I asked for it.
Terrible service from the prep girl
I don’t normally leave reviews, but today’s experience at this Starbucks location was disappointing enough to warrant one. I arrived, picked a seat, and placed a mobile order for a drink and a bagel while I was on my way to work. At the time, I was the only customer in the store. They had a solid 15 minutes with no one else there to fulfill my order before things got busy. A few minutes later, a large group of high school seniors came in celebrating their last day — which is fine — but the store quickly became chaotic, loud, and overwhelming. While I waited, my drink was placed on the counter, but my bagel never showed up. After a considerable amount of time and watching several of these students receive their orders (many of which were placed after mine), I politely asked the barista about my bagel. He brushed me off and told me that “different orders come out at different times.” I explained that it was just one order — a drink and a bagel — and he still told me to wait without even checking. It wasn’t until I asked a different employee — who immediately walked over, checked the toaster, and handed it to me — that I finally got my order. As a Gold Member since 2014, I spend a lot of money with Starbucks and have never experienced this kind of disregard. It genuinely felt like those students were prioritized, while I was ignored. Not only was it frustrating, but it made me feel completely unseen as a customer. I don’t expect perfection, but basic courtesy and fair service should be non-negotiable. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.
Half of the outlets do not work. Place smells extremely musty and odd. Internet is extremely slow and doesn’t reach outside. This location is poorly maintained.
Bought 2 mango dragonfruit lemonades with no ice. They had made them with ice the first time so they remade it for me. First time I’ve ever seen Starbucks do this. Other locations always put lemonade to fill the rest but looks like this location is having some tough times. Absolutely embarrassing and dumb.
I rarely leave reviews—especially negative ones—but this isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue at this Starbucks. I ordered a venti coffee, and it was packed with so much ice that after just a few sips, it was basically gone. When I ask for light ice, I’m told they need to add more milk, which has never made sense to me. I paid for a venti but essentially received a tall once the ice is taken into account. The baguette also speaks for itself. While I appreciate the motivational quotes on the cups, what I really want is just to have an order made correctly. If you don’t mind wasting your hard-earned money on an order that’s never made right, then this is the Starbucks for you.
The barista in the drive thru window was being rude, first she was watching to see how much of a tip I was leaving, when handing me the drink I ordered it fell on my lap in the car and then also forgot my water I had ordered. This happened today November 19,2024 at 4:30 pm
The slowest Starbucks in all of Florida. It took us 30 minutes to make two drinks and two popcorn popsicles. Only two people doing everything, and there were literally four people in the entire store. What's going on?
Typical miami scam being practiced here. I went thru the drive thru. The drink was good the service was good too but everything went to a bad review till the employee tried to be slick with me. So when i went to pay they handed out a tablet for a donation . When i tried clicking no donation the girl at the window tried to move the tablet while i went to reach and click for an option that gave a bigger donation i tried clicking again and the girl did it 2 more times till i had to be quicker and click no donation. Like i said the drink was good but that employee turned it it all sour
I ordered ahead so I wouldn’t have to wait, but when I arrived, my drink hadn’t even been made. The workers were just standing around talking, and one of them saw me but didn’t say anything. When they finally made it, she gave me the wrong size cap and made a mess. Really disappointing experience — I won’t be coming back.
I’ve had several issues with this location multiple times a week, as they never have oat milk or strawberry cold foam for the matcha, etc. But what I find unacceptable is that on two occasions they told me they received the milk in the morning but couldn’t use it until the next day. Unacceptable.

Terrible customer service. Most employees at this Starbucks are extremely rude and do not know how to talk to people. Make the drive and go somewhere else. Clearly management is okay with this because I’ve had multiple incidents at this location. Two incidents with a young guy, long black hair and tattoos.
One of the team members was extremely rude to me. While I was placing my order through the app, she pressured me to do it faster and confronted me in a disrespectful manner with a bad attitude. I frequently visit this location because I really love it, but I felt that she was being racist toward me; especially since, out of a table of three, she singled me out directly. Because of this experience, I’ve decided not to make any further purchases there. I’ve also come across multiple negative reviews describing similar situations, which makes me believe it may have been the same person.
The service is a disaster. They don't respect the order of orders. The place is neglected... Nothing, a shame...
Barista at drive thru was very rude. She rushed me thru the ordering, and had me waiting for the water I ordered. It's like she didn't want to work that day.
Bad service... It took 20 minutes to get a beverage although the store was almost empty
I waited over 25 minutes for a coffee while I watched other orders continue to come out. When I approached the person at the counter, they told me it was "just out" and would be served soon, so I had to wait another 10 minutes before I had to approach them again and tell them I had to leave. I arrived with time limited, right between one meeting and another, and having wasted almost 30 minutes there meant I had to literally run out. It's inexcusable when there weren't that many people before me, and they didn't even apologize for the delay. I don't plan on going back there, and unfortunately, it's right across the street from me. Terrible service, and the coffee wasn't as good as other Starbucks... maybe that's why...
The drive-through is closed and there's a sign on the door saying the store's only open on Saturdays? Be for real
