I LOVE the cinnamon buns, they are truly the best. The cinna sticks are a quick and convenient snack while you shop. The annoying thing is that they close earlier than their time posted just cause they feel like it, I get it... dieing to go home but closing an hour earlier isn't acceptable.

Nice but it took FOREVER to pay! There was a lady who just wanted to buy a box of Cinnabons and go home, and she just couldn't understand why they wouldn't open the other cashier, when there was such a long line. They were waiting for us, and all our food got cold.

Its the only cinnabon in miami and everytime i go the cinnabon register is closed and you gotta order from auntie anne's and it be a long line because the cashier has to take orders and make the food with no help. They need to open both sides when it gets busy with a line.

They don't taste the same. Won't recommend.

It is always long line at weekend. I gave up to get sometimes because too crowded However it is very slow since reopen It is same place with Auntie's Anne's. So you can get a Pretzel as well

Los Cinnabon estaban muy buenos, no tengo queja de eso, pero la atención fue pésima. Me atendió una señora de estatura pequeña que dice ser la "manager del local", y la verdad es que su actitud deja mucho que desear. Fue grosera, impaciente y parecía que le molestaba atenderme. No es la primera vez que escucho que trata mal a los clientes, y con esa actitud lo único que van a lograr es que la gente se vaya a otro lugar. Una lástima, porque el producto es bueno, pero el servicio lo arruina todo.

La manager literalmente Despues Que el Chico de la caja me acepto el dinero, le dijo en mi Cara no le vendas nada porque ya yo estoy cansada y ya me voy a mi casa. Le dije al Chico llamame a la manager y Ella dijo soy la manager y ya dije Que no le Vendan Que ya nos vamos. Le dije como no me vas a vender deapues que recibes el dinero, y me dijo con Cara de Que Ella es la Que manda no pues!!! Y le dijo al Chico Que se ve Que le dio tremenda pena dale su dinero y se metio adentro del lado de la cocina. Que horror una manager tratando asi a un cliente. Fue humillante.

Hace 4 años empecé a trabajar en esta locación, luego abrieron cinnabon con auntie Anne’s y realmente nos exigían mucho a los empleados (como debe ser). Por eso siempre como ahí pero últimamente la comida esta bien fea. Hoy 23 de septiembre a las 12 me atendió un chico muy amable, realmente muy atento y una señora con cara de pocos amigos. Lo que es triste que lugar que tiene dulces muy ricos baje tanto de calidad. Pero hay que reconocer que la atención de este chico fue buena.

First time I'm charged for a cup of water for my wife. I don't think it's the employee's fault, young people do this when the managers are on top of them all day. He had a quick answer so it was probably not the first time. Now the food at cinabon has gotten incredibly expensive, we thought we might as well buy some together with the water but $8 for a single cinnamon roll is excessive, and I remember for that you would get a box of 9 minis before the pandemic.

They did not honor my free small cold brew for my birthday. They said it was closing and only had hot coffee, however, this location does not close until 9pm and it is only 725pm.

Would give this place a 0 stars. The woman Thant attend me this morning calling itself the manager is very rude. Just wanted a box of cinnamon rolls but she told me that it was one price for the old ones that if I wanted the fresh made ones I would have to pay more that she will charge me each one separately event though I was getting the same thing. She said That was the company policy. That make no sense and it was obviously made out. You have a nasty attitude and are making this place look bad and lose customers for no reason.
