Italian-style restaurant located in a shopping center. I tried both the pizza and the pasta, and for Spain, I can say the food is quite good. The staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable.

I recommend it. This franchise location is doing quite well. The place is elegant and always clean, and the service is quick and friendly. It's a pleasant place to eat with friends or family. The portions are a bit too large for my liking. Easy parking right across the street.

We've been going regularly because the food and service have always been worth it. However, on this last visit, we were very disappointed. The dishes arrived late and cold, especially the gluten-free one we ordered. We had to insist on our orders several times. It seems they were distracted that night, or worse, they made some change that made them worse. A real shame.

You usually go to Vips expecting a decent level of quality compared to other local places. The problem is, you order pancakes with strawberry and banana, and they literally give you a single strawberry slice cut into three pieces (almost 9 euros for the joke). Things like that used to happen at other fast-food places, but not at the Vips I knew, which is why I went there often. That's over now.

Terrible service. We came for a snack, hoping to escape the heat outside, and it was still quite hot inside. To make matters worse, the waitress seemed like it was her first day on the job. I asked if they had sparkling water, and she said they didn't. I ordered a sandwich, and my partner ordered pancakes. A few minutes later, another waiter arrived and brought us the wrong dish. We pointed it out, and he took it away without a word. When we finished our snack, the same waitress gave us the receipt, and I told her it was wrong, that the drinks were included in the snack menu. She said no, they were separate. After I told her twice, she went behind the bar and gave us another receipt, this time even more expensive. She had given us two drinks. I told her again, and she asked a colleague what was going on, why it was so expensive (hence my earlier comment about it seeming like it was her first day). On the third try, she gave us the correct receipt and didn't apologize for the mistake; she just handed it to me and put the card reader on the bar to pay. In short, a disastrous afternoon snack, not to mention the waiters' lack of enthusiasm for their work; a simple smile and an apology would have sufficed.

The place is nice, the food is absolutely good. The service... except one waiter who is elder and professional, all the others seem to be making you a favour to attend the table. Also, we needed to ask twice for a coke since the lady in the bar ignored us after confirming she heard us ask for a coke.

See the photo of the sticky ribs. THREE mini ribs. Not sticky. Not even warm. We asked if it was a mistake at 14.45 but they said that 3 ribs was the portion. A disgrace.
