My husband and I ordered 2 dbl whopper meals and we ended up with 2 whopper loaded with mustard and Jalapeños. I cannot eat hot spicy food as it makes my mouth swell so bad. So I have a swollen mouth and no food. Im so angry it's unreal. Luckily my husband was able to pick all thag junk off his and eat some of it but it was loaded with Jalapeños!! That was $30 NOT well spent! It was at the Dumas location. Im from Illinois. Makes me very mad 😠 😡 to deal with this!!! I would have taken pics but I was to busy spitting out all the nasty mustard and spicy shit!

This place is beyond disgusting. The water from the soda machine deserves to be studied for the amount of chemicals that it taste like. The staff is rude slow and doesn't ever get the orders correct. It smells like a men's locker room along with the floor was sticky. I really wonder what the health department gave this place for a grade. Maybe time to do a re check.

Generally speaking I prefer Burger King when it comes to fast food but this location was one of the most unfriendly filthy places I'd ever had the disservice to be in. Flies swarming, tables dirty and sticky, drink area, sticky & Trash overflowing. We didn't even feel it was safe to eat the food judging by the atmosphere.

One star is too high. 4 girls on their phones in the kitchen with gloves on, 2 of them eating fries straight out of the bucket, 1 went into the bathroom and came out with the same gloves on, and I stood in line watching this disgusting fiasco for 18 minutes before I left. Not a single person acknowledged that I was in line. The premises was disgustingly unsanitary, and the workers there did not follow generally-accepted hygiene practices. If you value your health, do not spend your money here.

Cook in the back playing with her phone while wearing the same gloves she was preparing food with. Dining room full of flies, both live and dead, if they are in the dining area I'm sure they are all over the kitchen as well. Order was taken by a coughing man chewing food. Avoid this place. Definitely needs new staff and ownership.

We waited 40 minutes for food. They gave away our order, not once, but TWICE. There were 6 people, including us in the lobby. 7 people went through drive through and they all got their food (probably all of our food that was waiting in lobby), and none of us ever did. We asked for our money back, and got it.

We had to go back 3x for them to get the order right. I got the impression we were in trouble when I was more polite than the cashier who had a poker face no smile or empathy about their mistake or about the situation (until the 3rd time when said "Sorry about that"). So, Next time we will be checking the reviews prior to visiting. We do not eat much fast food, but when we do we usually have great fast food experience with B K with their impossible Whopper's being one of the reasons we eat there. So it rose to being one of our top 5. However, after this, sadly, I will not be making that exception any longer and adding them to the "check ratings" as well. It is my hope after reading this review and others previous to this, their manager will get more involved, take the lead with customer care to demonstrate to their employees who need to do better. Especially, since this isn't the first low review in less than a year. We are hopeful the lesson is learned here!

Fat Boy's Garage

I've had multiple bad experiences here. The last one (as of 30 minutes prior to this review) was my final straw. I only wanted a Coke icy. I told the cashier what I wanted multiple times and every time he would repeat my order, he would get it wrong. I could understand, if it was a loud environment. However, there was only two other customers who were minding their own business. On top of that, the workers started a conversation amongst themselves and almost every word was a profanity. If you have a family or kids, I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Never going back again! One of the cooks was eating her food where she was making burgers, the other cook who made my burger was on her phone had gloves on and did not put new ones on or washed her hands kept same ones on 🤢 Drink machine was very dirty and every drink tasted awful!! There was not one clean table all of them were dirty! The person cleaning was on his phone sitting down. The manager was there but did not say anything to them.

So today is 10-12-24, and I came here to get a few croissants. I actually enjoy the croissants here, so I'll give you 1 star, but the service is horrendous. I usually don't write reviews, but the woman working the window has no customer service skills at all. She lacks dearly in that area. No thank you, how are you, have a great morning. If I was her boss, she would definitely not be working the window. Your restaurant is only as good as your people and today it was terrible. Your food might be average at best, but if your customer service sucks. People will not come back. Good luck in the near future. I hope it gets better.

The staff was rude and ignored you when you walk in. The whole seating area looked as if there had been a food fight a few hours earlier, along with Ice cream and spit on the seats and floor. It was so bad we took our food and ate in the car. The pictures do it no justice.

Worst experience ever!! We placed our order like usual was told it was $21+ for two burger combos. Thought it was unusual since we normally pay $18-$19. Got to the window girl didn't give us our receipt and kept our change as well. When we opened the burgers the buns where literally in pieces. It looked like they had smashed the bun up and just put it on top falling apart and all.
