Squished burger with tons of sauce , Company gotta be loosing money on sauce!! burger was cold , took like 15 minutes . February 19th at 7 pm .

It was apparent whoever was running the drive through just a few minutes ago was not paying attention. Got my order wrong and did not provide a receipt so I could get my actual meal. Got charged for a bacanator combo and Recieved a son of baconator. Only a few cars in line, took a long time, and still got my order wrong.

Ordered through doordash had my name on receipt not one of my food item was correct besides the French fries how the receipt gonna tell you what to put in the bag then completely mess it up ?

Placed a mobile order for 2 sandwiches and small potatoes. Sat at the drive thru damn near 20 mins with no updates or anything after being told to pull up from the speaker. I’m the only one at the drive thru and there wasn’t no one inside.

Food is as expected fine. Normal for a Wendy's. But they are super slow and Dining Room is nasty floor is slick and sticky where it dried I guess..

I waited in restaurant over 5 minutes and the manager ignored me after I requested to have someone take my order, Mason the manager asked if I was tired of waiting do my oder on his lobbies tablet. Although I had waited for them to serve the door dash man and 3 cars form the drive. I asked once more to take my order and Mason said he could not nor did he send someone else. Mind you my family of three were the only ones in line to order. Damirs ended up taking my order and her manager Mason watched the whole thing. Both were rude unprofessional and not once apologized for the service that was given. I understand when people are short staffed, however the place was not busy. A simple we will be right there, or even once Damirs was able to attend me have a better attitude. I already knew I would have to wait to get my food, all I was asking was to be attended. Upper management I encourage you pls feel free to watch over cameras take this complain and retrain MANAGEMENT and LOWER staff. It’s a fast food service and expectations are lower and even that they failed to meet them. They chose to work in a customer service environment if this happens when they’re not busy I can’t imagine under pressure.

If I could give 0 stars I would .. I have never received food this horrible from here ever. Ordered a baconater bacon was literally raw. Raw so much mayo and ketchup that when I bit into it it ran out all over the place. The baked potato was so watery that it made everything on it watery. And was charged for a regular baconater but was given a single. I've never received a single baconater. Always a double. Someone made out tonight 3/25/25

Ordered breakfast not too long ago only to find one of our sandwiches had a mold spot on the bottom bread. I understand accidents happen but simply looking at the bread before using it would have resolved the issue. Having worked in food service before this is not a big ask, it's the bare minimum. I'm sure it's just a one off thing I just hope they pay more attention to the food they're serving.

Went to drive through. Was asked to wait in parking lot. 15 minutes later, I walked into restaurant, asking for my food. Two workers had NO IDEA what to do. Manager came to counter, I explained that I was waiting for my food. My burger had not even been made, at this point. My husband's burger, "Dave's double, no cheese, no tomatoes " ended up being a double meat, double cheese, and NO veggies! And the fries had been in the bag, all this time. I WILL NOT BE GOING TO WENDY'S RESTAURANT IN DUMAS, TX EVER!!!

First time at Wendy's in a long time. Will not be back to ANY Wendy's. Had a double stack burger and it was the size of a slider. Way over priced for what you got. The quality has gone down as well. Sad times indeed.

The staff at night seems like they purposely mess up food, this is like three for three bad experiences raw or overcooked chicken now black lettuce, if you wouldn’t eat it why would you serve it???
