Ordered a Veggie Pizza. Web site said: THE VEGGIE Hand tossed dough baked with Garlic Oil base, topped with Green Peppers, Red Onion, Black Olives, Grape Tomatoes, Spinach, Mushrooms, and Mozzarella Cheese It did not have any spinach, no green peppers. Lots of onion, lots of black olives. Found a few mushrooms. Sadly I was disappointed. I don't care for black olives which I usually pick off. Didn't leave much else as my favourite toppings were missing. Your pizza is pretty good but veggies should mean all that is advertised. Second time I have been disappointed. You have pretty good pizza. Why mess it up?

Received cold pizza tonight. Gave 3 stars only because the order was correct. It was just clear that even though I showed up 2 min after the pickup time given, my pizza was not in a warmer. Disappointed

Pizza was okay, the buffet selection sucked only 3 different choices, ranch was so watered down it was the consistency of water.

Walk in sat down and nobody came to take your oder or anything and they watch u come in and look at you several times bullshit service I guess cellphones are more important then customers in would give it 0 star if I could just go to subway I did or somewhere else I'm not sitting there for 30 min or longer because they want to be lazy and they only had 5 tables with customers at them so what's the problem laziness I'll gladly spend my money somewhere else that will give u service and everything because they want to work and make money for their business and feed their family

Just ordered a pizza and when we got it, none of the toppings were cooked, we also ordered ranch as the sauce and they put marinara sauce and it took an hour for our order to even be ready. Ridiculous service. This place is going way down hill. Disappointed entirely.

My family loves Jesse's and we order just about every week, I'm a vegetarian so we order me a cheese pizza. I hate to say but the staff is not careful or considerate in food preperation and never fails to put some sort of meating on mine, usually ham chunks of some sort under the cheese. Thankfully im not alergic to the random things that get thrown in but the taste alone when biting into a single chunk of random meat is enough to ruin the whole meal. Once or twice I could understand but this has been consistent for months now. Very disappointed. 😞

I VOMIT EVERYTIME. Please don't eat here. The past two times the pizza has been cold, dry, old cheese, no sauce . Waste of money . And a waste of a business that was once half decent . These occasions were MONTHS apart and no difference in quality . Step up your game or close down that place before you guys kill someone.

Very disappointed in both service and quality of food. Train your staff, to be open to suggestions and to be positive to the customers needs. Not, " I don't know the pizza just comes out and we put it on the buffet." And as far quality... Do not leave old stale pizza on the buffet! If you would not eat it yourself. What makes you think any one else would? Find some better quality ingredients or find a better vedor.
