The best Pizza ever, I like the worker, even though I have to wait 15 min or more, it's okay I understand it takes a long time because there are other orders ahead. This company is 10/10 the best pizza

Fantastic service. Young gentleman noticed we waited a little extra for our pizza and brought us bread sticks and a kind apology. Madw this crazy day better for a mama of four

It's quick n clean. Not consistent. Service is shaky, uninformed. Not the most helpful.

It was brand new and the food was hot, fast and very tasty. I will be a repeating customer when I am in the area.

Very good pizza for a cheap price. The staff used to be super friendly, also. Now, they hardly speak to you, but it's ok because they still do a great job! Only the drive-thru is open for now due to covid-19, but don't expect a long wait. I don't even go to dominos or pizza hut anymore. Unless I want wings from pizza hut because theirs are not soft and mushy like Little Cesar's and dominos.

Very good pizza for a cheap price. The staff used to be super friendly, also. Now, they hardly speak to you, but it's ok because they still do a great job! Only the drive-thru is open for now due to covid-19, but don't expect a long wait. I don't even go to dominos or pizza hut anymore. Unless I want wings from pizza hut because theirs are not soft and mushy like Little Cesar's and dominos.

They told me it would be ready in 7 or 8 minutes and we waited 37 minutes for our pizza

I haven’t had any problems before until I’m guessing a new employee, I placed an ordered over the phone 20 minutes ahead to pick it up when I was convenient for me. When I went to pick it up he didn’t have any of it ready and he didn’t even tell me to pull up and park to wait for it he just said it wasn’t ready so I asked how long it’d take he said 10 more minutes. Very inconvenient due to the fact that I had placed the call 20 minutes ahead of time. The next visit I had was today and I again placed and order over the phone 20 minutes ahead and I repeated the order twice since I recognized the same employees voice I wanted to make sure he understood clearly over the phone. Went to pick it up and they only had half my ordered .... the cashier didn’t know so she went to get the guy who took my order and I told him what I had asked for his reply was”oh,I only heard one of each”... didn’t offer any solutions to the problem instead I asked him what he had ready already and he didn’t even know the other cashier had to step in and SHE offered an apology. I’m only leaving 2/5 due to the fact that it was only that employee with horrible customer service experience.

Walked in and basically have nothing ready except crazy bread and classic pepperoni. Even the 5 meat he tried to sell me was old as all get go. Don't see how this place stays in business

It’s not 10 and they don’t answer

The door's were locked during regular business hours, I had to go to the driveup window and nock to get service and when the pizza was done they left it in the warmer instead of waiving me in a and they didn't give me any nappkines.

manager also. Worst place every. Never can get a hot and ready pizza they never have any. You have to wait 30 min for nothing. This place is the worst by far. Il never go back.

Called an hour before closing and no one Answered having in mind that I called 5 times, they answer but don't talked the phone so I'm not buying from this place anymore.

My dad asked them why they don't answer and the attendant was very rude. I can understand them being busy but answering calls is also part of customer service.

Not happy with their service today!! 30 minute wait and although I understand they had a large order to fill what made me mad is that a person behind us got theirs at least 10 minutes before us!! The young lady that took our order was very nice, friendly and I know it was not her fault that we had to wait so long!

I ordered a pizza and styx combo today waited 20 minutes nothing went inside was ignored the whole time I was inside trying to get my order or money back went back to my car waited another 10 minutes before I finally went to the drive thru window shut my car off and waited. I only got my money back after another 10 minutes of sitting there and more customers showed up to order and there was a line of four cars.untill they started honking there horns was I ever aknowledge. I have gone there many times even have the app I order a lot from there if it was just this once ok but 2 times in a row forget about it.lost my business and friends and family business as well as they all to have had the same issue. Hope things get better for future customers.

it is hard to describe my visit to their Dumas Texas store, I placed my order of one trio meat treat, one cheese pizza and one order of bar b que wings at 8:05 pm on Jan. 8, 2016. A very simple order. I was told it would be six minutes wait for the pizzas as they had just sold the last cheese pizza, not a big deal. after ten minutes asked about the order was told pizzas were going in the oven and it would be six minutes, ok just ready to get home. checked again they did not have wings, to speed this review upI will get to the point. after 51 minutes myself and another customer both asked about our orders, he had been waiting over an hour. we did get rude they shoved pizzas at us stating they were sorry. i took mine and left. when i arrived at the house i found out that the pizzas were not what i ordered the wings had vinger on them. For what it is worth do not waste your time or hard earned money on any product they sell. Go to a different pizza place. if they want to improve i will give here is what i witnessed during my 51 minute wait. keep boy/girl friends out of the cooking area. do not worry about buying a soda from the burger joint next door, you can get one later. pay attention to the customer who have been standing in your lobby for a long time. make for certain that your customers orders are correct, because in the end we determine if your business fails. Keep your free bread sticks, you will not win me back
