Pizza Factory

This was my second time eating there. The service was excellent as well as the Pizza. I also had the chocolate chip cookies,which were very good. Overall I gave this pizza factory a 5 because they deserve it. 8

Stayed at a vacation home in Castella and stopped in here for dinner with the family and watch the giants game. Love this place. Great staff and the other customers whom I assume were locals were really friendly.. The All Meat Pizza was amazing and the Breadsticks w/ cheese omg!! Never had anything like them before.

Its refreshing to have good service, for and a clean environment. Must stop by when traveling down the 5.

I'm my life time I worked at four different pizza companies so I know a little about good or bad pizza. The Pizza Factory is very everything. I live 150 miles away and would recommend this to all my friends that travel interstate 5..

I was there in Dunsmuir for the big snowstorm and had a great pizza and salad.

Grabbed a cheese pizza here while passing through. Carried out so can’t speak to dining in. Pizza was hot and tasty. No complaints!

We order here and have it delivered every time we are in dunsmuir. Fabulous food and and Fabulous staff!

I stopped here one day when I was road tripping from the bay area all the way back up to Oregon. Really cozy small town vibes and the tuna melt I got was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. When my sandwich was being prepared, you could see an employee hand throwing the dough for the next pizza being ordered. I hadn’t eaten yet that day, 5 hours into the roadtrip, so this place just really hit the spot.

I thought there wouldn’t be much options for vegetarians but we got all Good pizzas and customized a few out of them. Tasty! Kids were so happy because they found the game zone upstairs :) Location is good. If you are visiting Mt Shasta, you can enjoy the lunch here ( I believe the dinnner will also be great)

We stopped at the Pizza Factoy in Dunsmore on the way home from a road trip. The staff were friendly, the food came out quickly and it was delicious! I ordered a mini pizza which I had planned on taking some home but it was so good, I finished it.

The establishment leaves a lot to be desired. The pizzas however are delicious and I loved the crunchy texture. However, I don't see the point of having both a large and extra large as the extra large only costs $2 more, and staff will convince you to get the extra large. There's really no insensitive to order a large over an extra large. They should just make the extra large, the large. Also, what's with the paper plates? That's just cheap and cutting corners. They can't afford to hire a dishwasher?

The pizza was delicious & the hot wings also plus the sandwich that I got was so yummy! 😋 Thank You & ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s & a Great Job! 😎👍

Phenomenal place! There was 5 of us (all adults). Great atmosphere, clean restaurant and restrooms, arcade, TV playing sports, downtown, and tons of options. Including a salad bar. The food was extremely fresh, hot, served fast, and tastes great! The staff were nice people. Friendly too. All the customers were inviting too, which was awesome. Talked to us about their city, it’s history, asked about where we are from. We were nervous based on the reviews, but wanted to try something local. The bad reviews are beyond wrong and it’s rather annoying. The arcade is nostalgic as all get out. Haha. Wonderful place over all. I hope you’re hungry, the food is abundant! If we ever visit California again. We will absolutely be coming all the way back up here again. Just for the people, views, and food.

The sitting area are benches so I ordered my food to go but I'm not gonna knock a star for that as it's a preference vs anything bad.... I did like that the Pizza Factory is a bully free zone. As it's always a concern when eating in a small town.

Today's pizza bread is what pizza bread SHOULD be! They have good pizza, salad and wifi. Unfortunately the bathroom is upstairs. My favorite place if stranded in Dunsmuir.

We were driving up I5 from So Cal and needed to eat lunch. Most places in Dunsmuir were closed, so we chose the Pizza Factory. What a find. We shared a Calzone. The crust was amazing. They hand toss the dough, and it was awesome. We come from the East Coast and are very familiar with good pizza. The sauce was tasty, and the fillings plentiful. The town was interesting. Babe Ruth even stopped there.

06/24/21 the restaurant is open and masks only required if not vaccinated. Tuesday lunch was not crowded I had a double-garlic and sausage calzone, which was excellent ~ the crust had just a little crunch to it, and the sausage was actually sausage. Interior was clean and friendly staff, and overall a nice place to get off the road when traveling even if it's an extra couple miles ** Disabled persons: the restaurant itself is easy to get in and out, but the restrooms are up a narrow and steep staircase.

My experience here was the staff are incredible. The food was good. The pizza was excellent, the wings and lasagna were good. Staff were very helpful and made me feel well taken care off.

I've only been to this restaurant once on our way through Dunsmuir but glad we stopped by on someone else's' recommendation. The pizza was fantastic and the restaurant was fun, although space was limited. My only complaint was that they were out of chicken wings. Out of Chicken Wings! They might as well be out of pizza.

Decent pizza place. They offer Italian fare other than just pizza. Also got salads and sandwiches. Good service.

On Jan 5th, my family and i completed a great day on the slopes. Every pizza place in Shasta was 1.5hrs wait time. A short drive south lead us to this establishment.

We ended up not eating here because we were coming for my son's birthday and he had requested pizza. We got here 30 minutes early, before it opened at 1100, and explored the town a bit. Right at 1100 we went back to the restaurant and saw a small handwritten sign in the window that said new hours, open at 1200. Since we couldn't wait that long, we had to find another place to eat. I'm requesting an edit of the hours on Maps.

I ordered over phone to pickup and it was a little overdone, crust was super thin. It wasn't very good at all. The only reason I gave it three stars was the One pizza I got before was pretty good. Only went twice so I can't say much more.

I went to the pizza factory in Dunsmuir California and it might just be the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. The pizza was definitely better than I expected but the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced.we ordered online and then called to make sure they had received our order but when we tried to call their phone was not working,luckily our air b and b was about 1 lock away so we went down to pick our pizzas up.but when we got there they had our order but they forgot about it.they made the first pizza relatively quickly(this was only a 4 slice pizza).our other pizza was a 6 slice pizza I believe, and they forgot about that one after they had made our first pizza!so we had to wait probably 40 minutes just to get a small pizza! Over all I think this was a terrible experience and very rude employees I will not be ordering from them ever again
