Siempre sabe diferente el pollo, no sabe a KFC! Ahora pedí en Didi y me mandaron todo mal, lo que quisieron y no lo que pedí!

Normalmente pido a domicilio Pero varias veces no mandaron lo que se pidió en bebidas, incluso faltantes no estoy segura si fue el repartidor que no recogió completo aunque normalmente las cajas las empacan juntas...con las bebidas y demas

Los empleados son muy prepotentes lo hacen levantarse a un desconfiando de que uno compra sabiendo que tienen que nombrar te para la entrega de tu pedido mala experiencia

Me llegó una hamburguesa de aqui cruda por Uber eats.

Mi experiencia la describiría como fatal, hice el pedido por uber eats, pedi un megabox 4 piezas en receta secreta, al momento de abrir el pedido, las piezas estaban literal secas, de un tamaño muy pequeño, con aspecto a pollo de hace de una semana, sin salsa de jalapeño, ni sobres de fresa, servilletas, utencilios, el bisquet muy duro, no recomiendo hacer este tipo de pedidos por aplicaciones porque te mandan lo que quieren...

Mala experiencia nuestros tender tardaron más de media hora y no avisaron que no había cuando se hizo el pedido, se enojan si pides refil de refresco y pedi salsa búfalo extra y me dieron de la cubeta donde bañan las salsas y aparte la diluyeron con agua caliente apesar de que me la cobraron en $19 pesos y lo peor de todo es q no pude realizar mi factura en la página q esta en el ticket que xq es una franquicia.

Pésimo servicio de facturación, tengo casi el mes intentando facturar, y atención a clientes no te resuelve ya que es franquicia.

Donde puedo facturar? Tengo mas de 2 semanas enviando la informacion y nada.

Super mal servicio, hicimos pedido a las 2:19 y hasta las 3 de la tarde se nos aviso que no habia ingredientes para nuestra comida. Tenemos 1 hora de comida por lo que perdimos todo ahí, mal gusto. La verdad no nos quedan ganas de volver!!

Olor fétido en el pollo Compramos una cubeta de 18 pz y enseguida otra, la segunda traía mitad receta secreta y mitad bbq al servir las piezas nos percatamos de un olor fétido en el pollo terrible por que los niños comieron primero y ellos no se dan cuenta, fuimos a reclamar y el muchacho no quiso oler el pollo y alegó que era por que así huele el preparado con receta secreta… pero no es así, años comiendo kfc y esta es la primera vez que nos sale oliendo horrible! HORRIBLE!! 2 integrantes de mi familia vomitaron del olor y sabor feo… solo ofrecieron cambiarlo y pues el otro que nos dieron ya no olía así, pero pues queda el mal sabor de boca …

And I couldn't get a receipt for my order. I asked the cashier if the receipt was online, and they said yes, but when I asked for it, it had to be within 7 days, which they didn't tell me. They said it was on the receipt, which isn't true. I ordered takeout, and you should check your order before leaving. I opened it myself because some things were missing, and others weren't what I ordered. Also, the family-size portion of fries was more box than fries. The lady gave me two packets of ketchup, and when I asked for more, she practically threw them at me. They didn't give me napkins or anything; I asked for them too. They tried to put four pieces of chicken, two sides, one pie, and two biscuits in one small box, so I took everything out, and that's when I realized everything was wrong.

The service at the counter is so rude and unhelpful, it's like they're doing you a favor. The chicken is truly laughable, and the sides are appalling: the soda comes without a cap and the seven fries...

The truth is I was very disappointed with the quality of the products they provide and even more so that even seeing the conditions in which the food is found, they are able to sell it to the consumer. It was a bad experience being the first time I consume KFC Paseo Durango. My potatoes were in terrible condition and had a very unpleasant taste, they observed the quality and still decided to sell them to me. If I could give 0 stars for that inconvenience I would give them to them, even more so having the experience of working in the food industry, I know how important it is to offer our customers quality products.
