This dine-in Taco Bell has a super-friendly staff & they're very fast at getting your order ready & they have a restroom for customers only. It's located in a small strip mall on Astoria Blvd in East Elmhurst Queens. Also here are a Popeyes Chicken, a TMOBILE store, & a Dunkin Donuts (but this DD doesn't have a restroom!) There's free parking but it can get crowded because there's 2 lanes to park & you may need to find nearby metered or street parking.

I like that they have healthy options. I ordered the power bowl. They have the chicken or steak power bowl. These are healthy choices we plenty of flavor and portion controlled. This taco bell is clean and the workers are pleasant.

Definitely do mobile ordering at this location. It was ready in a timely fashion. My only complaint is i ordered a large order and they gave me a bag with no handles and I also had 3 drinks with this order. I was not offered a cup holder, I had to take one that was near the soda fountain. Overall the food was good. Oh and one more thing . They have to either mark the food on the wrapper or use the right wrapping paper because trying to divide the food up with my corkers was pretty confusing.

Combos come with a large the servers keep handing me medium cups and I have to show them the receipt because I guess they don't believe me? Had that new cantina bowl... nowhere even close to Moe's nor Chipotle... and ages away from real Mexican flavor...it was bland, if not for their sauces, it would have gone straight to the trash

Food is great, location is great, ordering is streamlined. My issue is with the drinks. This helps. At 6:50pm today I wanted to go to the bathroom to urinate and wash my hands before ordering and I was not allowed. An undesirable person there, perhaps because I am black, did it. If there is a supervisor, please check the cameras and you will see that what I say is true.

The store in 83-10 Elmhurst. Ny 11370 so bad service always every time I asked him to use restroom they never allowed me to use and out service I work at the airport and always take my food from tham

Last 2 times ordered was of poor food quality. Got sick. Not buying there again. Clean equipment and ensure unexpired foods are served.

Terrible service. Went in to get lunch and tried to use the kiosk but it wasn’t functioning properly so tried to order in person. The kiosk said the meal was 8.10 but when we ordered it was 10 and it all because I said I wanted a medium drink instead of the “happy hour” as if I should just know that. When we asked if they could help they didn’t even offer to.

They were so mean and they had so much aditude and they gave my cousin a burrito and she ordered a taco and they were so ruff with the food and the food is so cold I like Taco Bell just not this one I waited for 20-30 mins just for two tacos.

I ordered a slushie. I paid for it. The guy gives me a cup and walks away. I said I ordered a slushie and he tells me get a soft drink. I told him I paid extra for a slushie. He walks away. This lady comes now and starts screaming at me "What do you want to do". I ask for a refund because I didn't want a soft drink. She says I'll give you two soft drinks. What am I going to do with two soft drinks. Give me what I paid for or give me a refund. The lady keeps screaming at me so I yell back and she shuts up. Nasty attitude for something that could've easily been solved. If the owner aucutally cares about this establishment, just know I called corporate and made sure action is taken against you and your staff/store

They are hiding the restroom password like it’s a safe with money inside. I ordered food and wanted to wash my hands before eating, but they told me they would unlock it themselves… and They made me wait until my food was ready before allowing me to use the restroom. That was very disappointing. I won’t be coming back.
