I love Taco Bell food and this was my first stop at this particular location. The food was superb and the service was warm and cordial. I enjoyed my lunch before heading to work. I will definitely be back. Great experience!
McKenzie was absolutely wonderful. She had great customer service. Everyone should be like her. I did find hair on my beef chalupa. I had to throw it away. Remember to wear hair nets
This location is Helllla good interior wise , Not only the food but also the staff is amazin’ ‘n fantastic The food is always fresh ‘n hot too 👍
I swear, I eat at this location weekly just about lol and everyone is always so nice! I pulled over just to write this review in the parking lot tonight because I made a mistake on ordering through the app, and I guess didnt complete it all the way through (payment was made), and when I got here my order hadn't been received yet. I checked my app and realized I missed the final step after the payment and they sent my oder ahead and had it out right away! The girl at the window apologized to ME as if they made the mistake. Anyway, I love this location, and they deserve a 5 star review.
I like that they have healthy options like the Cantina bowl that has lettuce and cabbage. Also with the G2 that has reduced sugar
Taco Bell is always a solid choice when I’m craving something quick and flavorful. The tacos, burritos, and nacho fries are always fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and gets the order right every time. Great value for the price, and the food hits the spot every time. Definitely one of my favorite fast-food spots!
I’ve been going to Taco Bell since 1980! I have always loved their food. The menu has changed, which is good in a way. However my favorite was a Tostado and now it’s gone. They’ve always been fast. The people customer focused and the food good. Not only that it’s an expensive compared to most food anywhere.
The new automated system is a pain. It doesn't understand me half of the time and I've never had an instance where I was able to fully complete an order without having to ask for a human. Just hire another person to take orders, TB.
Order is not complete. Realized no nacho bell grande went back got. Got home to find no soft tacos order of 3.
Never know when an employee is new or just having an off day. Order had to be remade, then new burritos where missing sour cream. Employee was great at fixing everything.

30 minute wait literally in line horrible I get to the front and they still haven’t even started on the order yet.
The ai ruins ur order repeatedly and if u dare try to remove a item it says i didnt get that over and over again until u have to go through the line again just to get a proper order. NEVER go to taco bell if u care for ur sanity, the ai isnt intelligent in the slightest
I come here almost once a week when I get my boyfriend from work at around 11-12 pm/am. The lady that works at night at the drive thru needs to find another job if she does not like what she does. She is always rude, when I ask if something is in the bag she says "if you say you want something It's in the bag" and I always ask bc I have gone home and something is missing. I get the nachos all the time and when I get the cheese to go with it it's always less then half full, and same with the guacamole they fill it less than half. And my order is always wrong, I hate sour cream I say no sour cream on everything I get, and it always has it on it. I hate coming to this location bc of the lady that works the drive thru at night. but it is the closest to my house. I may end up deciding to go out of my way to a further one just not to deal with her, that is how much I do not like her.
Be careful spending your money here especially in the drive-thru. They like to charge a nice fat tip on your card without asking or even giving good enough service to deserve one. My order was 33.54 I moved $60 to my account and ironically only $10 left after a visit from this location. I will be letting corporate so they are aware of the little thieves working here. Good luck finding another job.
The manager was rude and only gave me one sauce per big burritos. I was going to order more stuff bu6 she was so rude I didn't order more. One sauce pack does not cover a burrito. And it's so expensive. Poor service. I will never come back
I ordered a vegetarian mexican pizza. I went in the evening. The manager on duty seemed completely overwhelmed, as she was sighing and getting discombobulated over simplistic requests. I just wanted the tacos fresco style with beans, instead of beef, and it became a big, long discussion about how she was going to ring it up. And I told her, "as long as it has tomatoes and no sour cream and no cheese, we're fine." I even clarified if she heard me order a vegetarian Mexican pizza, no cheese. She responded with a sigh and with an annoyed tone said " well I rang it up as vegetarian." I was a little concerned because of how upsetting this order was for her. So when I got to the window and she went to hand me the bag, I asked her again to make sure that there was no meat cheese or sour cream on any of my food and then she repeated to me that she rang it up as a vegetarian Mexican Pizza, so there wouldn't be any meat. I have been going to Taco Bell for the duration of my meatless diet, which has been 10 years now. Typically, there is not this much back and forth or disregard. She handed me the bag and I smelled the meat right away. So I pulled off to the side, and I checked my food and lo and behold, the "vegetarian" Mexican Pizza was not vegetarian. So I parked and I came inside and she rolled her eyes and said "what's wrong with it?" Without speaking, I opened the box and I showed her the meat in my food, which luckily I did not eat. That's when I noticed that there were obviously very young and inexperienced people making the food while the manager was on the drive through. As a restaurant owner and operator for over 10 years, I can tell you right away that the problem is that the manager doesn't know the default recipes, and she doesn't audit her food prep line for correctness. She immediately needs a menu test and then she needs to be the one wrapping up the food as it's done so that she can visually see that it is correct, and she needs to match it visually with each ticket so that when she hands it off to the person on drive through, she tells them exactly what it is, with modifiers. Until this place gets systems and procedures in place and a manager that doesn't have an attitude when there's obviously a problem, this store will lose money. I went around fixing locations that were failing in the restaurant franchise that I worked at and those were the main factors that could be changed immediately to make a huge difference in the success of a business.
Monitors advise you to order at the kiosk. You have to take the time to locate what you want and do everything yourself. There is no more customer service. They took the bell down you used to ring when you got good service, because THERE IS NONE. Too many other taco and good Mexican food options where they will take good care of us. Food was good.
