From the front desk to the staff, everyone was incredibly warm and friendly. The service was excellent. The food was fresh and the portions were generous. I always stop here whenever I'm passing by. Perfect.

Good place to come have a Texas sized meal. Good steaks, you can even choose the particular steak you want if you wish. I went with ribs, corn, and mashed potatoes this time around. The ribs were fall off the bone soft, good flavor. Not as good as smoked barbecue, as that’s my favorite, but still very good. I did a bowl of chili as a starter. Their chili was well prepared. Not the best I’ve ever had, but was really good.

Really good food and friendly staff! Rib-eye steak was nearly-perfect, a bit more well-done than I asked, but it tasted great anyway, succulent and delicious. Caesar salad was spot on, same as steak fries. I reccomend lemonades over sodas - real homemade flavour!

Our server was on point and so was the food. We have gone here many times and only had one time the ribs were dry. But today or steaks were cooked like we wanted and the waitress was constantly checking on us which is what I like to have.

It was our first time here and everything was great from the moment we walked in we were greeted by a very lovely lady who took our name down because there was a bit of a wait after 10-15 minutes another lovely young lady came asked us we would like to pick any meat before we were seated and we did she then took us to our table and offered us free freshly made dinner rolls they were so soft and warm and yummy 😋 then our waiter Martin came got our drink and food orders and since it was our first time there he gave us great suggestions as far as what sides would go great with our meat and what drinks we should pair with our meal, let me just say he nailed it! Everything he suggested was delicious and flavorful and worth every cent. Martin was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable he always smiled and came to our table often to see if we needed anything but he is so good at his job and stayed on top of everything specially keeping are glasses full that we didn't need anything. If your ever at the Texas Roadhouse ask to sit in his section you'll be pleased with his service.

The food was great and the service was better (if that's even possible). My first impression was "Wow, these people act like they want costumers". The place was packed, there were servers a plenty ( and friendly), and the wait was less than 10 minutes. Hard to believe, really. I had the double pork chops with salad and loaded baked potatoes. The food was, as always, very good. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We got a table after about 20 minutes and were escorted there very warmly. The steaks were grilled to perfection. I highly recommend this Texas Roadhouse location as well.

Everything was overall very good although the ribeye and shrimp were really oversalted. Love their "blooming onion" and fried pickles. The complimentary bread and sweet butter is delicious

Came here with a reservation on a Friday night, and wow it was busy! Food was delicious, but service was slow. Our waitress was nice enough but the weight for our drinks, let alone our food was fairly long. Our entrees, where we did combos, were good. They forgot my friend’s ribs at first, and we had to wait at least 15 minutes for them to come out. We got a brownie for dessert, and it was a little stale and cold, it should’ve been warmed up. I understand that the restaurant is busy, but there were a lot of servers! Our server even told us that she was distracted by her own daughter who was sitting in the booth behind us.

Overall, good food and good service. My favorite is the pulled pork and the chicken fried steak. I really appreciate that they put the cream gravy on the side so it isn't soggy. The fried catfish is good. Wish they would do a blackened catfish. So good. The rolls are really good and not overpriced to bring home extra. The only issue is their curbside parking. It isn't well marked. If you are facing the entrance, it is to the left . The spots were all taken by people eating inside. I drove around the whole lot and building looking for the spots. Finally, I found a spot to park and walk up to the take out window.

Food was great and waiter was nice. Front of house people need to put some pep in their step. There was like 8 parties waiting to be seated, and the girl getting the silverware and menus (young girl w glasses) was walking slow as hell taking her time like she doesn't have a job to do. This is a crazy busy place, but we love it. This experience was less than the usual we have experienced at other Texas Roadhouse restaurants. With that said, at this place specifically, we ordered the fried onion, which was good (onion used was brown or white which made it too acidic, not a sweet onion as I remember), but still tasty. My wife ordered the house salad, which didn't arrive until almost the end of the meal, we refused it at that point. I ordered the combo ribeye and ribs. Wife ate the ribs (which had a strong burnt sauce flavor, but the meat was still good and edible if you scrapped off the sauce. My ribeye steak was dry, but well cooked, and the baked potato was ok. The problem was the food was luke warm at best. It would seem the food sat out, so much so that the waitress was going to reorder the salad as the lettuce had wilted. The bread was good, but we had to ask for it, they didn't just bring it as they normally do. The waiter and manager were gracious and discounted our meal, but we were driving back home from Arizona and we're more hungry then willing to send everything back. In their defense, they were very busy (which they often are), but really should not happen and didn't seem to be happening to anyone else (all other diners in our area seemed happy with their meals. Sorry no food photos because we were more hungry then post ready. Overall, I still recommend these restaurants, and this particular place had a bad day with us. So if you haven't gone to Texas Roadhouse try it. Usually the food is good, well priced and the atmosphere is fun, loud, and worth the long wait.

I didnt get to the food hope its better than the customer service. I was on the phone an hour waiting for and answer and a machine playing over and over the same message, finally got the manager who was absolutely useless. She couldn't figure anything or suggest anything, her message was we don't take payment online, I don't know your party because we got a lot of people here, nothing useful. I'd love to make texas roadhouse great again!

Well let's see, we picked up our online order and we didn't get our cheesecake. We called and told them our cheesecake was missing. She said go ahead and come back we will take care of it. I'll talk to the manager. Lmao don't think the manager cared because we get there and they give us the bag they forgot to give us with warm cheesecake and melted whipped cream. Wow. Now how do I know it was our missing bag that had been sitting there getting warm you say? It had the butter we didn't get, the silverware for 5 dinners and 1 dessert. You guys are actually trying to get people sick. Maybe need to call the health department about this. It was 2 hours before we got it. 20 min home we ate realized it was missing then drove 20 min back for what? Warm cheesecake. The sweet potatos were also burnt. My husband called to talk to the manager and she gave a refund of 50%. Still doesn't make up for a second 40 min round trip and warm cheesecake.

Life as Lisa

The place was absolutely packed but it was only a 10 min wait, win! Things started off good; waiter was polite and friendly and our drinks came quick. The appetizer was decent, but not as good as the “Bloomin Onion” from their competitor. As more time passed things became increasingly more difficult… we weren’t getting refills on our drinks, couldn’t always find the waiter, and we didn’t have enough silverware for everyone. After a lengthy wait for our food, a man came to our table and asked if we ordered another appetizer (we did not). After he walked away, we realized that the food was actually a meal that we ordered. The waiter assured us that the meal would come later with our other food, but it did not, they had to go look for it. Of all the people to have a meal come late, the children should not be one of them. They needed to make more Mac n cheese, so most of us sat there letting our food get cold while my 5 year old was still waiting on her Mac n Cheese. It took much longer than she had patience for. They forgot multiple sides, didn’t bring refills, got our orders wrong, and somehow I ended up with extra food in my baked potato. The food itself was not worth the price or the hassle. My fish was so salty that I couldn’t finish it. No one at our table finished their food and each had a complaint about it. Oh, and we never got the rolls that were complimentary for every single table. Overall between the service, the music so loud that you have to yell to talk, and the bad food, I would not recommend coming here.
