The young lady isn't wearing gloves and accepts the money and sends it without disinfecting it. During this pandemic, I think Kikos should be aware of these things....
Poor service
My pie was burnt and when I wanted to sit down and eat at the branch, they told me I couldn't because they were about to close and that they didn't believe I would eat in 3 minutes (they close at 7 and it was 6:27).
I had a bad experience with a cashier who wasn't even identified. She wears glasses and looks young (20-30). Besides the fact that she was already slow and there were a lot of people, she still had the nerve to chat with them. She served customers as if she were doing them a favor by paying to supplement her income. She let people cut in line because "it was card payment." My daughter loves pasties and I always take her there because it's the closest one to me, but from today on, it's becoming another store where the cats think they own the place.
According to what they say, they close at 10, but by 8:40 it was already closed.
They should keep an eye on the staff... Terrible customer service; you can tell they're unhappy employees... Shame on them.
Terrible service from the lady at the counter, to start it's 10:38 a.m. and she only has 4 different flavors, she's on the phone, she doesn't talk to me, she doesn't answer me, and when I approach her, her response was that she wants to...! When I paid for my cakes, I took out my card and said, "We don't accept credit cards," even though the sign in large letters says we do. When I approached her and asked her, she said, "Do you want them in cash?" "If not, give me permission because someone else is going to serve you..." She never finished her personal phone call, she didn't give me the attention I requested, she lied to me when giving me information and never wanted to give me her name. It's a place I don't recommend, not even by mistake.
They need to work hard on customer service; the women who run the business lack a service-oriented attitude, are grumpy, inattentive... In short... Rude!
