Haven't had Little Ceasars in a long time I was pleasantly surprised I was expecting greasy subpar pizza but received a non greasy hot fresh delicious pizza just the way I ordered it too which is rare these days I asked extra sauce I got it and all other toppings Very well proportioned bye bye other pizza shops hello Little Ceasars 😊

Happy to have it back. And it's bigger which is nice. Never had a problem yet. But the employee that worked there when it first reopened was the reason I thought it was better than before. That was a long time ago. I don't Know if he still works there but he was was the example this new staff should follow. That would be the only thing I could say that in my opinion needs improvement. But it's a small thing and not a big deal. The place is always busy and that's good to see.

Pizza is what you’d expect from little Caesar’s. But I also always pick it up after ordering from home. If gotten fresh looks like the commercials. Which is better than most brands can say.

I'm pretty surprised as Hubby & I enjoyed our pizza dinner when I got home. Just a small storefront, in this strip mall right on my way home, I decided I'd try it as we've never had their pizza in a very long while. The cashier was very accommodating, needed a little coaxing but I soon saw her pretty smile as I conversed with her more. My order was done in no time and so perfecty hot! I gave her a tip in her tip jar & thanked her for good service. Got home, my hubby liked the pizza, as we popped back in the oven to get it crispier. 😋 I will be back for sure!!

Ordered 3 most bestest pizzas plus 2 liters of Pepsi and headed across the street to Sprouts for beer and cider. Came back and the 3 were ready but we both forgot about the soda pop. Thin crust is definitely better than the regular crust here. I was urged to just go most bestest rather than extra pepperoni. It's not as much as expected, however there was enough sausage on that pie.

Deep dish supreme is always our go-to choice. Larger rectangular cut pieces thick crunchy & generously topped with yummy veggies. Bacon & pineapple crazy puffs would be an awesome addition to their menu 😉🙏🏻🤤👍🏻!

I have never waited for a little caesers pepperonio pizza as far as I can remember. I waited 30 min for just one pep. How odd. Why isn't there a stack of them waiting to be picked up? At least it was fresh, but I won't be coming back to this location.

Deep dish supreme is always our go-to choice. Larger rectangular cut pieces thick crunchy & generously topped with yummy veggies. Bacon & pineapple crazy puffs would be an awesome addition to their menu 😉🙏🏻🤤👍🏻!

Made an online order. Received a notification that my order was complete at exactly the time the website predicted. Waited over 25 minutes longer to actually get the order. (Total 45+) It was the dinner rush, so I understood and waited, but waited the same time as they were telling people at the counter with new orders. During this time, I received an additional notification email reminding me to pick up my order. My belief is that they cleared the order to reach corporate’s unreasonable expectations, but give me some kind of indication, I’ve got kids in the car. Don’t just lie to placate me. I was told, “it’s in the oven right now” 25 minutes before I received it.

Got my pizza order wrong, unfortunately I had it delivered so now I have to go to the store. I ordered online and they had no 2liters available for delivery. I had to go down to my parking lot to open the gate because the website failed to record my gate code. They charge 3.99 for delivery and almost $5 for “service fee”. Totally not worth it.

This place is not what it used to be back in the Hot N’ Ready $5.99 days. It’s seems as time goes the quality of the food changes and paying $9.99 for something of less quality just doesn’t make sense to me. The employees at this location are pleasant they always greet me with a smile.

I always order via the app.✔️ I always select a 20 oz bottle of Pepsi...✔️ When I go in to pick up my mobile order, there's usually only 2 or 3 Soda flavors to choose from which nobody wants..... For example, Cherry Pepsi, root beer & Sprite.. They are always OUT of the 20 oz bottle of Pepsi!! ATTN: Store Leadership! There's absolutely NO "sense of urgency' in refilling the refreshment cooler..!!! Q: WHO'S THE LAZY MANAGER THAT CAN'T MANAGE THEIR BUSINESS?!

I ordered some of the crazy puffs, I know usually little caesers gives me bad heartburn but I took the chance anyways. I WISH I HAD JUST NOT EATEN AT ALL! The first thing I did today after burping up some crazy puff fumes was run to the bathroom, squirmed around on the toilet until the insane stomach cramps went away. Not even 10 minutes went by before I was running back into the bathroom, then 10 minutes later, then 10 more, after that my wife asked if I was ok, I told her I'll never eat there again. I can only assume it was the insane amount of oil the crazy puffs where probably soaked in, either way I will most likely never eat anything from there again, it seriously feels like I'm dying, not looking forward to work today.

Kind of dumbfounded by how cold] and hard my pizza was. Not to mention one pizza give or take cost me 14 dollars. When it was brought up to management they told me I had to bring in the whole pizza for them to even address the situation. When spending that kind of money on a pizza I expect it to at least be hot. I wouldn't recommend eating at this joint.

The service there was completely unprofessional and rude. The manager was rude while I was calling her about an error that they made and they lied about the whole thing and wouldn't give me a refund and hung up on me while I was actively talking to them. When I went into the store of Little Caesars I ordered crazy breads with a bunch of crazy sauce which they forgot to give me while I was walking in the store to get my food. After I got my crazy bread I went home and looked through the bag and was missing a crazy bread pack which then I call the manager to say something about the error they made and she says that the reason why they messed it up was because I was being rude to her which I wasn't I was just correcting what they did wrong. she then starts fighting with me and doesn't give me a refund and hangs up on me. She is the manager.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The first time my boyfriend and I called in an order for pick-up, simple enough right? Nope, we get there 20 minutes only to find out our simple order isn't ready, they have no idea what he's talking about. So we spend 20+ minutes waiting in the parking lot. We agreed not to eat here again. We made the mistake of ordering delivery this time. I ordered the $10 deal which after their added fees is more like $15, no big deal, I get delivery fees, but it's a pizza, bread sticks and choice of a 2 liter. My driver was late, and only gave me my food, I stopped him inquiring about my drink and he explains after they made him wait 15 minutes he only received what he gave me and told me to call the store. I call and the woman I talked to was extremely unprofessional saying it wasn't her problem and blaming the driver instead of biting the bullet and just taking responsibility for her mistake, and says I can get a refund for the drink through the delivery service or get my drink ANOTHER day. We drove to the location and realized THIS LOCATION is why we don't eat Little Caesars anymore. I go in and talk to a younger guy saying I wanted the drink I paid for, a woman comes up from the back asking if there's an issue and I said no. I want my soda I paid for, you didn't give it to the driver so I had to come and get it myself. She dismissed what I said with a flick of her wrist and told me to just get it. Horrible customer service and the pizza? Should have gone to Domino's instead

What is going on? Ordering online and not getting them by the expected time. If you can't make the order don't say it'll be ready by a certain time. Lots of people here waiting as well little ceasers cannot handle orders at dinnertime. Asked me what my order was 5 times. Was told the pizza portal is broken. Male employees harassing female employees in the back.. Somthiing needs to change.

I called at 4:50pm on 6/26/22 to place an order and the gentleman who answered the phone hung up on me before I could get 5 words out. I know he hung up and I was not disconnected because I could hear the receiver rattle against the base before the click. I then called back and the same gentleman answered but seemed to have a serious attitude so I was reluctant to place an order but I did anyway. After the order was placed he gave me the total and hung up again. I called right back again and asked what his name was. He declined to give it saying they are not allowed to give their names which I know is a lie. I then asked for the manager, and he said She was not there. Whoever this man is needs to be retrained and taught customer service skills. I reordered my food at another location but would like to know this person has been reprimanded.

Came in yesterday for a few pizzas I asked for a medium pepperoni the lady working it was like 4 o'clock Sunday the 23rd she told me with an extreme additude THIS IS NOT DOMINOS WE DONT HAVE THAT. Ummm a simple we only have 1 size pizza would that be ok would of been alot nicer but I did come to the Washington location can't ever really expect much. If she would of not had an additude we would of stayed and got pizza here but instead we went to the lakeside location and they where helpful like always and we gave them our 60 bucks for pizza. Your loss. Yall need to rethink who you hire. Because you have terrible service on multiple occasions. And the pizza at this Location the cheese is always burnt so just AVOID THIS LOCATION GO TO LAKESIDE OR HELL EVEN DOMINOS LIKE SHE PRACTICALLY TOLD ME TO GO TO......

I was ten minutes late from the time the online ap said it would be completed. Now going on 30min and still I don't have my order. I did love this store buy the customer service has become terrible. I made it known that I was waiting 20min late and didn't even get an apology. Only excuses. This is the third time this has happened to me and I won't be coming back.

Horrible customer service from management. I called to complain about an error they made. She seemed like she didn’t really care. I asked if they do anything when a customer complains? she said “Unfortunately no sorry”. Stay away, go to Pizza Hut or Dominos, anywhere. Not worth the “savings”.

Very bad customer service and the manager she’s very bad never respect I asked for her name she said I’m not allowed to give my name I made order over the phone they said 20 minutes and I waited outside for 1 hour and 15 minutes on very cold weather and then they told me we will refund you the money 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 they didn’t deserve not even 1 star because they are very bad. I will never ever go to this store again and I’ll let all my family and friends about my experience with this horrible place.🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Absolute horrible customer service. Got the wrong pizza, went back to pick up the right one and they wouldn't give me the right pizza, saying it was my fault for not inspecting the pizza before I left. Asked for the store managers name and # and was given a disconnected number. Entire staff looks and acts like this is their first day on the job. If you want the wrong pizza and zero customer service with an attitude, this is the place for you.

Very negative environment Zero smiles no customer service. She got my order wrong overcharged me I had to wait a total of 40 min but my pizza was done and just sitting. I have never seen a place of business go so far downhill so fast. The food tastes horrible they put ur order in wrong (I did in fact repeat the order about 3 maybe 4 times) and there was a ton of complaining from 2 employees ZERO PROFESSIONALISM

I cannot drive, and my entire house is sick. So tonight i ordered delivery from little caesars. I didn't care which store sent it, pizza is pizza but then i was missing a pepperoni pizza when it arrived. The driver told me its the stores fault because they didn't give her all the pizzas and i am inclined to believe her because she was texting me prior saying she had to wait a bit to get them. Driver told me she cannot go back for the pizza, but the store should be able to refund or order a new driver. I call the store, whoever picked up sounded busy and inconvenienced that he had to talk to me. He then passes me off to someone else to deal with me, and when i now explain the problem again to her she tells me to call up the delivery service or come get the pizza i payed money for them to deliver. Basically taking no ownership over the problem whatsoever. Completely unprofessional. Never even apologized. I had to ask one of my family for a ride to go get the pizza i paid for and they never even apologized. The pizza isn't even that good. Don't waste your time ordering anything from this store. They are unprofessional, don't care about the customers and it shows in both their service and the quality of the food. Goto 750 Fletcher Pkwy instead. They actually do a good job unlike this one.

I ordered a simple pizza online and they said it would take 20-25 minutes, which was pretty long but I didn't mind too much. When I got there and it was finally my turn, they said that they never registered my order. It took an entire hour after I originally called to receive my pizza. Not even a single apology was given too.

Waited 2 hours for my pizza. They dropped my first one which was done in 20 minutes but then they never remade it, they kept saying it is coming but after 2 hours almost I demand my money back. The young man in back was so unprofessional and the ladies in front acted as if they didn't care and it is business as usual. Worst fast food pizza place I have ever been too, this is the one in Jamaica plaza on 2nd and main st. HORRIBLE!!!!

The picture speaks to my complaint. I was given attitude when I returned the pizza for hair baked into it. The supervisor, Romina, refused to give me the name and phone number of the manager. She also could not provide me the name or information of the regional manager.

I asked him if they accept EBT and he laughed and said “I don’t know” so after 17 min of waiting guess what he got my order wrong. Horrible crew here and horrible service. I hate that the website forces me to order from here. I specifically selected the Fletcher Parkway location because their pizza is actually good. Customer service line of course is down on a friday night... It feels like highway robbery whenever i order from this place. Terrible pizza, terrible people giving terrible customer service. If you are lucky you will get a burnt version of what you ordered. If you are unlucky, you will have missing items that they will try to charge you for... and they will make you come pick it up anyway, even if you paid for delivery.

Today, I visited Little Caesars to purchase cheese bread for my children, as they didn’t take lunch bags to school and really enjoy your rectangular cheese bread. I called ahead before opening time (10:00 AM) to place an order for two cheese breads and one Crazy Bread. During the call, I had to repeat several times that I wanted the rectangular cheese bread. The employee eventually acknowledged she understood, confirming that she was referring to the same one. However, when I arrived around 10 minutes later, I was surprised to find that the wrong type of cheese bread had been prepared. Despite this, I decided to accept and pay for the incorrect order to avoid causing further stress, as I sensed the employee may have been having a difficult morning. Since my children aren’t big fans of this version, I politely tried to ask if some pretzel salt could be added on top to help them enjoy it more. I called out “excuse me” several times, probably five or six, but was ignored. When I finally got her attention and explained, she said she’d check. A manager later came over and told me I would be charged $1.07 for the salt. My issue isn’t about the cost, but the experience. I feel disappointed by how I was treated—my order was misunderstood despite clear communication, my attempts to speak were ignored, and then I was charged extra to fix a problem that wasn’t mine to begin with. I believe every customer deserves respectful service, regardless of how someone’s day is going. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps improve customer experience in the future.

Talk about horrible customer service. I called and explained I had come in and asked to have ONE of my 4 pizzas remade. I was told I needed my receipt in order to replace it so I confirmed that's all that was needed, I was told yes. I went and grabbed the receipt and came all the way back, THEN I was told I needed to bring the entire pizza back because they simply wanted to make things more complicated and make sure they made it impossible to get my pizza replaced. They TOOK my receipt after tell I'ming me it'd be replaced and it was never given back even after I had asked for it back. I called the store again in hopes the manager could make it right and I chose to give a second chance. WRONG move, immediately I was asked for extremely specific things that I could only find on the receipt and I had let the manager know MY RECEIPT WAS TAKEN BY YOUR EMPLOYEES THE DAY PRIOR AND THEY WOULD NOT RETURN THE RECEIPT AFTER I HAD REQUESTED IT BACK. So I let her know "hey I don't have that information because my receipt wasn't returned to me after I came back to the store" then she tells me pretty much she doesn't respect or value long time customers such as myself because we are just numbers to her. All in all, I won't be returning to this location after almost a decade of eating there unless this situation is resolved. Seems like an elaborate plan to screw customers over almost as if it was rehearsed. Mess up an order then request the receipt, read it then tell the customer they need to bring the 3 day old food back. Which is actually against the law. Fast food facilities are NOT allowed to demand the food back on behalf of state law.

The steps at this location is really useless. You’re not helping customers. No good communication. I ordered my food online. Supposed to pick up at 7:45 PM but right now it is 8 PM. I’m still waiting in the store. Just shameful.

I was told I needed my receipt in order to replace it so I confirmed that's all that was needed, I was told yes. I went and grabbed the receipt and came all the way back, THEN I was told I needed to bring the entire pizza back because they simply wanted to make things more complicated and make sure they made it impossible to get my pizza replaced. They TOOK my receipt after tell I'ming me it'd be replaced and it was never given back even after I had asked for it back. I called the store again in hopes the manager could make it right and I chose to give a second chance. WRONG move, immediately I was asked for extremely specific things that I could only find on the receipt and I had let the manager know MY RECEIPT WAS TAKEN BY YOUR EMPLOYEES THE DAY PRIOR AND THEY WOULD NOT RETURN THE RECEIPT AFTER I HAD REQUESTED IT BACK. So I let her know "hey I don't have that information because my receipt wasn't returned to me after I came back to the store" then she tells me pretty much she doesn't respect or value long time customers such as myself because we are just numbers to her. All in all, I won't be returning to this location after almost a decade of eating there unless this situation is resolved. Seems like an elaborate plan to screw customers over almost as if it was rehearsed. Mess up an order then request the receipt, read it then tell the customer they need to bring the 3 day old food back. Which is actually against the law. Fast food facilities are NOT allowed to demand the food back on behalf of state law.

Today, I visited Little Caesars to purchase cheese bread for my children, as they didn’t take lunch bags to school and really enjoy your rectangular cheese bread. I called ahead before opening time (10:00 AM) to place an order for two cheese breads and one Crazy Bread. During the call, I had to repeat several times that I wanted the rectangular cheese bread. The employee eventually acknowledged she understood, confirming that she was referring to the same one. However, when I arrived around 10 minutes later, I was surprised to find that the wrong type of cheese bread had been prepared. Despite this, I decided to accept and pay for the incorrect order to avoid causing further stress, as I sensed the employee may have been having a difficult morning. Since my children aren’t big fans of this version, I politely tried to ask if some pretzel salt could be added on top to help them enjoy it more. I called out “excuse me” several times, probably five or six, but was ignored. When I finally got her attention and explained, she said she’d check. A manager later came over and told me I would be charged $1.07 for the salt. My issue isn’t about the cost, but the experience. I feel disappointed by how I was treated—my order was misunderstood despite clear communication, my attempts to speak were ignored, and then I was charged extra to fix a problem that wasn’t mine to begin with. I believe every customer deserves respectful service, regardless of how someone’s day is going. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps improve customer experience in the future.

I ordered some of the crazy puffs, I know usually little caesers gives me bad heartburn but I took the chance anyways. I WISH I HAD JUST NOT EATEN AT ALL! The first thing I did today after burping up some crazy puff fumes was run to the bathroom, squirmed around on the toilet until the insane stomach cramps went away. Not even 10 minutes went by before I was running back into the bathroom, then 10 minutes later, then 10 more, after that my wife asked if I was ok, I told her I'll never eat there again. I can only assume it was the insane amount of oil the crazy puffs where probably soaked in, either way I will most likely never eat anything from there again, it seriously feels like I'm dying, not looking forward to work today.

I hate that the website forces me to order from here. I specifically selected the Fletcher Parkway location because their pizza is actually good. Customer service line of course is down on a friday night... It feels like highway robbery whenever i order from this place. Terrible pizza, terrible people giving terrible customer service. If you are lucky you will get a burnt version of what you ordered. If you are unlucky, you will have missing items that they will try to charge you for... and they will make you come pick it up anyway, even if you paid for delivery.

Very negative environment Zero smiles no customer service. She got my order wrong overcharged me I had to wait a total of 40 min but my pizza was done and just sitting. I have never seen a place of business go so far downhill so fast. The food tastes horrible they put ur order in wrong (I did in fact repeat the order about 3 maybe 4 times) and there was a ton of complaining from 2 employees ZERO PROFESSIONALISM

I cannot drive, and my entire house is sick. So tonight i ordered delivery from little caesars. I didn't care which store sent it, pizza is pizza but then i was missing a pepperoni pizza when it arrived. The driver told me its the stores fault because they didn't give her all the pizzas and i am inclined to believe her because she was texting me prior saying she had to wait a bit to get them. Driver told me she cannot go back for the pizza, but the store should be able to refund or order a new driver. I call the store, whoever picked up sounded busy and inconvenienced that he had to talk to me. He then passes me off to someone else to deal with me, and when i now explain the problem again to her she tells me to call up the delivery service or come get the pizza i payed money for them to deliver. Basically taking no ownership over the problem whatsoever. Completely unprofessional. Never even apologized. I had to ask one of my family for a ride to go get the pizza i paid for and they never even apologized. The pizza isn't even that good. Don't waste your time ordering anything from this store. They are unprofessional, don't care about the customers and it shows in both their service and the quality of the food. Goto 750 Fletcher Pkwy instead. They actually do a good job unlike this one.
