The best customer service out of all the Rubios I’ve been to. Ricardo is the nicest guy and provided top tier service. Great food, too, as always!

We enjoy dinner or lunch there most Tuesday. We love the Tuesday taco deals. The employees are very friendly and go out of their way to make your dining experience pleasant. There is one female employee who is the best ever! I will have to notice her name the next time we dine at Rubio's!

The staff was very nice and friendly. The atmosphere is typical corporate, fast food so meh. I'm probably not the best person to ask as i don't typically eat fish but I had the chicken street tacos which was bland and just okay. Everything else looks and smells fresh, including the salsa bar so I'm sure it's fine just not to my liking. I'd say don't listen to me and try them out. Definitely a different take on tacos being a coastal grill and different than most things in the area.

Not the cleanest tables and the chips that came with my burrito were all crushed and tiny. Bottom of the bag for sure. Gee thanks. For $11 not really worth it.

Alicia the Manager supposedly of the night was very rude. Ordered food online and still was receiving food after people that came in after me took 35 minutes to make two tacos and one kids quesadilla. The green salsa had a whole lemon rotting away in it and it was low meaning it had been there for hours. When I asked her for a to go salsa, she lied and said they didn’t have any, but then when I pointed to them in the fridge and asked her for one of them, she said those are only for online orders. Which I replied I did an online order she threw them in my bag. I finally got my food with cold tortillas that were NEVER cooked and BROWN avocado slices. I then waited another 8 minutes for warm tortillas and asked her if she could get it done on the fly but she said I had to wait for other orders!!! Waited about 45 minutes for an online order for 2 tacos and a kids quesadillas is crazy!!!!
