I have to confess: The Nashville hot mozzarella sticks, have completely taken over me!!! They are so flavorful ❤️ I find myself making a weekly or biweekly trip for the Triple Dipper to indulge my obsession. Even though they made an error (this time) and gave me honey-chipotle flavored mozzarella sticks and tenders…I couldn’t bring myself to complain. I didn’t complain because my order was a to-go order and the to-go staff was so amazing and accommodating in person. I couldn’t bring myself to complain to people who were so kind. Besides, the honey-chipotle flavor is pretty good as well. So in spite of my order being wrong, the to-go team (black girl with long braids & the day-shift manager), were so amazing…I didn’t care. They went the extra mile of offering a drink to my boyfriend as we waited and that meant a lot to me. Great customer service will always Trump error and for that reason, I’m leaving a five star review! I love great service and kind energy. Chili’s staff: continue treating people kindly. We need more of that in todays world. And next time…NASHVILLE HOT!!!!! lol Keep being awesome! See you soon!

The waitress was the best I've ever had there. She showed up frequently making sure everything was good and she was on top of her job. She needs a raise or a promotion.

My fiance and I took my grandma out to lunch on Saturday (6/25) and were greeted by the manager who let us know there would be a 5-10 minute, or maybe shorter, wait due to them only having 2 servers. We weren't in a hurry, so we sat down and waited. A minute later, he comes back to let us know a table was ready. We sat down and only waited a few minutes for Jose to get our drink order and then another few minutes for them to come out. We had plenty of time to look over the menu and decide what we wanted, and Jose came back and got our order in. For only having 2 servers and a good amount of guests, they did amazing! Food was DELICIOUS as well

Best Chili's experience in a VERY long time. The service was incredible and the wait was less than 10 minutes. Our waitress was so efficient at her job and very helpful in helping us select something good to eat. Our food was Hot and Fresh. I felt like my half order of fajitas was a full order. We had so much food that we had to take it home. She even packed up our dessert and added a special thank you message on the container. Best Tip I have left in awhile. We will definitely go back. Clean restaurant, clean restrooms, social distancing, operating a full bar.

This Chilis is consistently a hit for us whether we eat in or take it to go. I like the Cajun Chicken Pasta, chips and salsa is a good munchie too.

Came here for a family celebration and the service was outstanding. They were so accommodating to our large group and our server was so fantastic at keeping up with all of us, which isn't easy to do! We were all talking for days about how we had such a great experience at this Chili's location. I'm not one to write reviews about chain restaurants but wanted to shout out the amazing staff here. We will definitely be returning to this location over any of the others in the Austin area.

At this location the to go food was hot & delicious steak cut through like butter & had flavor. No mistakes made & liquor drinks were small but tasty thanks Chili's.

I honestly just received the best customer service I have ever received. I placed an order through the Chili’s app and the door dash driver didn’t deliver my drink. While I struggled to get help from door dash the Chilis manager Michael and Jen went above and beyond to help me. I will never hesitate to go to this chilis due to these two. Absolutely fantastic service!

Delicious as always. We got the white spinach queso, an Alex's Santa Fe Burger with a black bean patty, a Just Bacon Burger, and of course the chocolate molten cake 😍 so good!! We also got some yummy margaritas! I recommend the Merry Berry 'Rita to those of you who like fruitier drinks. All staff was wearing masks and people were well spaced out.

Definitely the best Chili's we've ever been too! The food is quick, servers are attentive, and the manager is awesome! Definitely give their big QP burger a try, for the same price it's a lot better than that yellow clown that's down the street from them

Always sit at the bar and have the best experience because of the bartender Jorge. Literally drive like 45mins just to come to this location since he makes the drinks super good, has the bar clean and is so good with service and time. He always checks in on us to make sure we have everything we need.

After being targeted on IG with the triple dipper, we just had to give them a try one night. We were immediately greeted and sat at the high tops near the bar. It was perfect because there was a game they were showing that we were interested to watch. Our server came over and took our drink order, then another person came to drop them off. The server took a bit to come back for our order but did apologize for the wait. It wasn’t too bad of a wait but if you were hungry you would probably have noticed. When our order came out, the food was warm and they brought us extra ranch. I was a bit disappointed that the mozzarella cheese sticks weren’t as cheesy as the videos showed them to be. It did not extend as you bit into it. But they were still delicious. The tenders were perfectly crispy but tender on the inside. The sliders were our least favorite. It was good enough for our visit and considering its Chili’s.

Chilis is a no brainer! Not 45th and Lamar, but I’m a southie now so I’ll make do. We had the hamburger and chicken strips, the food was out in less than 5 minutes. Paired with a nice cold shiner it was a perfect evening. We even got to color a picture and donate to charity!

This is a fairly standard Chili's. The food is pretty good and the service is usually too. There is a dining area and a separate bar with a good amount of TV's. I usually recommend getting on a restaurant reward system for free stuff. That is no different here.

The food was really good and my kids enjoyed the food, so that's a plus. However, their customer service could have been better. Also, I need them to pour more sauce on the crispers. Their mashed potatoes are 🗑️, so I only recommend the fries.

Delicious foods and good service in general. (Update) A little disappointed today. I had the classic sirloin steak w/grilled avocado today. The steak was way too salty. After the manager came out to apologize and remake one, the steak tasted great but avocado looked very old. I hope they can control the quality of the food before sending the meal in the future.

One of my first serving jobs was at Chili's. Circa 1995. Always will have a place in my heart ❤️ The food is comforting and the drinks are fun! Can't get enough of the southwest chicken eggrolls and the presidente marg! Got a berry margarita of the month last time! On the sweet side...but that's what I was going for! My family and I dine here a lot whenever we have no other place to go. Not that it's a last option kind of case, but more of we try and do something new to change the week up a bit. When we do dine here, we are seated almost immediately as we usually go here before or after the lunch rush. Our drinks come out looking presentable and when I order the presidente margarita, it never fails to get a good kick out of me. The food is always nice to look forward to as well as the plates come out looking delicious and we are always excited to try something new. When we do try something new, this is our safe place to do so.

Came in as a party of four with my two children and husband. We were able to get a table quickly and serviced quickly by our server named Sway. He was very patient with our children and fast with their food. Food runners were really fast and the managers touch tables to check on service, which was great. My children food came out good nice and hot. My husband ordered a sirloin steak medium but it came out well other than that he enjoyed it. I have the pick 2 with Nashville style tenders and brisket quesadilla which were pretty good. It ended up coming with a side of mac & cheese. I did not like that. It was overcooked and mushy pasta. Besides that, we enjoyed ourselves and the food was OK. Service was great.

I stopped into this location after shopping on a holiday. It's not in a part of town I normally shop, so this location is new to me. I sat at the bar and was addressed quickly by the solo bartender.  She answered my questions about a couple of drinks, helping me make a decision.  My appetizer arrived quickly, along with my side order.  My food was fresh and hot. It was easy getting the bartender's attention to check out. In all, good experience, solid Chili's.

I had the tenders tonight. Unfortunately they were a little dry. But the bartender had a fresh batch made for me that was good. As usual the beer was nice and cold. Mac and cheese hit the spot.

Had the chicken bowl and kids had pizza. All was good, the quesadillas on the other hand were horrible at this location, super greasy. Usually they’re perfect at chili’s. Not sure what was going on here maybe need some training.

Definitely not like the 🌶️ s in Palestine Texas - now they have it going on. The waitress did not even get the order correct I wanted the ribeye with broccoli and mashed potatoes - simple easy peasy - Nope I received this charged ol sirloin which I personally do not prefer over a rib eye. And it took 45 minutes to be served our meal! I didn't complain while I was there due to the company I was with but had I not been with a guest I most definitely would have. Step it up guys - I know you can do better.

I went in for a few beers for happy hour. I don’t eat here regularly and don’t expect anything special. Tonight I opted to have the Classic Nachos. I’ve had them before and they’re usually pretty good. Tonight they were ALMOST as warm as the beer. The MOD walked by 11 times with my half eaten plate of nachos sitting right there and never once stopped to ask if there was a problem or to ask if I was okay. I paid my tab and as I was doing so he literally walked up behind the bar and asked a couple that was sitting a few seats away from me if everything was okay and literally turned around and walked out from behind the bar and back to the kitchen.

Called to make an order and after being on hold for 6 minutes it hung up on me. Then I walk in to make an order and they ignore me and walk past me 5 times no one spoke to me. Finally ordered Togo and the girl had walked off not telling me how long the wait was. Terrible service.

Server for the zone wasn’t very attentive. Other servers and team lead/supervisor check in with us more than our initial server. Team lead/Supervisor Lex was awesome! She constantly stopped by all the tables and provided small request of customers, made the night more tolerable. She was also on top of items/tables that needed attention and directed the workforce to stay on task when noticing the servers constantly congregating in the back. A++ for Lex

We had an interesting experience! Our server did the best she could on a Tueaday night. With that being said the manager was hiding in the back throughout the night. Only made an appearance after multiple tables complained. I simply asked how much longer it would be for a remake of a plain cheeseburger (I already knew the answer about 6-7 mins) he decided to belittle me and have an attitude when I explained what was going on. I know the restaurant industry and I did not want to make a big deal about it. He gave me an attitude and was not professional at all! I suggested that if his waitress was overwhelmed he should be out there helping out. He did not like that. Based off experience would not go back to this location. You are a manager if you know your servers are struggling HELP THEM OUT! Again our server did the best she could under the circumstances and we still tipped her well. I told her nothing was her fault and to keep smiling!

The staff was nice and my husband’s meal was good but the overall experience was not pleasant. The restaurant smelled like an old garbage can. The seats were ripped and my salad was gross. The chicken tasted like rubber and the salad was soggy.

Ur bar tender could use a bit more hospitality. Attitude is not for the job he chose. Furthermore drink requested is compatible for what I chose.i most likely will not return I'll choose Pluckers instead lol or any other for that matter. This location used to be decent but super disappointed with our recent visit. Beers were rimmed with tajin even though we were asked specifically and req. Salt. Didn't say anything. Then mozzarella sticks were ice cold, we were told it's because of the sauce toss. They came out cold twice. Management tried to correct it for us but overall the food was just lacking for something that takes little prep.

Food is not great! Best to go through a drive through instead. It’s been 5 hours since I ate there and my stomach is still hurting. I had the Cajun Alfredo. Pasta was mush and just didn’t taste good. I didn’t get the toast because it wasn’t ready from the cooks until it was already time to pay. My friend never got their sides again until we were already done eating. Won’t be going back. I stood at the order desk for approximately 4 minutes or so, the service came from the kitchen with her phone in her hand, she wasn't polite. I asked for a menu.for an order to go she handled me the menu and walked off, she didn't even ask me me anything came back the second time didn't ask if I needed more time or help with the menu. She walked off and came back stood at the register on her phone. When I started talking for her to take my order she wasn't attentive never look up so I told her never mind I want order with you and I walked and she said OK like it wasn't a big deal to her. Very disappointing and dissatisfied with Customer service. It's Monday October 16th, after 6:45 pm it wasn't busy.

I went two hours before closing time so take of this what you will. The place was a complete mess. Everywhere you looked the tables were full of trash and dirty dishes. I should have left immediately but it was late and not much else was open and my friend and I wanted some food. Well I thought maybe it was a staffing issue but on further observation there were plenty of employees standing around in the back. The service was terrible and the food was ok. I even watched a server go to a table and they tried to hand her the plates and she immediately turned around and walked away. I don't know what is going on here. Maybe this isn't normal and I caught them on a bad night but unfortunately I won't ever be going back to this location to find out. Someone please feel free to correct me if this is no longer the case.

Ordered half rib 2 honey and the Nashville crisper. Got only Nashville crisper and not the honey. Told the staff and staff gave me another Nashville and it was chicken fingers. We waited close to 45 min for the food. Went in with 4 friends and the staff ignored me 2 times for the water refill while my whole table hear me say yes please.

This restaurant always messes up our orders. The bartender is rude as hell. Won't listen to your correctly and completely mess it up. We ordered a strawberry lemonade with our 3 for me and the bartender said, "he never ordered it." We ordered a cookie skillet which the bartender claimed we didn't either when neither of these came out with our order. Our bacon burger was missing bacon and fries. Our salad was missing the dressing. The managers there doesn't believe anything the customer says about missing or incorrect items making us pay for what was missing which we felt was a bit ridiculous as we kept getting things missed. The bartender needed to stop and focus on one guest at a time instead of trying to handle everything when he was clearly weeded. This was the worst experience we've had not just at chilis but at any restaurant period.

We came in today with a large group, wasn’t that many people in the restaurant but they got a lot of things wrong at the table. Specifically I had ordered the triple dippers and asked for lemon pepper boneless wings, buffalo bone in and cheese sticks. When the order came out the boneless wings had no lemon pepper so the waiter was going to take the food from my table, back into the kitchen to toss the wings in the sauce. I told him that was a health code violation and to just bring me some new wings. IT LITERALLY TOOK THE ENTIRE MEAL FIR THEM TO BRING ME 8 LITTLE CHIENS NUGGETS! and there was some other sauce splattered on the paper. Just didn’t set well with me so I didn’t eat them. THEN THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR THEM! I’ll never go back to this location

Food was cold, meat was under cooked ceiling was leaking from 4 different areas from where we were eating. But our waiter was super nice! Most likely won’t go back and waste money.

So my former five-star review goes to one now that I've discovered their recommended tip amounts reflect the taxed rather than the non-taxed amount. Go ahead and rip off your customers, but you'll pay for it on social media.

Horrible experience. I’d never spend money with that chili’s again. I understand that it can very well be busy at times. But the whole purpose for placing an order online is so you don’t have to wait and absurd amount of time for your food. I waited and additional 40min and my food was cold. Then the manager didn’t even offer a solution. The guy had no remorse for the situation as a whole. He didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or anything. When I say I am extremely upset I am very upset. I’d probably never go there again ever. Had he at least apologized and offered to remake my food it wouldn’t been a different story. On top of that, when I paid for my food it was immediately taken out of my account but I have to wait 5-6 days for a refund? Yeah never again!

Worst service ever! Will never go back again. Took 2 hrs for dinner, even though we were seated and ordered immediately. There were only 4 other customers in the place, yet still couldn't get service. We were not given napkins or plates. We Sat next to 4 dirty tables the entire dinner. There are no bussers... The hostess was as friendly as a porcupine, and looked like she wanted to jump off a cliff. Least friendly experience we have ever had. NEVER GOING BACK!

I ordered the old timer and Swiss burger though door dash and when I received my order the burger was raw in the middle on one and both burgers had no taste. I would not recommend that place to anyone. I tried to get refund and 2 weeks later had to go to location to get refund and was talking to another manager and thay didn't know what was going on Again I wouldn't recommend this place

Horrible experience, and won’t be going back. It was pretty slow when my girlfriend and I went to get lunch there, but somehow this entire staff managed to get my entire order wrong, I ordered a watermelon lemonade, got a regular lemonade instead(I let it go cause it’s just a drink). The staff got the appetizers correct, but took forever to get them out, mind you, it’s not busy. Next, the food gets brought to our table, I ordered my steak medium well, and it was not only the wrong type(ribeye instead of sirloin), it was also overcooked, so we decided to bring it up to the manager who ASKED US how our meal was, and he told us WE WERE WRONG. So yeah, 1/5, 1/10, definitely wouldn’t go back. Terrible customer service, terrible management, terrible experience and definitely will not be going back to this location.

The service was horrible. Truly disappointed with our experience. Took 15 minutes to be talked to after being seated, never got a refill or a table check. Server was on his phone. We asked our server and few others for things we needed and were not helped. We talked to the manager who was kind, but the apology cookie we received to go was as stale as brick, not edible. After speaking to the manager our server started glaring at us. Really unhappy with our visit.

I'm visiting Austin from Louisiana, training with my job and I went to Chili's because I love the food and service that I always received in my home state of Louisiana. However, this Chili's in Austin had HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I entered into the facility and two Hostesses were at the front. One assisted the family in front of me, and the other one looked at me, rolled her eyes and proceeded to walk away. I stood in the restaurant for 5 to 7 minutes and no one spoke to me or offered to assist me, so I left. Very disappointed and it's a shame that GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NO LONGER A PRIORITY!!👎

Walked in, sat at bar for lunch. Waited 10 minutes and several staff saw me and just acted like I was invisible. Chilis has been my lunch spot for years, but the last few experiences have been abysmal. Hire better people. I work with a laptop and used to enjoy Chilis for the fact they had predictable food and power outlets at the bar area. Pretty sad watching things go downhill the last couple of years at many locations. This just took the cake tho.

Closes EARLY (10 PM). I suggest to everyone arrive at 21:45 , as in come in close to 22:00 and the service will speed up. The staff is complaining within earshot and you can hear the manager in the kitchen with a bad attitude about my order. The time on my Southern Smokehouse Burger from input to service should be approximately 16 minutes.... 17 minutes and waiting.... 18 minutes service... fries- cold.... Burger COLD.

I ordered the cajun chicken pasta to go. I arrived to pick it up 10 minutes after I placed the order, 5 minutes before they said it would be ready. I went inside and was surprised that it was ready. I took it and went to my car. I opened the container in my car and the pasta was cold like it was in the fridge and the chicken was room temperature. I didn't go back in to complain because why? For what? I will just heat it up when I get home. When I got home I opened the foil that the garlic toast was wrapped in and it was literally burnt black, on both sides... I then realized the portion of pasta was so small, like to feed a child. For 20 bucks... I definitely will not return there.... haven't ate there in years and figured I would give it a shot. Totally not worth it.

Heading from Dallas to San Antonio to visit and decided to make a stop at this chili's to have some late dinner with the family. Restaurant was pretty empty yet service was very slow, eventually waiter came and got our drink and food order. Halfway through our appetizer we see a roach crawling on the wall right up against our booth table. We quickly got up and told the waiter about it, who didn't really seem to care and told us to wait to sit us at another table even though there was plenty of other tables available. They just left the roach keep crawling around the table. Wasn't expecting to get free food for what we had eaten but an apology from the workers or manager to say sorry or acknowledge the fact that we had seen a roach in their restaurant would of been nice. We showed the waiter the roach and him and anither waitress saw it but just left it alone to keep crawling around and didnt really care that we said something about it. First and last time we will ever be at that restaurant. Anyone else that goes just keep a lookout might have a roach pop up on your table.

Got sat no one approached our table manager standing in the back no doing anything they need real leadership! Not just someone collecting a check.

I recently visited Chili’s and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, there was no one at the front to greet us, and we had to wait before being acknowledged. After being seated, our server forgot to bring our drinks and also forgot our appetizers. We had to remind her multiple times. To make matters worse, when we were ready to leave, it took more than 15 minutes just to receive a to-go box. Overall, the service was very slow and inattentive, which made the visit frustrating. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the customer experience.

Literally disgusting, had 2 red hairs on my burger sliders & nothing was done to resolve it other than a “sorry these are things that happen with restaurants.” Such a laugh in the face. Do not recommend at all, save your time and money and day.

Worst chilis in Austin. I typically avoid coming here because the service is always terrible however, I was meeting up with some friends that chose this location. I ordered the triple dipper for my meal and asked for the big mouth bites WITHOUT bacon but of course there was bacon on them. When I sent them back, the manager working that night he said that they switched my order with someone’s else’s. I took off the bun and immediately saw remnants of bacon, so I know they just picked them off. I called the manager over and informed him, and he started stuttering saying “I watched them take these fresh off the grill” he clearly was lying in my face. The fact that the “fresh burgers” were the same luke warm temp as the rest of the items on the triple dipper and the remnants of bacon proved he was lying. He didn’t offer an apology and just kept restating that he saw them make new burgers. Our server on the other hand was great and very apologetic. They removed the charge for the triple dipper which was nice but I would have preferred him to just be honest. And thank God I’m not allergic to bacon. I wish I would have gotten his name but this happened on 11/7 around 7:30pm. He’s a terrible example of a manager.

The food and service were terrible. I waited over 10 minutes to be seated, and no one even acknowledged me. I ordered the mini burgers, but they brought me a full-sized burger instead, and the meat quality was very poor. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this place.

If I could, I’d give zero stars. I was seated at a table that hadn’t been properly cleaned—there were crumbs and sticky residue left from a spilled soda. I ordered the sliders, and one of the buns looked like it had already been bitten. Completely unacceptable.

I stopped in to have dinner tonight. Just myself. I waited 45 minutes for one burger. The service and the food here is horrible. The Managers seem like they don't even care when you try to tell them about your experience. Ridiculous!!!

Chili's on I 35 review. We ordered ribs, wings, fries, mac n chez and corn on the cob. When I tell you the ribs were so hard, dried up and burnt on the outside we could not eat them. Slathered with barbeque sauce but nothing could make them edible. The wings had no flavor, skin was disgustingly soft and chewy in a gross way. Gagging thinking about the singular one I ate. The corn on the cob arrived dried up and burnt. Worst meal ever!

If I could give 0 star. I placed my order for 9:15pm pickup. I get there an ended up not receiving it till 9:43pm. I get all the way home an not only is the food cold(after she said it wasn’t ready), it looked 🤮. The cookie is hard an old. Like why is the meat looking like this? Kirk(manger) was truly a jerk, & rude, due to me saying noodles instead of pasta 🤦‍♀️ I’m irritated rt now. It’s 10:00pm and everything has closed. The man has no Empathy what so ever. He say we’re closed. Ok what are you going to do for me? This was my dinner. Well if you drive back I’ll refund you. WTH 🤦‍♀️ that’s all. It’s a 15 min drive. Ok I’m done with you. Some Humans. Now when you & the worker who chose to mess me over, receive karma(you will) Remb next time to treat customers as you would want to be treated.

This place had horrible service which I do not understand, because they were slow. (Not many people) The food wasn't great there. They under cook the burgers. My husband's mushroom Swiss burger was still raw on some of it. My was pink too but not like my husband's. The server didn't take care of us. He never came back to see if we needed anything. My husband went his whole meal without a drink, because the server never brought one back like he said he would. I shared my drink with my husband so he would have something. Whenever we asked the hostess for a manager to tell them about our experience and the food; she told the server to come over instead. This was such a bad experience. For the price I expect better food and service. Definitely will not be going back there. I don't recommend this location.
