Great service and my sandwiches were delicious
Great service! I came in on a busy week night, there were only 2 people behind the counter but we got through pretty fast. They added a lot of meat - I thought they heard me wrong and did double meat but they charged like a normal sandwich. The workers were polite and quick, great experience.
Staff are very polite , nice and attentive to customer. Always providing service with a smile. Food preparation area is kept super clean at all times and all veggies are fresh as well. Best Subway location

Ordered Philly steak and added couple extra toppings through app. After couple bites I barely found some pieces of protein in my sub. I don’t think they fallow corporate guidelines for potions.

First of all, there was a homeless guy sitting inside the store and tried to talk to me. He asked me for money. Good that the somebody stopped him. Secondly, I saw this coupon when I picked up mail so I just used it at the store. The store staff was upset about it when I said I have a coupon. She refused to ask me “toasted or not toasted” and refused to ask me if there is something I’d like or not like in the sandwich. This is 1st time to experience Subway staff not asking at all. So I checked with her to see if she is making my sandwich and I told her I don’t want jalapeños, but she did not care. She said whatever is in the sandwich is in there and I cannot choose anything. I was so surprised about their attitude. Third, their payment machine is a fraud. I normally tip in a restaurant even if it is just for pick up order. However, because of my experience, I felt a bit uncomfortable. But their payment machine would not let me proceed to payment if I don’t add a tip. When I asked, the staff lady just pressed a tip for me and pretended nothing happened. I was so shocked and I asked her “did you select a tip for yourself?” and she denied it. When I showed her the receipt, she got angry and threw the dollars back at me. I felt so insulted by the whole experience. I go to different Subway stores often. This is by far the worst experience I have had.

Today I placed an order for the foot long Sub. I mentioned in the instructions that cut into 2 pieces and pack it separately, they didn’t do it. I ask them to add extra sauce into it, they didn’t add it. I ask them to add salt, pepper and subkrinch, they didn’t added it. Very disgusting.

As soon as I walked into subway to pick up the mobile order I had placed 20 minutes prior, I had gotten there at 12:30am ish. Which I had to wait another 10 minutes. I saw two workers, one male standing on the left on his phone. The other worker, female doing all of the work, and mobile orders. My mother had told her to take her time knowing she was busy, because our order that was placed hadn’t been started yet. The female worker asked for some help, because it was getting busy. He rolled his eyes, DIDNT WASH HIS HANDS, and just put the gloves on to start our order. Since our order hadn’t been started, we asked for one sandwich for the bread to be toasted. Mind you I placed the order online and nowhere DOES IT SAY ASKING FOR TOASTED COSTS MORE. Which I initially did get regular, but upon getting there before my order being started, we asked if we could toast one of the sandwiches. They told us it would cost extra. Why would putting bread in the oven cost extra money?? It only takes 10 seconds. How can you charge for something that’s free. Note: the guy didn’t seem like he was thrilled to work. It’s like he works late nights KNOWING ITS NOT BUSY- so that he can just be on his phone. Furthermore, online any sort of toppings or sauce in a way such as mayo and things like that DONT cost more even if you ask for more. As seen in the photos below due to me wanting to check for the whole the bread getting toasted being extra money deal. Also, When I was in subway. They had 2 trays of Artisan Italian bread. When I went to see online, it said they were sold out also as seen in the photos below. So what? Did they put that on the subway app so they wouldn’t keep getting online orders? I also felt like I was being discriminated against because of the way they were talking to me and treating me.

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The staff was extremely rude when I simply asked for a little mustard and chipotle sauce. Instead of accommodating a small request, they outright denied it with a bad attitude. Customer service should be about making people feel welcome, not turning them away over something so minor. Definitely not coming back here again!
Very rude employees, we ordered online but didn't press on toasted by mistake, so we asked to get it toasted but they rudely told us that would be extra charge and they won't accommodate. I showed them that on the app it doesn't charge extra, but they won't budge! Then comes the part where they make the sandwich - they happily missed a couple ingredients that I had added on the app order AND they put sauce first before the veggies...???? Never seen that happen in any other branch! Would NOT RECOMMEND this branch, go anywhere else!!
I don’t usually leave reviews but I have to say… I had called Subway in regards to an order I placed online. The Indian woman on the phone was incredibly rude throughout the whole conversation and did not want to provide any help to me. She hung up on me and decided not to answer my calls moving forward. This employee needs to be trained on how to handle customer conflict better.
Dear Subway Team, I had a very disappointing experience at one of your locations late last night. I went in to order my usual tuna protein bowl, which I’ve been enjoying at Subway for a long time. I asked the staff to heat up the tuna in the oven — something I’ve always been able to do in the past — but they reacted unprofessionally, making faces and showing irritation instead of helping. Additionally, the vegetables at the store did not appear fresh, and the overall quality of the food was far below what I’ve come to expect from Subway. If I’m paying full price for a meal, I expect to receive the quality and preparation standards that Subway advertises in its menus and commercials. I strongly urge Subway to ensure that all franchise locations are following the brand’s service and product guidelines consistently. Experiences like this make loyal customers feel disrespected and disappointed. Please look into this issue and take appropriate action so future customers don’t face the same experience. I go occasionally to that place. However, I start having stomach cramps every time I eat there. Not sure what they have done. But I have never notice that. The crew are nice and helpful but the food was not clean for my stomach. I had strong pain and abnormal bowel movement. Since the last four times I order. From each purchase couple of weeks. I hope you guys can fix that because I wont risk my health again. Until we see something serious
I wanted the 6.99 meal of the day. The drink fountain was out of order and was told to grab a bottled drink. Little did I know this made it not the meal of the day and I was charged more. When I asked before paying was told it was just tax that made it that price. Took till getting the receipt to find out why and when I asked about it. I got a lot of anger sent in my direction. I specifically said meal of the day when they first talked to me. If the store can't provide it they should tell me immediately and not be misleading

My husband, two friends, and I visited after an event for a late-night dinner. There were two employees working a male and a female both of whom appeared disinterested and unresponsive to basic questions. When it was my turn to order, I mentioned my choice of bread, but the male employee placed a different one on the counter. I politely clarified that there might have been a misunderstanding and asked if it could be changed. Instead of resolving the issue calmly, he argued that I had said the other type, spoke rudely, and became visibly irritated. When I again requested politely to correct the bread if possible, he refused, continued muttering, and questioned why I “wasn’t clear the first time.” His tone and body language were aggressive and unprofessional. I told him that if he didn’t wish to prepare my order, that was fine. He abruptly said, “Okay, I won’t make anything for you,” and threw the food he was preparing into the bin in anger. I didn’t engage further and went to sit with my husband and friends, who had already ordered and paid. A few minutes later, he approached me again and told me to leave the store, saying that since I hadn’t ordered, I couldn’t sit there. My husband explained that we had paid customers at the table and that I was simply sitting with them. The situation became even more uncomfortable when the employee, who was on a phone call, began recording and taking pictures of me without my consent. I felt extremely uncomfortable, unsafe, and disrespected. As someone who works in a professional environment, I understand that misunderstandings can happen in customer service but this behaviour went far beyond that. It was hostile, unethical, and completely inappropriate for a staff member representing a global food brand. No customer, especially a woman, should have to go through this type of experience in a public place. I’ve already raised a formal complaint with Subway’s customer support team and hope that appropriate action is taken. This incident genuinely needs attention. This store also has several similar reviews highlighting unprofessional staff behaviour, which suggests a recurring issue that corporate Subway needs to address seriously.

We went and ordered 3 sandwiches online, missed to put toasted and they refused to toast the bread saying it’s charged “extra” on the app. Lying to us! They fought tooth and nails to not prepare the order as asked and didn’t put any ingredients we wanted. Really pathetic service, lying employees and cheap half hearted employees doing their jobs in the most terrible fashion. And then I watched them put the order exactly as it is in the receipt, as they refused to alter anything, but happily missing couple of ingredients such as pickles and olives which I had to remind them to add. On top of it, they add barely any sauces listed. Do not recommend this branch to anyone, manager is pathetic, employees are worse.
