Excellent service and great food! Really enjoyed the jalapeño burger and sweet potato fries. The asparagus sticks were delightful! Really great service even through they were busy!

I had lunch with my mom here today. This was my first time coming here. All I can say is the service was awesome and the food was delicious. Since it was a beautiful day we sat outside on the patio which was nice. I would highly recommend El Dorado Saloon & Grill.

awesome staff! i came in early on a week day to have a beer and lunch to find out their posted hours were wrong. they let me have a beer on the patio and wait while they got things opened. i met Ron the owner and had a nice conversation with him, such a nice genuine guy. i recommend this place highly.

It looks like happy hour isnt a thing for there food anymore .Great service. Probably the only bar I know where you can get a QUICK bite to eat. Very fast and very good. Worth the visit. Try it out!!

Every time we eat at El Dorado Saloon and grill we have a wonderful experience. We had a half order of chicken nachos and we shared the jalapeño burger. Simply delicious food and great customer service.

I recently visited El Dorado Saloon and Grill and I must say that my experience was quite good. The bar itself was exceptionally good. It had a great ambiance and was very clean and well-maintained. The service at the bar was exceptional. The staff was very attentive and friendly, and they made sure that I had everything I needed. They were quick to take my order and my drinks arrived promptly. They also checked on me regularly to make sure that everything was to my liking. Finally, the food( I only tried appetizers) at the bar was really good. Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit to this bar and would definitely recommend it to others.

I have been here many times for lunch and a few times for dinner and always have a good time. The food is always good and the staff are fantastic. Great personalities are appreciated. We went for a drink last night and stepped into a great party. The Superbad band was there performing. The other patrons acted like we were all long lost friends. And again, the staff was fantastic

Great food, staff, and location. They offer a wide variety of food so it's a good spot to go with a group of people. There literally should be something for everyone. Portion sizes are good and the prices are completely reasonable for the quality of food that you get. Daily they have someone come in early to smoke the meats that they serve throughout the day, none of that buy and reheat stuff you get from a lot of the chains. The staff is amazing. They remember you from previous visits, are friendly and fun, and are on top of keeping your drinks filled and fulfilling any requests you have. Really, the service here is exceptional. For the people concerned with Covid, they all wear masks, keep seating spread apart, have sanitizing stations throughout, and offer a large outdoor seating area for added protection. I know some people are very concerned with this and don't eat out much as a result, but this is definitely a space you could go and feel comfortable in. I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone. Make sure to check them out!

We sat outside..great the spring night we were there!! Food very nice, ample portions and interesting choices. Friends had adult beverages, mixed feelings on some of the speciality drinks.. I was driving so I did water..got plenty!! Will go again with a date and not in a group. They did manage separate checks for the group..!!!

This is a delightful place. We spoke to a number of servers since we were by the door and having a great time. The food came out perfectly. We had potato skins and a quesadilla both were excellent. The folks that had mixed drinks said they were perfect and ordered another. It was hard to decide what to order since the menu had so many good things. 5/10/2025 visited again. Same delightful staff. I had a terrific Cobb salad. Service for our group of almost 20 was impeccable. Every need was met, and staff always had smiles.

Hadn't been in the El Dorado Saloon in a few years. The staff was cordial and inviting. We sat at a high top bar parallel to the main bar. Lots of tv's and most of them on different sports channels. Our server was actually the bar tender. Kudos to him with a full bar and full side bar. Also want to thank the other stuff for answering questions and taking our food order. We had the Buffalo wings and mini taquito's. Both were on point and tasty. Prices are on par with a pub like this, not like some of the newer pubs where they think they can charge bay area prices. Those places won't last long! I also liked the age differential in clientele. Looked like lots of regulars around the bar and in adjacent seating. This is a comfortable place to eat drink and shoot the breeze with family and friends!

The margaritas, chicken Caesar salad, chips, and guacamole were all incredible—I was really impressed. I honestly couldn’t stop thinking about how good the food was, which doesn’t happen to me very often. I originally went there for the line dancing, which was a lot of fun, and I wasn’t expecting the food to be as amazing as it was. It was pretty busy, so the service was a little slow, but overall it was a great experience. I’d definitely go back and would absolutely recommend it to others!

We stopped here after roller skating to celebrate our friends Birthday. Our waiter Zack was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond for us. He was just so sweet, he happened to be walking by when we were holding our drinks up to say Happy Birthday and when we were done he came up and said, did I hear that it was someone’s Birthday? We all said yes, so he said well Happy Birthday and offered my friend a Birthday dessert! He noticed that it was getting a little chilly so he offered to bring over as heater for us too! When we left the restaurant we were stopped at the stop light and we just looked over and saw our waiter Zack standing on the corner waiving us down, he said someone in your group forgot his credit card. Sure enough, our frien Darrin forgot to get his card, Zack ran it over to our car! We had such a fun night but Zack made it so much better! We all couldn’t stop talking about what a great waiter he is! It was our first time there and because of Zack, we can’t wait to go back again!

Indoors is a bit crowded for me and I’ve been here several times so it seems like many others like it too! Live music on the weekends and they had some line dancing event on the Wednesday night I was there. Lots of fun!!! Highly recommend a visit!

Took my mom here for her birthday last Sunday. The waiter Zach was a pro. My mom tends to find something she's not happy with at dinner and he handled it with class. I got the Chicken Club and I was happy with it, garlic fries were really good and garlicky. Atmosphere was fine, its football season and its a bar so you have to expect yelling and all that stuff. My entire party was happy with their food and drinks were filled promptly. Would definitely go again and sit on the patio in better weather. Really enjoyed it and would recommend.

Great street tacos and beer on Tuesdays. Fun place, friendly staff, cold beer. The Chili is great and the salads are huge. I love how the menu has frequent changes, but those street tacos are always a good choice on Tuesdays.. The patio gets a bit of traffic noise but it's a great place now that the weather has turned nice.

We chose to come to El Dorado Saloon for the first time ever, on New Years Eve. Our service was excellent from the second we walked in at the hostess desk. We were greeted and quickly seated despite a full house. The atmosphere was fun and lively. Our server, Kristina was awesome, great service, super friendly, and very personable. Our food was delicious and arrived fast. We ordered the Prime Rib Dinner Special, so good! ...the chimichurri sauce that came with... wow. We will definitely be back! 👌

Solid food, with a large menu. When you include the now merged pizza place, both the menu and beer selection improved. Nice patio, tough is right on the street basically. So a little loud. Good choice.

I went on a Friday night & it was packed! The band was fantastic! A lot of people were dancing. There was at lease 4 lines to the bar (super crowded, most of the lines were a mix of people from the patio & squished inside bar patrons). I gave it 4 stars because they should've had at least one more bartender +/or barback. A Server on the deck would be cool too - actually, a portable bar with the basics out on the deck would be fantastic. The crowd would disburse more. Seriously - the band was fantastic!

The food was good but a little pricey. Drinks were good too. I tried the Mac n Cheese burger which was ok but a little dry. The rum runner drinks were great but weren't very strong. Awesome staff and a great atmosphere. I would go again and try something else.

Great food, great service, kind people, but I felt like a rabbit with ALL the lettuce on my salad. I think it's a little to much, they need to increase the vegetables and decrease the amount of lettuce and offer more the 1 container, a very sml container at that of salad dressing. Other then that I'd return and suggest that you eat there

Great food and a good beverage selection. The patio is nice! Happy hour portions were bigger than expected so that's nice! We might have ordered to much. Only minus was they charged $2.50 for a glass of plain soda water.

We love this Restaurant and eat there approximately twice a month. The people who work there are very friendly, the food & the service are great and the atmosphere is fun, pleasant & relaxing! The only reason I took off a star is because even though my bloody Mary was really tasty, the bacon was very under cooked which bothers me when it comes to pork... I asked for it to be crispy & was told they precooked it so it probably wasn't a possibility. Part of the fat on it was still white/raw. They definitely need to cook their bacon better & if their customer requests it to be crispy, they should be able to accommodate them! Other than that, it's one of our favorites!

Great setting. The large outdoor deck is perfect for brunch on the weekend or dinner in the shade during the summer. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Bar is great for a friendly evening with friends you haven't met yet. Only down side is the pricing is a little steep for what you get. The food is good and all but $13+ for a small tri-tip sandwich or a burger? Wish Sauc'd was still there for a change of pace, or date night. Overall good experience and happy to have a cool local bar.

Service and the lunchtime food was very good. The only disappointment for the atmosphere was the girls El Dorado soccer wildness, while the moms were more interested in their drinks than what was going on. That said, we will come back.

Things are definitely better since the new owners took over a few years ago! Food is good, but I am not a fan of their pizza .... very thin and crunchy crust is not my thing. And we wish they would rotate their beer taps occasionally and get some local craft beers on the drink menu. We love coming with our dog and sitting out on the pretty patio, it can get a bit noisy out there with the heavily congested road right next to it, but it’s still nice on good weather days. We always have food service too which is a plus.

The food was delicious. It was very nice to sit at a table and have a meal. I was Leary at first because of the virus,but they had the tables distanced properly. Also big fans and hand sanitizer at every table. The waitress we had was very friendly. It was a very welcoming environment. I would go again.

We went for breakfast a few weeks back and although I love the ambience and being able to relax on their great patio, breakfast was not a winner. I don't go often for breakfast so when I do it has to be amazing, so obviously I won't be back for that. BUT! in a spur of the moment decision we decided to go for dinner last week, craving a hamburger, and I was very impressed! Seated on the patio again, which was so wonderfully surprisingly cool after a 100+ degree day, with the shade & misters, we had our 3 crazy littles entertaining everyone outside, fascinated by the big smoker BBQ outside and enjoying the excellent service of the waiter. Our drinks were made perfectly, the whole staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was truly great! I was so impressed by the buttery light and perfectly cooked calamari, my burger was done to well done (I ordered rare/medium rare) but it was flavorful and juicy just the same! I told the staff and he was super apologetic but I insisted that it tasted amazing so although I would have preferred and likely enjoyed a pink burger even more, I was very happy with it! I had a great house salad too! Overall just a nice place near the house to stop for a relaxing family-friendly lunch or dinner. I do have to say their menu isn't very large, which is a good thing really, but if you're craving much more than a salad, burger, sandwich or simple dinner dish this isn't quite the place.

The food was good and the waitress and the assistance that she had was nice too. We ate outside. The traffic noise is pretty bad. Everybody thinks they have to hot rod up the hill going eastbound. Not very pleasant outside to eat. The beer prices are competitive.

A nice little place with live music. The mozzarella sticks are delicious! Not a big fan of Gucomole. Their burgers are delicious. Please stay away from garlic fries, they are soggy and come with garlic topping on the top. Opt for the onion rings or sweet potato fries. The staff is pleasant and very attentive! Wish they had saloon attire or costumes! Try to sit on the patio if the weather is nice!

Food was ok but the menu we saw online was no longer there. More limited options. After we asked our server to give us a few minutes to decide our drink order we didnt see him again for 15 minutes (not that busy). We ordered 2 drinks, an appetizer (which we asked to have before our meal), and 2 entrees. We recieved our entrees 15 minutes later but didnt get the appetizer until we were almost done. Server is kinda not there, seems like they have a tag team system of service. Probably a great place to go and watch the game on sunday

Took a very long time to get our order taken. Was finally assisted by several people and wasn't sure who our server was. Tacos were delish! I would come again for the food and sit at the bar for hopefully better service. Came for happy hour and check was twice what we expected.

The food is average here, I was surprised on how limited the selection was for BBQ items. I ended up getting the ribs, it was decent, nothing to write home about. The atmosphere was also uncomfortable seems like the restaurant caters to a selected demographics. I won't be returning but I'm sure some would like this place.

Was extremely disappointed. We really wanted to love this local restaurant . The food was bland to say the best. Started with the worst salsa I’ve ever had. Store bought salsa has not flavor and texture than the watered down tomato juice we were served. Hoped the drinks would e better but ended up not even taking more than a sip of the watered down disappointment. Dinner was burgers and tacos. Again something no flavor. We will not be back.

Good cocktails, good apps. Happy hour "deals" aren't so happy, a buck off a few things. Made me appreciate some of the other local places with $5,$6&$7deals. Deep fried asparagus was awesome, the untrimmed woody thick ends weren't so good, but added to the visual I guess(?).

Atmosphere was great service was good but food was plain. The Bloody Mary had little. flavor and we sent it back. On up note the Rum Runner was on point. Definitely worth a visit in a hot day on the patio with a rum runner but don't go for the food.

Nice place, need to do a sound check before the band played. Drinks are good and reasonably priced. Issues are with the male bathroom. Two doors one for number 1 and one for number 2, but both can only fit one person at a time.

Went there for taco Tues and was super disappointed by service! Tri tip tacos were really good too. No one came and checked on me after first tacos came out, and after about 30 min I hade to find someone to get me help. The place wasn't even busy.

Mediocre food coupled with shockingly slow service makes me think this place should drop the grill in their name and stick to just being a bar. The wife ordered a Rueben which was admittedly pretty good. I got the ribs and chicken plate which featured a mini chicken leg and thigh, some overcooked, beef jerky like ribs, and undercooked fries. Seriously I’ve had better food from a school cafeteria. Come for the drinks...don’t get any food.

I really want this place to make it but it hasn't been consistent. The rum runners are always great & a few weeks ago we had tacos on taco Tuesday, which were surprisingly good since they were so busy. But today we had the tacos and they were honestly the worst tacos we've ever had, the shells tasted old & not the same as before, we didn't even finish them. A friend also mentioned her service was bad over the weekend. Disappointed because its in our neighborhood & we'd love to have a place to go close by.

Nice patio with lots of shade, however it is right next to a very busy road and it can be quite loud! Also flies are an issue outside. The food is decent but nothing special, and prices have gone way up recently!

Poor service. I wrote"Service Lacking" on the top of my receipt. We had to ask for plates, napkins, silverware, to clear empty dishes and for drinks throughout our entire lunch. Waitress was inattentive. My Trip Tip sandwich was just okay; the meat had lots of grizzle making it unpleasantly chewy and it barely had any BBQ sauce, making it dry in addition to chewy. The House Garden Salad was good and the outdoor seating was comfortable. So my experience there was disappointing and doesn't warrant going back.

Have been going to this place for many years and last went in May for my birthday. Normally the burgers and tater tots are very good. The burger th was very dry this time and the meat like sawdust. I asked for mayo to help it along and never got it. The waiter was very unfriendly and gave terrible service. The tater tots were fine and the same. Later on I got very sick with food poisoning. I've noticed in the past several years many of the restaurants in the area were serving this strange meat. It was depressing to say the very least. The music can be way too loud inside so always enjoyed the outdoor tables. My son said his tacoes were OK.

My husband order bowl chilie. It not fresh, it was dried out on the top. Tasted really bad.

52 minutes from sit down to food. You will have to consistently ask for coffee refills. Ask for your check at time of food delivery. Save yourself time and frustration. Not busy, lots of empty tables..inside and out. One Male server and a couple of young women. They tried to give our food to several tables. Just not ours. Go to Dennys. Go to Mel's. Go thru a drive-thru. Just dont go here, pretty sure your time and patience are worth more.

Disappointing Experience for Watching Sports We chose El Dorado Saloon based on reviews that described it as a great spot to watch sports, especially football. We went specifically for the start of the 2025 NFL season to catch the defending champs. Unfortunately, it was anything but enjoyable. The larger section of the bar—where the main TVs are—was closed for a private event, leaving us in the smaller side. Once the game started, they never turned up the audio. Instead, we had to sit through complaints from a handful of older patrons who insisted the sound was too loud, while the real noise came from everyone having to talk over each other. Not exactly the environment for watching football. The service itself was solid, and the food was standard bar fare—not bad, but nothing that elevated the experience. Still, none of that made up for the fact that this was not a place to actually enjoy a game. Bottom line: if you’re looking for a spot to watch NFL football, this isn’t it. We won’t be back.

We were so excited about this sign 🪧 “SMOKED BBQ” and so disappointed when the food came. I ordered a baby ribs sweet and spicy, and it was a big mistake, it was just a buffalo sauce ribs, not even the meet was good. My boyfriend ordered a hamburger and it was ok, without smoked flavor. The waitress was super nice but she didn’t asked why I left all my food on the plate, at the end bar costumer service too.

I would not give this place any stars. Went there last night to see a local band. Waited for five minutes for a server to come to table, but several just passed by without acknowledging us. I then decided to go up to bar to order. There were three bartenders behind the bar. Two quickly turned their back and one refilled another customer's wine before reluctantly taking my order. There was wait staff, but they seem to be very selective as to whom they served. The only time someone came to our table was to clear our half drank drinks while we were dancing. Paid tab and we left. Their tip reflected the amount of service.

Just walked out of Saloon very unhappy with the service. We immediately were seated at a table on the deck area. Waited 15 minutes for waitress to visit our table to offer drinks or water and take our order. She never showed even though we could see waitresses standing and visiting with each other and customers. Finally walked out and went to Cascada where we got excellent service.

Waitress was extremely slow, telling us she is busy with soon. 4 people were extremely loud and obnoxious. We walked out. 20 minutes and no wait there just to eat thrre

The worst breakfast ever. The house potatoes are tatertots. I asked for a breakfast burrito with sausage, and it came with no sausage. Our utensils finally showed up when our food got cold.

This place could really be good but the company at the bar was hostile. I was there with about 10 friends and while I ordered a drink at the bar, some guy wanted to fight. The bar did nothing and let him sit there. Maybe he was a local who spends money every day. I would like to say I went back to my friends and forgot all about him but I'm writing this review arent I so I am still thinking about the fact the bar enabled this guy's behavior. I probably wont be back and I'm a local.

Food was good but watch your bill! I ordered a burritto bowl and was charged 1.50 for "wet" and another .50 for "dressing on the side" I didn't realize a burritto bowl cost extra to have dressing/sauce. My friends bill had the same thing. Nothing like nicle and dining you! Shame on you.

We were pulled in by the sign that said Smoked BBQ because we're from Texas. I'll just say that this is NOT a BBQ place. Please take down the sign, which is basically false advertising, because it was a huge let down.

I stopped by the El Dorado Saloon with my brother-in-law on the way back from Bass Pro. Neither one of us have ever been here and we were excited to try it. We did not know the process, so we went into the first bar we saw and ordered a couple of beers then went outside on the patio. Finished our first two beers and went in for two more. At that point we were wondering how to order food. We were told we had to check in at the second entrance. No problem, we did that, got menus and silverware, and sat back down on the patio. And that is where the issue started. At that point we never had a server come over to take our order. We even asked about it, and they said they would send someone over. That did not happen. We figured having silverware and menus on the table in front of us would be a clue that we wanted to order food. We sat for at least an hour and saw others come in, get their order taken, and food served. Finally, frustrated with the situation, we left. We liked what we saw on the menu and want to try again in the future but hope to get some service next time.
