Love this place. I worked for them 25 years ago. The only difference between then and now is that they don't have the classic 5 for $5.00 anymore. Those were the days. My favorite is the roast beef and cheader.😋 Do your self a favor stop by.

This was my first ever visit to a Arby's. I wanted to try their fish sandwich because it had received favorable reviews on some website where they list favorite sandwiches 1to10 or thereabouts and this came in at number 1. Anyhow I didn't like it, actually a fish sandwich is probably better at Long John silvers. Restaurant looked nice from the outside and the inside looked rather inviting. The parking lot is very small and I'm sure accidents happen regularly.

The place is pretty clean. It is a quiet place with good background music. Personnel understands and speaks Spanish and English. The meals are a little expensive for my budget, considering the size of the sandwiches. Although the food has a great test.

The double meat gyro is excellent. Could use some more cucumber sauce. The roast beef and Cheddar was decent. The fish sandwich was delicious after adding some more cheese and tatar sauce. Overall it was a good choice for dinner

The food was tasty and seemed fresh but the presentation /preparation could have been better. Eatting it was very messy. I ordered a PLAIN , double meat regular Arby sandwich and for some reason it had sauce and cheese on it. So kinda wondering if I got a cancelled sandwich or they just made it wrong. The meat was just randomly slopped in there and half hanging out and the added red sauce (not sure what it was) and cheese sauce is what made the sandwich extra messy. The Hi C drink I picked also was very watered down, so probably out of syrup mix, otherwise it was just bad. Even though the food was not presented in best manner, the service was pleasant and with a smile.

I went through the drive thru to get lunch... waited for 15 minutes... it wasn't even packed... on the upside, the food was good as always... I love the curly fries and of course the roast beef never disappoints... I would of given five stars but the lack of service is disappointing for a franchise... please do better... a life long customer i won't let this make me stop coming... on a side note you should always include the horesy sauce...

Decided to come on 7/16/22 to get a quick bite to eat and the strawberry lemonade was super good as well! Also lobby was really clean and the employees were really friendly with great customer service :) except for the manager? if you consider her a manager she was pretty rude and didn’t greet us when we picked up the food and instead walked away just overall a rude person she should learn how to be nice and have great customer service for her to be a manager, even the employees do a better job than her! I couldn’t get the name but she’s very young looks like she would still be in school. Overall a great experience would go back but with a different manager.

Arby’s what the heck?? Why are you serving this to customers? I’m paying money FOR the chicken! Come on yall, this is just wrong. I’m only giving stars for the service because the lady who took care of my order was polite.

Food was alright milkshakes not bad the service was a little slow I had 2tell them 2 make my milkshake they forgot in my order . atmosphere not crowded but fair over all not bad.

The manager was rude when I asked about my military discount she was no we don't give military discount on sale items very rudly since I ordered the 5 for $13.99. I didn't know it was a discounted item. I'll never go to that Arby's again. The one on Montana St. In El Paso TX never has denied my military discount and have never been rude if I decided to go to Arby's again it will have to be that one but that's 18 miles away so I only go when I'm in the area

The food was cold ! the fries were half of what we ordered. The amount of Arby’s sauce and ketchup pouches put in our bags was ridiculous ! But no napkins !

Every time I go to this Arby's I end up waiting a long time to get my order in the DT; you have to pull over to park then they forget the toppings or half of your order. They change toppings like the type of lettuce and skimp on the tomatoes, onions or cheese. I always get the turkey bacon sandwich at Arby's and when I go to this location its never the same. It's happened more than once at this location so I try to avoid if possible.

Bought 2 classic RB sandwiches and curly fries...no condiments ( no Arby's sauce or ketchup). Very poor purchase over $16.00 dollars... Never again

Although this post is basically about the latest visit, I am also basing it on the last 4-5 times. I normally give a place several chances if there is a concern I have. I used to always enjoy Arby’s, but it seems like there has been a change in the past 3 months or so. Orders have often been incorrect, food has been inconsistent, customer service has been lacking, etc. This past order was just a kid’s meal… but practically all of it was thrown away, unfortunately. The roast beef had a strange taste (even with the Arby’s sauce) and the cold curly fries were inedible… did not taste fresh, but seemed as though had been sitting out for a long time and were rather hard. The drink was ok, however. I do hope that things can be worked out, and all will return as it used to be.

They gave me the wrong food. It was terrible. I could not eat it. I'm not returning to the Mesa location again.

My mom requested arbys for mothers day. It was cold. Bread was stale. Fries were inedible. Happy mothers day to us :(

Came through the drive thru to order some food after a busy day. All I received was dry buns and a lot of attitude. The employees who work here obviously hate Arby’s and whoever they work for. They seemed dead set on making the worst impression possible on their customers. I felt like I was bothering them by ordering my food! To top it off the buns on the sandwich were so dry and old. I will never return to this location or another Arby’s again. I look forward to seeing this precious commercial real estate property redeveloped into another business. Two thumbs down. 👎🏻 👎🏻

This place isn’t cheap by any means so I’d expect my fries to be hot not lukewarm, my lemonade not to be watered down and my smokehouse brisket sandwich to not look and taste like slop. I was also told I could only have large fries not small or medium, really, wth is going on at this location? Meal was trash like the experience.

Terrible customer service during the drive thru. The first person was barely able to speak, another person chimed in with a not so friendly attitude. Food isn't great either.

This Arby's on Mesa street. Next to Ferguson/xpress. Unfavorable review. Young girl employee did not know how to communicate to customers. Or at least me. If you're willing to wait a while for your food and get served with combative attitude...by all means go to that Arby's. She didn't apologize. But she made sure her way of serving was made with a delightful attitude that youth of today have as if I was telling her to clean up her room. But I will tell her to be objective/nice wouldn't hurt/ and leave your angry tone at home. Oh, yeah --' clean up your room, too!!

Today 1:22 pm 12/15/2023. Not greeted. Three of us saying hello and hi straight looking at us in our face and no response. Took our order no thank you no nothing. Picked up order said thank you no response. One white girl kept coughing while packaging our food. White girl plus size. Lady that took our order had black hair thin. My receipt says jessie. This lady in the picture was coughing not covering her mouth. 1:30 or 1:33 white suited guy came in and he WAS greeted "welcome to Arbys". I never felt discriminated or ignored here in El Paso. So sad because we come here all the time.

25 minutes from order till the food came out. Wrong fries in one order, which they replaced but I think the dumped the other fry back in the mix. Sandwiches looked good till we got home and they are not only wrong but one was obviously old to start with and cold.

I hate to say it because for the most part I like Arby's...but Stay away from the walnut chicken sandwich. They use regular wheat bread, and will give you an end piece, hardly any filling and wilted lettuce. Sooo definitely not worth the price.😡🤬

Can't go anywhere and not get screwed anymore. Ive visited 2x in the last 2wks and they forget a good 1/3 of my order. Which sucks because I enjoy the hot sandwiches. There are too many employees in the fast food industry who aren't treated well by their perspective companies and I believe that's what leads to poor service and missing items .

The fish strips basket is nit worth the price $10 then the Mgr yelled at me for telling my guys to look at it. I can tell and show whoever I want in my group to ensure they don't waste their money.

Went today to have the all American roast beef sandwich. Ordered four beef and cheddar and curly fries and extra red ranch sauce on the side. Well had to go back three times to get the Red ranch sauce because they kept giving me arby sauce packets. Then when I looked at the bun it was completely burnt and they wonder why they're losing business I mean that is their main stay that is what they're famous for and they can't even get that right there was hardly any cheese on the sandwich I mean you call it beef and cheddar it should have some cheddar very disappointed probably the last time I will visit Arby's they just don't understand people. money is tight and we have other options it's not like they're the only ones that make roast beef now
