We visit often due to practices /games it's a nice place to get some food. Only thing is more than once the restrooms are 🤢🤮 I can't blame it all on the staff people are just discussing this is at all locations not just this one in particular.

The young man clearing tables was so sweet and was literally doing such a great job in everything!!!! He was filling the machines with ice ! Making sure every TV had a show on made sure plates never stacked on people's tables.

Pizza is constantly changed out from what I can tell. Every time I've gone it's busy and the pizza finishes and fresh one is placed. The place is a bit dated but they keep it clean and the cashier's have been friendly.

The buffet is $9.99 for adults, $5.99 for kids 4-10 including drink, $1.99 for kids under 4, and a drink is $2.49. A good deal for a pizza buffet with salad bar, pasta with marinara/Alfredo, 2 soups (chicken noodle and a new mushroom one), cheesy bread, brownies, cinnamon rolls, and dessert pizza. You can even order a custom personal pizza - my favorite is Mac & cheese pizza with pepperoni. They also have a stopwatch where you can win a free buffet if you stop it exactly at 3.00 seconds (down to the hundreds place). I got 2.80 and my gf got 2.96. It's a unique and fun addition.

Got what I wanted. Good price. I paid 4.99 a person and drinks. Went up for pizza but not much variety, but the guy behind the counter was extremely nice and asked if everything was OK. I asked if they were making spinach pizza, and he said it'll be out in 2 minutes. Well, he went above and beyond to actually deliver a few slices to my table. It was a nice surprise, and I was very grateful for his politeness. Thank you!

Last time I came here was 10 years ago, mostly because I moved out of town, but anyways this place is clean. They constantly came over removing dirty plates from our tables and Manager was exactly what a employee should be, human. I hate fake people provide fake service but this manager was a down to earth. To be honest for a moment I thought I was at exclusive 5 start restaurant, oh wait maybe I was. Anyways pizza was fresh and good, my kids liked it so that's means, you'll see us again. Although I do please recommend to have Gluten-free pizza. My daughter suffers from chronic Celiac Disease so it's very difficult to get Gluten-free items. Thank you.

Fantastic experience at cicis today. My first cicis experience was back in the late 90s in Enid Oklahoma. I find the quality the same as when they first opened. Friendly staff, pizza made to order all you can eat and drink. The soda machine is coke products. $8.85 for a buffet w/drink. Recommend you try their cinnamon rolls.

Very delicious! We went as a group and it was very nostalgic. We had a large group so our table was directly in front of the doors and it was a windy day... That continuous chill really calms your hunger lol

I had lunch around 12pm to 1pm. It was not that busy. Friendly staff dishing out the classics. Pepperoni pizza, cheese pizza, Buffalo chicken pizza, breadsticks, pasta with red and white sauce. All the salad you can crave and of course all the cinnamon rolls and apple pie pizza you can have. All for $6.49 as of this post. Restroom were clean. Very satisfied with my vist.

The one thing I cannot stand about Cici’s pizza they are lazy if a person is illiterate or doesn’t speak English they cannot get the pizza they want. The staff makes you fill out a paper telling them what pizza you want so if somebody’s illiterate or cannot speak or write English, they cannot go eat at cicis and corporate doesn’t help out either that’s the employees job but corporate even pretends to be stupid. There’s food allergies there are certain pizza people wish to eat, but they can’t. There were a group of people next to me. They couldn’t order the pizza they want to because they were illiterate. I called corporate to complain about that. I felt bad about the people and corporate said that’s not something to complain about because the staff is too lazy to do something like take an order. It’s not important to complain about I’m right next to the Mexico US border. There’s a bunch of people that cannot speak English and the staff don’t help out nobody they tell them they have to fill out that paper to get the pizza they want and they cannot help
