My wife and I wanted to celebrate our one year anniversary. We were looking around town to eat a good steak. So we decided to go to Texas Roadhouse. The atmosphere, appetizers, entrees, and service provided by Amber our waitress was 5 star! We really enjoyed our meal. Please recognize cooks, management and Amber for us. She was great!

Our visit started off pretty rough — the food came out cold and it definitely wasn’t the experience we were hoping for. It took a while for the team to fix it, but to their credit, they did make things right in the end. Once everything was corrected, the meal was much better and we appreciated the effort to turn things around.

Feb2026:4 ⭐: I stopped by this location with my coworker to get an evening dinner. We walked in and it was really crowded with people at the time. It was suggested that we sit at the bar separately to eat our meal instead of us sitting together. I politely declined and said I would like to be seated together instead. Really... I'm with a coworker and we're going to sit separately at dinner? No, it didn't make sense to me either. We ordered our food and came to realize that there were no peanuts on the table in the can. Ask for peanuts when the server came back around and he brought them over. Our meals came out fairly quick and both were prepared as we ordered. The server brought our drinks over but never returned to the table to ask us about refills. The server had to be called to the table to inquire about a to go box for the food. The server had to be called again to the table to prepare and bring over separate checks.

Noisy but steak was good for the price. Definitely somewhere for a friends night not steakhouse night or fancy at all. Terrible dark liquor selection only makers or jack. No Glen nor Macallan bottom shelf drinks and since when do you serve old fashioned with chip ice and not solid 1 piece. Roll with the cinnamon butter was amazing. Borderline competition with Cheesecake Factory or Rao’s NYC

The waiter who served us was wearing a shirt that said "I love my job" on the back, and it seemed that his face showed annoyance or anger, perhaps because we are Mexican or because we are not the same color as him. The truth is that we were very kind to him, however, he always behaved too serious and infidel with us, the other waiters were very smiley and kind to us. This is the second time that we have been served by a waiter who is annoyed or uncomfortable with us.

Sunday afternoon lunch, we conveniently placed ourselves on the waitlist through the Google maps app. It was the first time doing this and it was very convenient and it worked like a charm. Here’s how it works, through the app you place request to be placed on waiting list. At the time there is an estimated time. We were given from 5 to 15 minutes. Immediately a text is received saying to type here when all guests have arrived, we arrive and reply here to the text. The hosts immediately sat us down to a table waiting for us. Drinks were taken and menus to us. So far very good. Menu items were standard, beef, chicken, fish, salads etc. (see menu in the pictures. ) food was ordered and the side salads came out first, however the main course took a while to arrive. Food was average not great but not bad. Prices were reasonable. It’s worth a try if you haven’t tried .

I've been wanting to experience Texas Roadhouse for a while now, especially after hearing people talk about their blooming onion and complimentary rolls with cinnamon butter. I must say that they live up to their hype, and all the other food and drinks were super delicious as well. It was a pretty busy Friday when I went, so our drinks and food took a pretty long time to arrive, and our waiter tried his best to come by often, but overall, it was still a lovely time. The steak I ordered was a sirloin, cooked medium, and it was pretty good. Definitely will come again when I have money!

Don't go during the rush hours. The server stopped by our 10 top for a total of 3 times, including taking our orders. Refill on the drinks came from other servers. The food was good, and the best was properly cooked as was ordered or was really close to the doneness requested. It had been a while since coming here, so I forgot how loud this restaurant gets.

The girls at the front were a bit rude, I let it go bc it’s a Friday and they’re busy and I get it but after my overall experience I’ve realized it just wasn’t worth it to eat here. My food was cold, one of my family members bit into a pink pick buried into the food, and there were hairs in another members food. Disgusting and unsatisfied. At least the bread rolls are always good ig. Also shout out to the waitress and manager who addressed the situation accordingly and genuinely. They were the only good thing about the experience.

I ordered a to go order and picked it up. Everything was good the steak and mashed potatoes were good but they over salted the baked potato to an extreme where it is inedible. Texas Roadhouse is usually great just alittle disappointed in the baked potato that it just went to waste.

The wait was long and when the steak came out, it was way undercooked. I ordered it medium and got it rare. When I asked my waitress to cook it longer, she took care of it right away with no hesitation. The manager on duty also stopped by and offered an apology. The service by the staff was excellent. The food on the contrary, was unpleasant and undesirable.

Our server Danyelle must not been in the mood to work. From the start she didn’t have pleasant presence, no smile just stood there. We ordered food came in we requested refills we sat waiting for them 12 minutes later she shows up, I reach for the ketchup bottle it’s empty 😡 I ask for a manager they come up and apologize and said they would be sending a bottle. We sit. waiting for the ketchup another 10 minutes by then our fries are cold . this did start to upset me , no sorry for thd delay she placed the bottke on the table. we again requested refills and more bread.this was getting ridiculous. she lacks people skills and motivation she looked messy and her hair a mess not very presentable. sorry but i think there is other steak houses with better customer service.

My family & I eat here regularly and usually have no complaints about the food or service. We decided to have dinner tonight to celebrate my husband's birthday with our family. The young lady that was posted outside as the "hostess" doesn't seem to like her job. She was very rude and condescending. I have never had any employee at this restaurant speak to me the way she did. My husband asked her to call a MOD outside. She ignored the request, we had to ask our server Mariana to get a manager to our table, which she did right away. It's a shame when the younger generation have absolutely no manners or professionalism in customer service. We did speak to the MOD Anahi at our table. Anahi apologized for our experience and assured us that this would be addressed. She checked on us a few times and made sure the rest of our dinner experience went well. Our server Mariana did a great job and was very attentive the whole time we were having dinner. This experience won't keep us from dining here in the future but that young lady definitely needs to learn how to speak to customers.

We went to Texas Roadhouse to enjoy a team lunch. When we arrived, we informed the host that our party size was ten. At that moment only six of us were present, but I thought it was unusual that they made us wait until all ten people arrived before even beginning to seat us. During that time, several other parties arrived and were seated without any delay. Once the rest of our group arrived, only then did they start preparing our table—by which point the restaurant had already become busy. When we were finally being seated, we realized that we actually had a few more people than expected. While they did accommodate us, the manager and several team members stood around watching and trying to decide how to seat us. We wanted to sit together but understood that servers have assigned sections. However, no one asked whether we were paying separately, which could have helped them split us more evenly across sections. Instead, they chose to split our group up, and the manager then made it a point to remind me that I originally said we had a party of ten. The way it was handled made it feel like they were unprepared for a situation like this. At this point, the entire staff was crowded into a small space, staring at us while the manager looked visibly upset in front of her team. Once we were finally seated, our server took our drink orders and even wrote them down, but when he brought them out, he was essentially “selling” them to us because he couldn’t remember who ordered what. I also told him it was my daughter’s birthday, and he asked if she wanted the saddle. We said yes—but he never brought the saddle and never sang Happy Birthday. On top of that, I noticed the manager walking to every table asking how their service and food were, but she only came to ours after she or the server heard me mention the issues to my boss. Additionally, I observed that one of the staff members in the back of house—the people handling and cooking the food—was wearing a wig with hair blowing around in the AC. Where was the hair net? That is a big concern for food safety. I love Texas Roadhouse, and my son worked there for years, so I know what good service looks like. I also have over 15 years of experience in the food industry, both front and back of house, so I understand the importance of proper standards and expectations. I was not pleased with this visit. The food was great, but that was the only positive part of the experience.

Well... they did it to me again today!! A week ago I left a comment saying they wouldn't take my takeout order... well, today I went back to place another takeout order and again the girl at the window pretended to take my order and gave me a 40-45 minute wait time... after that time, I went back to the window to pick up my order and surprise! They never put my order in the box... and when I asked them to do it and have it ready as soon as possible, she excused herself by saying there were already a lot of people and she didn't think it would be ready quickly... I called the manager to let him know what happened and that the same thing happened a week ago, and he just hung up on me without showing his face or offering a solution! Things are going from bad to worse! Here's a screenshot of my previous complaint... I hope the business only responds to my complaint to give me a solution to the two consecutive snubs I've received and doesn't just write to me with excuses.

When we made the reservation on line it said the waiting time was 1hr to 1hr 30 min . So as you can see in the picture it said 8:49 pm for us to go in so we go in and tell them we are here they told us to sit on booth 6 and we see people coming in an out and nothing. So my husband finally ask how long and they say the table still getting clean after an extra hr 🙄 .( the time on the phone is the time they finally give us a table)
