WOW! My first time here and I'm impressed! I ordered the Torta Doña and my wife had the Flautas Marisol. We ended up tasting each others and they were both DELICIOSO! I wish I lived closer but I will be back the next time I'm in town.

Let me start by saying, “I’ll definitely be coming back!” The menu has so many tempting options, I wanted to try everything. We ordered tortas for a farewell lunch at work as some of our Physicians are leaving El Paso, and they wanted a proper El Paso lunch send-off meal. This spot did not disappoint. Everyone was fulfilled, though they wished they had discovered this gem sooner! The staff was incredible, handling our large order of 52 tortas with ease. Not a single one was sloppy or rushed, each was packed with flavor and made with care. There wasn’t a single complaint, aside from how full everyone was. Be sure to bring your appetite, these tortas are generously sized! I had the Mexa with avocado, and it was absolutely delicious. If you’ve been here before, it’s time to go back, Now under new and improved management! I can’t wait for my next visit. We will miss you Dr’s!!!

Purchased Torta Nico and Flautas Marisol. The torta was absolutely delicious, perfectly made and generously filled. The flautas were just as good, crispy, flavorful, and a great portion size. The salsas added the perfect touch of heat and flavor. Everything hit the spot! Highly recommend.

This place is delicious and the people are super nice. You'd be a fool to not stop by and try it at least once.

We had La Mexa and La Dona. Both of them were really good and the lady was really friendly. Big plus, they have coke in a glass bottle. The only way you should have a coke.

We had the torta de milanesa, tacos de alambre and the burgers. My kids loved the burgers, the torta was delicious, and the tacos were perfect! They have homemade chiles curtidos, the carrots were so good with the torta and tacos. The fries are amazing. Great customer service and very clean. We will definitely be going back

We had the torta de milanesa, tacos de alambre and the burgers. My kids loved the burgers, the torta was delicious, and the tacos were perfect! Delicious tortas with same seasoning as the originals. The only reason I give this place a 4 and not a 5 is because we waited 40 minutes for our order ... But they were goood

First time I've tried it and the food seems to be great service was quick Hospital it's a small eating establishment but I will go back

Alambre tacos where great!! The meat was very tender. For the price it's a must buy if you come here. You won't be disappointed. I got the moyo torta. The milanesa torta..it had cheese and ham the bread and avacado and lil bit of beans I liked it, but the French fries were burned . Not golden fried. Through me off. The food was good but I go there again..the fries better at least decent.. but I'm done with this place

They have a great variety of tortas in their lunch special. I was not wowed by their fries and their colita de pavo torta was ok.

Poor customer service and staff made restroom unavailable due to “closing” soon when it was 1 hr before close time. Food was purposedly uncooked by cook. Staff yelling bad words in the back when working on orders.

I had the ham and cheese torta. It was served as a hot sandwich, which is okay, just not used to that. The problem is that they put a smear of refried beans in it and that clashed with the guacamole. The flavor was okay to start with but became less tolerable the more I ate. I wasn't able to finish it. I consider the visit yesterday as my first and last.

Usually this place is good, but today, Wednesday, May 29 @ 1:50 pm, there was no one at the counter to take orders. There were 2 others in line waiting to be helped… I knocked on the counter, hoping someone would hear us… after 15 mins, we just left. Trying Chuco tortas, better customer service.

The service could have been better, unable to explain the menu, seating is very limited, wait time around 10-15 minutes for a single order. The food is nothing to brag about. I've honestly have had this type of food made way better by others. The reason being is my food was bland. The combo order addition of $2.55 for a small drink and extra small fries. This place is too pricey based on the quality of the food. My total was $9.53 for a single order torta combo. I personally would not stop here again. They do seem to be 2nd Amendment Friendly. No signs

Too many people walking around the kitchen without hairnets actually nobody had one. Overall I think they can do better and clean up the restaurant. Now a days everything is expensive but this isn’t McDonalds. I don’t need your pitty reply just try to do better.

Very disappointed! I ordered the torta de pavo en su jugo. To start, the bread was flat and soggy. The aguacate was just painted on the bread and ironically, the turkey was dry. Too bad! I had been craving it for a while.

I didn't like this place at all !! The tortas are served like of there serving a 2 yr old very very little meat !! I would not recommend this place to don't waste your time and money!!

I should've known better than to ask for flautas at a torta place... But they shouldn't offer them if that's not their expertise... Very very disappointed... The flautas literally looked like cigarettes when it came to size and the amount of lettuce was just to little... Very dissatisfied and dissapointed...

Placed an order that was gonna be ready in 15 minutes. Took 30 minutes. Was the second person in the restaurant? It wasn’t even full. Ended up getting wrong order half of my motor was missing lettuce and tomato. Won’t go there again the two girls in the back are just yapping their mouth away

This place seemed more interested in delivering Cici's Pizza then food and customers. THEY ACTUALLY ARE THE DELIVERY DRIVERS FOR CICI PIZZA. The food was disgusting and soggy and had almost 0 meat and Turkey. The lettuce was old and brown. They need to redo the entire establishment and put soap in bathroom and clean it. It smelled horrible!! HEALTH DEPT. NEEDS TO VISIT!!

Got me a colitis de Pavo torta . I left most of it . The colitis de Pavo was red abs hardly any meat but a lot of lettuce . Lettuce made bread soggy . Never again ☹️ . Don’t recommend and want to save you a bad experience. I’ll just eat home

Ordered tortas! Girl in the front was careless to begin with! Tortas were soggy needed salt! The colita de pavo was also awful! First & Last time we come here! And to top it off the cashier couldnt even serve us ice in our cups when we are going in at lunch time and need a cold cup of beverage! Thank you for the awesome service tortas niko!!!!!

We ordered online to pick up our tortas, we paid through the clover app as suggested by them. Once we got to the restaurant one employee told us that they did not received our order nor our money, so we would have to pay again. At the same time, a female worker mentioned that they have been having issues with orders online. I mentioned to them that I see that we paid through clover the same one they use for charging in the store, but he male worker disregard my comment and clearly does not have an idea of how anything works. We then suggested for them to inform the owners about this issue. We are very disappointed with how the employees have no idea how all this works and do not do anything to help their customers.

Cook/owner actively and currently ripping off customers with portion and amount. Will not be coming back to support anytime soon. I get that many small businesses are struggling to make ends meet and I am trying to support our locals as much as possible BUT YOU DO NOT RIP OFF YOUR CUSTOMERS! That will always end your business faster than just doing the right thing and offering what's appropriate.
