Great food and wings, I usually come around 9pm and place is clean. Like the wings and staff are great. Mark & Gabby, was able to help my daughter’s wings to the perfect taste. I recommend the new menu of burgers and sandwiches.

I am very happy that my husband and I decided to try Wing Kings. My wings and fries were hot and tasty. Also the young lady cashier and the young man in the kitchen were extremely friendly and courteous. I will definitely go again.👍

Food is always good, the only bad thing is is that they give you a wait time and sometimes it’s double that amount, The kids working there are really young so they don’t really know how to keep the place clean, every time I’ve been there. It’s always a little dirty and they are always out of the syrup for the drinks, and it’s always flat on carbonation. I know that it’s just the kids working there cause their other locations are not like that, food is still good so I continue to go, but every time it’s always the same thing, management please do better with this location because foot. Traffic is gonna decrease by the way these young employees are keeping up the place. also, maybe teach your employees to welcome guests, I’ve seen customers literally just stand there, waiting for the young kids to stop talking and acknowledge them. Also try to keep the back clean, whenever I do to go orders through the back window, I can see the mess that there is in the back

Called in the 50 piece order with 2 large fries 87$ the wings were tasteless, the service was fine for a take out. Would've been nice for them to double check to make sure whole order was there.. (missing an order of fries) I as a customer trust they will complete a job at 100% won't try again. I think I'll stick with the lil hole in the wall plaza wing places. Better price better taste. Glad I tried it tho.

This place was my favorite and I would come at least once a week but the last few times the quality has gone down a bit. Toady was crazy I ordered spicy lemon pepper and veggie sticks. I got a plate of half rotten veggies . These veggies look like the last players you would pick on a dodge ball game and you had to because that’s all that was left. lol even my wings had no sauce it was as if they went through a drought.

First time eating here and we just moved to El Paso looking for a wing place and will not be back sadly. The wings were a bit undercooked but not awful, my main complaint is with the sauce. We ordered multiple different flavors and they were all very watery. The buffalo had no spice to it at all and the other 4 flavors we ordered were just bland and tasted as if they had a decent sauce and mixed it with water. Additionally, we ordered an order of sweet potato fries and just got regular fries. Food was ready to pick up when we arrived so the wait wasn’t long and the staff was nice. Hoping that it was just a bad batch and seeing all the positive reviews we were excited.

I love the chicken wings here but the way the food has been prepared is bad. Everytime i go there's always an issue pertaining to the deal of the day or ordering through the computer.They burn the buns and throw the churros in together with the chicken wings putting sauce all over them. I order sweet potato fries and they give the reg. Fries.The management is always rude to the workers. I've seen this on plenty occasions. Maybe managers need to be nicer to the employees, it maybe affecting the food prep.

First experience at Wing Kings. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming which I loved. The environment is pretty chill. I liked how many visible TVs there were to watch games. The food was bland, not much flavor in the dishes. The best thing were the buffalo chicken nachos. I tried the three spicy flavors all of them tasted the same. I ordered mango habanero and honey hot. The sauces tasted like as if they were watered down. Again, they tasted the same. The wings were a rubber like texture. The burger wouldn’t have had much flavor if it wasn’t for the cheese. This location has potential and I’m willing to re-review with improvements. The price is pretty demanding; which I’m willing to pay but if I enjoyed the wings.

***MAJOR HEALTH HAZARD CONCERN*** Save your money and go to WING DADDY'S! Absolutely disgusting. The quality here is a joke. I should have walked out the moment I saw fries and wings already cooked and sitting around in the back like leftovers. I ordered tenders and fries, and surprise — everything tasted like it had been fried once, left sitting, then dumped back into the fryer AGAIN which YES was burned. That is nasty, lazy, and unacceptable in any food service establishment, especially with the ridiculous prices you have the audacity to charge. When I complained, the girl at the front told me they “don’t have tenders anymore” at 7pm, when you’re supposedly open until 11pm. So which is it? You’re out of food halfway through the night, or you’re serving old food and lying to customers? They did replace the food but yet it tasted gross. Re-frying already cooked food is bottom-of-the-barrel food service and a clear sign of zero standards or care. This place should be embarrassed. Between the filthy kitchen, re-fried food, and lack of standards, this place is a health concern. I will be contacting the health department, because customers should not be exposed to this. I will never come back and would strongly advise others to stay away. Disgusting.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent visit to your restaurant. As soon as I walked in, the noise level was so high that I couldn't even hear the person taking my order. When I tried to pay with Apple Pay, the card reader wasn't working, which was inconvenient. To make matters worse, when I finally received my order, I discovered that the churro was missing from my child's kids meal, and the bread was burnt. This series of issues led to a very disappointing experience. I hope you will take steps to address these problems to ensure that future customers have a better experience.

I just came back from the Wing Kings Trawood location. Terrible service. I was not welcomed as I walked in, I was not even acknowledged. The cashier “Chole” was rude. I had to ask her several times if she was open as she was just standing there. The other young cashier was standing around yapping with her friends not doing her job either. The entire store smelled overwhelming of bleach, to the point my throat was burning and I didn’t even want to sit in the restaurant to eat my meal. Every single table was dirty, I had to tell the girl to go clean them, so were the floors. The store manager, Xochitl (?) was working, he obviously doesn’t care that his store was a huge mess. The Wing Kings locations sure have gone down hill big time. I am so disappointed. Even the onion rings in my meal were disgusting. I saw the manager made my meal, too. How can he send food out like that? Not caring. I also ordered the Honey BBQ wings, I was given regular BBQ... 🤢 I ordered the 6 boneless... they were tiny, so I ended up with 8 instead 🤷🏽‍♀️ that would have been ok, if the wings didn't suck, and the flavor was the correct one. I've gone next door many times to Ollys and always smell the food at Wings Kings, it always smells delicious. Oooh, boy... is the smell deceiving. The store/food smells better than it looks and taste. Also, my to go boxes were filthy. Sauce allll over the boxes. I highly recommend you don't go. 👍🏼 I never come to this location, and now I know why. I stopped going to Zaragoza once they let go their absolute best employee. I'll stick to McRae from now on. If It were up to me, I would stop going to all their locations all together, but my family (unfortunately) enjoys their food.

Honestly this location used to be good but the quality of the place has gone downhill, they always get my order wrong, take forever and today my bread was burnt. The chicken is soggy like it sat out, I cant go back to change it because i went on my lunch break, Honestly its further but go to the Zaragoza location, they’ve never messed up
