Alex and Anahi were hustling and providing great service. Even though they were short staffed both were professional and delivered the subs in a timely manner. Alex even made me half a sandwich because the other fell on the ground which was my fault. He immediately cleaned and made the other half. Team members like these two individuals are the reason I will keep coming back to this location. I hope that management recognizes their work, because they are the glue that keeps the business going. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
My family's first time ever trying firehouse and we are in love!!! All 3 sandwiches were beyond amazing. I also love the to go boxes for the sandwiches!!!
Very sad to say, but the quality, service, and atmosphere of this place has gone down a lot. Service was really bad. It took 25 minutes to get our order. We ordered our food, and four couples came in after and ordered. They all got their food before us, and I let the workers know it had almost been 25 minutes that we had been waiting for our order. They said our order was next, and took another 5 minutes to get the order. The sandwiches we ordered looked very skinny with very minimal meat and veggies. The store looked very dirty from the inside which was not very pleasant. The coke machine was also very dirty as well, coke spraying in all directions. Who knows when the last time was was serviced. I am very disappointed with the last two visits here. I will not be coming back here anymore. It's like no one working cares about anything in this store.
Ordered for pick-up. Got there and no one was at the register. I saw someone and tried to get there attention and was ignored. There was no line, just me wanting to buy something else while I waited for my order. Another customer had to tell them I was waiting to pay. When someone came they seemed very uninterested to be there to help. You could just tell these kids did not want to be working. They were moving so slow and avoiding being up front. Others started to come in for orders or to order. The line got long fast since no one wanted to be up front taking orders. If o hadn't asked for my order I'd still be there waiting. I waited almost 30 min more after the time it said it would be ready at.
I CANNOT GET OVER PAYING $70 for four sandwiches! Good thing the staff was very nice, the toilet stinks but was clean, the drinks are ALWAYS a mess. Every other visit there is no ice, the tea is out a lot of the drink options are always out and flies every time. We stopped going for a while and decided to try again but prices got higher without improvements, how?
Ordered 2 small meatball subs using DoorDash, paid $9.85 for each, tip, long distance fee and taxes ($26 total). Received our sandwiches and they were the kids meal sizes (2 meatballs). Called the store and the employee stated they’d make them over but we needed to bring the original order back. No problem, my husband headed there (roughly 22min away) and they corrected the issue by redoing the sandwiches so we’d have the correct amount of meatballs which was (3) on each sandwich. Another issue I had was they were willing to throw away the original sandwiches instead of offering them to us for our inconvenience. I did appreciate them correcting the order even though it was a big inconvenience to us and pricey as well for their mistake!
Should’ve listen to the reviews. Weren’t even busy and my order took almost a whole hour. When I had placed an online order for a reason. Safe to say, never going back here. For the time it takes, might as well go to a 5star restaurant
Places an online order and notices I got the wrong subs when I arrived home. Called the store to let them know my order was messed up, they told me they would redo the sandwiches which I was fine with until I got to the store. The young lady who I spoke to on the phone was confused about what sandwich was wrong and after they figured it out there was no sense of urgency. The manager didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. The food is good but I’ll be the last time I order from this firesubs.
2 employees looked & walked past the soda machine how disgusting. The soda were more carbonated water than anything else i guess they ran out of syrup and we tried all the sodas available because they were all nasty. My host mia was nice , seemed a bit in a rush to have us pay but overall nice
We ordered 3 subs and paid at 6:58 pm today Sunday. We waited for 1 hour to receive our food. 4 couples were waiting as well for their food. They had 4 employees working on the prep area and they couldn’t satisfy customers needs. Poor customer service and definitely last time I go to this location. Not recommended at all.
The place only had three people who were already waiting for their order when I showed up after placing my order ad repeatedly letting the cashier know I needed my order to go due to issues in the past with my orders in this location. We waited over 30 mins for two subs to be ready one small and one large. The served them as a dine in and I had to let them again it was for take out. This franchise has really gone down hill in the past few years when it comes down to customer service. I am definitely not eating at any fire house subs from here on out.
44 MINUTES FOR TWO SANDWICHES and not a single employee doing ANYTHING to help. Manager seems uninterested and told my wife to "just deal with it". All the employees were RUDE.
Placed online order for three sandwiches and ended up having to wait for nearly an hour. Service was very slow and all I would hear is that it was coming out soon. Multiple other customers voiced their complaints about the wait for food and ended up just canceling their orders and asking for a refund. And the whole time the air in the restaurant was eye burning from the onions and had to go outside to wait to get away from it.
By far the worst experience getting a sandwich. Came her to get lunch to go and ended up waiting 55 mins for three sandwiches. Toaster was down so the bread couldn't get toasted, but still the fact that the wait was about an hour took away from worrying the experience. It's seems that customer experience is not a priority on their list as we were greeted with frowning faces and very short replies. I'm used to being greeted with a smile by the bare minimum. I do not recommend to arrive here during lunch hours as your wait time will take up majority of your lunch time. Food was delicious but to have to wait an hour took away from enjoying the experience. Not my first time coming here either.
The worst customer service I have ever received at a restaurant. Unbelievably rude staff member not sure she was in charge but can be identifiedby her centered lip piercing. Our order was messed up multiple times. Received soggy (honestly not appetizing but only ate because we waited so long and were hungry) falling apart sandwichesr. There was only 2 orders were ahead of us. Ordered 1 large sandwich, 1 medium sandwich and 2 kids meals - which took the longest to get. On one kids sandwich it was a grilled cheese that was sent back for half of the sandwich not having cheese then spoke to staff who who was rude and then took an additional 25 minutes to get. When I asked about the sandwich staff member said they are working on other orders and haven't started ours very rudely. Once sandwich was done same staff member basically threw sandwich on the table and walked away. This occurred between the hours of 1300 and 1430. The location was 1505 George Dieter in El Paso Texas.
This is the worst location for services if you want a sandwich you have to order an hour before and if you want to eat there good luck they will take for ever to have just one sandwich ready
Worst service ever Only 3 people in the lobby I got here first before them and turns out the Girl who told me it would be right out Forgot about my order is this seriously the type of employees you all hire? Like where's the manager who supervises them! Save your time And dont even come here
If I’m working for uber they have to do the drinks and hand me the order. They have to do their job right it’s been the first restaurant that I go pick up and still get moody because I told them that I can’t grab the drink because I just came to pick up not to their job. They have to have order ready once the uber arrives. And they don’t even tell me what drink to put, yall should change staffing or someone that really wants to work.
The ice machine is still broken ... the syrups are out on most flavors of the soda machine. Not a single napkin in any of the dispensers in the entire restaurant. None of the hot sauces were available. None of the tvs were turned on and one of the tvs control boxes is about to fall on someone and None of the employees seemed to care about any of it at all. I had ordered for dine in but after the ice and soda and napkins being out I asked to have it made-to-go so I could add ice to my hot tea and have something to clean my face and hands and use my own hotsauce . If it's this bad remove the whole staff and hire new employees it's sad to see this place like this after the yrs of it being open ...poor management and lack of concern from the franchisee
The toaster here at this location has been broken down for months and the owner apparently does not make any effort to sell the product as described in the commercials. I’m amazed at how this clown got a franchise with Firehouse Subs . Great Restaurant overall EXEPT this location. Owner of this location should represent this company accordingly and fix the toaster! Unbelievable and Lazy of him . The ice machine is also defective half the time as well . If you want a hot soda and a ice cold sandwich, then this location may be right for you 😎
So... I ordered TWO (2) of the meatball with pepperoni subs today. ALEJANDRO was the one who took my order. I paid 20 for TWO (2) combos. Got the cups, filled em n salt down. Got ONE (1) sandwich n waited. A few other customers got their orders n I realized my SECOND (2nd) sub had been forgotten. been forgotten about. So I let ALEJANDRO know. He goes to the computer n calls me up n proceeds to tell me he didn't charge me for the 2nd combo the first time. But I paid 20 n got no change back...🤔 so I ask him "it's FORTY DOLLARS ($40) for TWO (2) combos? N he says yes. So I pay him another $20 n HE GIVES ME SEVEN DOLLARS BACK! HOW DO I GET CHANGE BACK A SECOND TIME BUT NOT THE FIRST TIME IF I WAS ONLY CHARGED ONCE THE FIRST TIME?!! The math ain't matching tbh but I got ripped off n they got an extra (idk?) Ten dollars? NEVER GOING BACK HERE EVER.
