First time we came to Charley’s and we tried the buffalo Classic wings and they were great! The sauce it’s pretty spicy but good! And they were fully covered in sauce! Not like other places where they barely dip them. The guy at the counter was super friendly!

This place is so good! Prices are good and the food is delicious. The guy who took our order was kind and courteous. We will absolutely be returning.

Pretty good but definitely not like on Ft Bliss, still new and they might be getting the hang of things, still good non the less. Gourmet fries were good just as the original seasoned fries. Strawberry lemonade is always good. Friendly staff and quick service. Small dinning area. Plenty of parking. Veteran Discount a plus.

Ordered an old school philly cheestake. Generous pirtion of meat and cheese whize. A little pricey, $50 for 2 big sandwiches, 2 half sanwiches and 2 drinks. Place was clean.

Original Philly is good.so are the lemon pepper wings .the place on Eastlake is too small.egeryone bumping into each other. Work on the cost. It's not a $54.00 place for two people...... Jun 3 2024. I'm back had the original Philly with wings and my own concoction of fruit punch and sprite and cheese bacon fries.its amazing how good the food is here.i cAnt eat here as much as I would like because I'd weigh 600lbs.....if Zoe is there your gonna get treated like a champ. Great place.go

First time trying out Charley’s cheesesteaks and wings and it was good! I tried their mango habanero and garlic parmesan chicken wings and my husband the chicken buffalo sandwich with a side of cheese fries. Our daughter go the kids boneless wings meal with fries. The food was promptly served and the customer service was great. They were very attentive.

Although my food was delivered quickly, I thought it could have been better! The sandwich was a generous portion size (I ordered the large), but I didn't see any mayo, and it just lacked flavor. I did add my own dressing, and everything tasted fine. The price is a little steep, but what isn't these days. I will give them another try, but I was disappointed this time.

Hello, I tried calling your store but no answer. I’ve ordered kid’s meals and the sides are usually graham cookies or an ice cream cone. The last 3 visits, I’ve been getting expired graham cookies. As soon as I open the bag, I can smell old, rancid, stale cookies. I love this place, but I wouldn’t want anyone to be experiencing what I did. Especially the children who don't know the difference between old rancid stale cookies and freshly packaged.

I’m surprised, this is my second time coming to this place and I’m so disappointed. I spent around $50 and the sandwiches barely had any meat or chicken. I ordered large bacon and cheese fries and got little to no cheese and bacon. The guy told us they run out of cheese and bacon but didn’t bother telling me before I order them. The first time being there was so good but now it was a bad experience. 😔

I loved charley’s they never disappointed me until now. I ordered a Chicken California Cheesesteak with added grilled jalapeños, this is the first time the sandwich was DRY, very little amount of chicken and they forgot to add the grilled jalapeños… Then we ordered a LARGE cheese and bacon fries and there was a little splatter of cheese and barely any bacon on the fries. We were so disappointed, I asked them to add more cheese and all they said was that they ran out but we got there 6:30pm, two hours and a half before closing… it would’ve been nice to know before paying. The staff was nice and understanding but this was all just ridiculous, i don’t know if it’s the staff but Charley’s was never like this before…. so sad :(

Soda machine was not working only had lemonade and tea available, ran out of cheese and bacon, and sandwiches made poorly with little to no toppings. The picture attached is what they gave me as large cheese and bacon fries.

Been here quite a bit this place had a great Italiano sandwich till today, 08/09 new staff looks lost. Sandwich is dry and missing half the ingredients.

Terrible customer service . Lady at the front was extremely rude when taking my order . My sandwich had onions on it when I had clearly said no onions please. When I returned it to inform her , she told me I never told her that and continue to try to argue that she had to make a new sandwich to get the onion off . I asked if there was an issue doing so since she was the one who did not communicate that I did not want onion. She rolled her eyes and walked away aggressively. I hope staff is trained and have better customer service moving forward . Do not recommend.

Visited at 1025 on 22OCT25. Only 1 person was working and they said be right with you. 15 minutes later I was still not seen. If you are looking for a place to get a bit to eat and not have it take up your time due to poor staffing I would avoid this location.

When I was ordering my food, the cashier was very rude. My daughter caught him rolling his eyes as I was looking up at the menu, and let me know after we walked out of the restaurant. He was very impatient and disrespectful. He was clearly in a bad mood, and didn’t want to be there. However, the only good thing about this place is the cheese fries, and the sandwiches aren’t really it. I don’t remember his name, but he had curly sad hair. I called the manager when I got home, and informed her of the incident. We told her that he shouldn’t be at the front counter, and he isn’t a good representation of the company. I am not sure of the reason why he was so impatient and pressed about it, because there was no line behind me.

Ordered chicken teriyaki sub and got regular plain chicken sucks because didnt get what i paid for also they almost forgot to give us one of the subs if it werent for us staying in the drive through a little bit they wouldnt have given us the other one. Disappointing
