Very clean. Awesome customer service. This is the first Peter Piper I've been to that the salad was fresh not wilted or frozen. I will keep coming to this Peter Piper.

My kids love going at a certain time where there isn't a lot of people and kids and they get to enjoy all the games without them waiting for a long time. Now they have reloadable cards instead of coins which I think is better.

Always a great place for lunch. Fun to watch the kids running around. Nice playground area while you enjoy different toppings on your pizza slices.

This location is a very good one. I've basically ordered a hot mess (dbl extra chz with extra pepperoni and no crust, it's amazing..must try it) and gotten just that. We've absolutely loved the cheesy mess we've asked for. Thanks guys! I hope they can keep it going.

There was a mistake in my order and i didn’t realize until I got home. I called PPP and the manager was super nice and remained my order. I rather make the drive to this PPP.

Ordered the special 3 3 cheese New York pizza and it was nice and crispy. Had a great time playing games and getting prices. Jeremy at the prize counter is an awesome person..he made our birthday boy feel extra special on his day. Thanks 👍 jeremy

Pizza was great! I had the pleasure of meeting Naomi not only was she nice but had a huge smile the whole time. She said she was new but really what a joy! Will definitely be back for sure!!

This place is super clean and easily accessible. I ordered the Chicago large pizza and wings. It was delicious. The service manager is friendly and courteous. This is a newer location. The entire place is well managed and staffed. Excellent choice!

The day that we went there wasn't to good of variations of pizza in the buffet. Just suggesting that they could do better cause I know there's being times where they do have good pizza.

Pizza is always ready between 15-20 minutes. Great customer service. I have never had any problems at the Horizon City location.

Great experience , took students on a field trip and the manager did an Amazing job in getting things ready for us and was very helpful and welcoming to 160 students, teachers, and chaperones.

Jayleen was at the register when we ordered. She always smiled, she repeated the order back to us insuring everything was correct right. She also asked if that completed our order. She counted our change back to us, something teens don't do anymore.

I was the first dine-in customer of the day, I had the buffet. The salads were beautiful, fresh & delicious. It's been a very long time since I've had their pizza, the first bite was amazing. Perfect sauce and cheese ratio. Good quality ingredients. Most importantly the staff was friendly. They wear gloves to serve you and their tables are separated to follow guidelines.

The staff here is excellent. The play area is kept very clean as well as the bathrooms. We had my sons birthday party here and had a great time. The host is was great and I highly recommend it. A tip for planning your birthday party here. Try to get the last spot which I believe is at 7, that way you don't have to leave after a certain time. My family likes to stay for a while so that works for us.

Having parking near the entrance for takeout orders was great. Went in to pick up my order and was standing there for a while before the cashier even turned to look at us or said anything. I didn't mind waiting, it was just confusing not hearing anything from them & not knowing if I should catch their attention or just wait. Pizza was great!

My two year old daughter had an excellent time at this location in particular. There’s a good amount of games and rides that are her height. She saw a plush of her favorite character at the prize kiosk, so we saved up tickets for a couple weeks. Well even though we were still short by quite a bit, they saw how bad she wanted it and let us have the plush at a discount. It absolutely made our day. It’s our absolute favorite PPP location

They have a tasty and affordable lunch buffet - $8.49. I just wish there was more variety - at one point there were 3 pepperoni and pineapple pizzas on the buffet. They currently have a gift card where you get a bonus card after buying a gift card of a certain value. Employees are friendly and clean up dirty plates. Their cinnamon roll pizza, cheesy bread and garlic bread sticks are good.

Good food. However, we were told to move because the table was "reserved". I overheard the employees saying that somebody had reserved 4 tables, but it wasn't OUR specific table and they moved us anyway even though there were others empty. We ended up moving and nobody else showed up to the "reserved table" anyway.

Ordered a California Veggie Pizza, most of the veggies looked like they were just thrown on "after" it had been baked so they were raw (don't know if that's how it's made) ..it was good anyways but I would have liked for ALL the vegetables to have been completely baked

Great atmosphere and good service. Although some employees could use a pick-me-up before their shift as they seem to be somewhat miserable. The food is good. This is a primary location for me, so I order quite a bit from here, and I've had a few instances where my order has not been exactly what I ordered but not bad enough to seriously complain about.

This is from a Dashers perspective, I have eaten here before and service was good and food was delicious, but as a Dasher I feel they need to find a way to separate all different types of orders to keep them from backing up and having a long wait time.

**UPDATE 01/13/23** 4 star Customer Service. 5 star on pizza. Please too crowded & music way too loud as if a night club. Can't have a conversation without shouting on top of others. Looking forward to the Eastlake/Rojas location to open to balance the Customers. Maybe employees would be a bit nicer/friendlier Customer Service 5 star. The pizza is a 4 star. Sauce seemed to be bitter. Not sure if the sauce has been changed. The cheese had a salty taste to it. Not sure if that changed as well.

It's clean and employees are helpful. The play area is a little smaller than other places. I'm just not crazy about the pizza.

Pizza is good but they over book to many pizza parties and forget about their other customers. There was no place to sit all tables were reserved. We literally had to wait for a table and then it took them a while to go clean it. Very disappointed they need to account for other families and just having the booths available doesn't work.

2023 update. As always, the place is ran by teens who are miserable and have 0 personality. They don't even aknowledge you when you order.. they are screaming from behind the counter at each other.. playing constantly. There's no more professionalism at all. I guess it's just pizza.. who cares right?

Went to a birthday party. I would give it a five-star. I did not like how the party guest only have two hours. Once that time is up the guest has to move to another table regardless if the guest is done with their party. The hostesses needs that table set up for another party. What if management would have a section closed off where they only have (busy days of) parties and number their tables? It might help the hostesses know what tables they are working on. It can help by having the next party ready to go. Without making your guest feel rushed. Plus if the quest stays a little bit longer they will spend a little more.

Manager does not let you take the pizza you ordered from there pizza pan during the buffet. I've been to others and it's no problem. Had take my pizza on two plates. On follow up, contacted the owner and I got a call. It was clarified that this is there policy at all Peter Piper Pizzas. No hard feelings, I was promised some buffet passes, but have yet to receive them.

It's really full of birthday parties. But the food is decent. I like the pizza and soft serve ice cream .And my kids love it here lots of games and a indoor play place that has good visablility for safety. Only issue is everything is like a dollar to play. Even though it's new the games get expensive quick.

If it wasn't for everything else they offered, this place as a whole would have gone out of business years ago, cause they're sure not making money from their pizza. I literally had to save a piece, and send into a lab for sampling because I cannot believe for one second that their pizza is suitable for human consumption. They HAVE to be buying off the health department. Just waiting for the results to come back in. The pizza sauce tastes like rotten fermentation, EVERY time I've had pizza here. Yes, I've given this place the benefit of the doubt three separate times. I'm really not trying to be mean, but a totinos is better, and quite possibly safer to eat. I will take my kids to PLAY ONLY from now on, pre feeding them somewhere else. For verification on taste: I love cheap food, chicos is a great "party" favor. The cheapo dogs from 7/11 are even not bad. Prefer pizza like BJs bar & grill, and that style. Dominos is good, and even cheaper pizza. Dominos blows this place out of the water. They might want to be like a Chuck E. Cheese, but unless they're willing to have actual food product that's human grade for consumption, they'll just keep getting blown out of the water by ole Chuck E.

Customer service sucks. 2 short ladies who I assume were managers because they wore black polos let orders just sit there and pizza get cold instead of trying to see if the customer is there to pick up. Other employees just sitting around not really doing anything who could be handing orders out.

Pizza was good! Game selection is pretty poor for kids. The price to play games is rediculous. I know walking into places like this games are typically a little pricey but this place takes it to a new level.

The Jarritos fountain drinks are usually great here. However, today when I purchased my toddlers halloween kid cups we were unable to use them . All the Jarritos juices tasted old and fermented . I'm glad i gave them a try before figuring this out so my kids wouldn't ingest this nasty stuff. You can clearly taste that they have not been fresh for more than 1 day & upon closer inspection, the containers looked like they had clumps of moldly clumpy residue. This is unfortunate and disgusting.

Pretty disappointed in the quality. I usually go to the Rojas/Eastlake location and have always had a great experience. Figured each store followed the same practices when making pizza but I’ve never had one that looked this off. Half of the pizza was soaked in sauce with little to no cheese and other half had little to no sauce with a thick layer of cheese and toppings. Breadsticks were alright. I’ll stick to the other location.

Ordered online, they told me be ready in 15 minutes. Got there late like 10 minutes aftee pick up time, at the pick up time provided waited another 15 minutes or so to get to the register. Once, there, order is still 30 minutes wait. I was lucky, I was given a, thing to tell you when order was ready. Been out here awhile, and over 30 minutes not ready. DO NOT GIVE CUSTOMERS FALSE EXPECTATIONS. THEIR TIME AND YOURS IS CERTAINLY VALUABLE, BE REALISTIC AND HONEST!!!

Placed an order for a pepperoni pizza with extra marinera and it had to be the driest pizza ever! No extra marinera and barely any pepperoni, pretty upsetting since me and my boyfriend expected a better pizza. Also the wings were very dry, barely any taste.

This location is pretty good except the fact that they allow big dogs into the building and the dog was not a service animal. When I went to let the workers know they said they would inform the manager, the manager never went to talk to the people with the dog and just allowed the dog to stay inside. Not very sanitary dog hair everywhere…we left because of that…

Very disappointed with this store, I was on hold for 20 minutes and no one answered the phone. I decided to drive down to the store and order my pizza's with my phone still ringing and still nobody answered the phone call. 😡 I also tried going online and the website was not available. Not a happy customer at all

Tonight I called in an order for my husband, same Scenario as we have dealt with three times in a row. . . I gave his name, I spelled out his name and gave the girl his phone number. I called back to add jalapeños to the order and a different girl picked up the phone, she couldn’t find the order. She’s explaining this to another girl In the background and the other girl takes the phone, (she’s the one that took my order the first time) she had to look up the order not by name or number but by what we ordered. She added jalapeños to the order and I asked, please add my husbands name as I will not be picking it up, he will be in a hurry. She said ok bye and hung up. My husband got there and low and behold they had trouble finding the order. They put it under a different name and different phone number. A totally random name and a phone number that’s no where near what I have them!! This is the third time this has happened to us! When he asked why they had trouble finding his order the girls blamed it on me saying it was because of the phone number that I gave them and I probably pronounced his name Wrong. ME, pronouncing my husbands name wrong. . . Ridiculous!!! Makes what should be a simple transaction annoying and dishonest! Don’t blame me for your laziness because you didn’t want to enter data into the computer the right way. Typical lazy millennial that doesn’t listen to people and blames everyone else for their mistakes. So disappointing, we just wanted some pizza!!

I have never seen a group of people move that slow. There is no urgency in the employees getting orders. They are very polite. If I am placing an order to go it it is because I dont have time to wait...

Rude, pizza was not cooked through for 2 different visits. Did not call because of how rude the employees are. Manager seems rude and lazy as well. Was a frequent customer every week! Now dominos will have our business from now on.

We had my child 13bday. They didn't offer any packages, we had 15 kids and 8 adults. then to top it all off a young female employee telling us we had to leave. Need I say, IN FRONT OF ALL OUR GUESTS!! FOOD WAS GREAT BUY SERVICE WAS POOR, THEY ALSO FORGOT TO BRING US OUR 2 LARGE ORDER FOR WING.

It’s my third time going to this Peter’s and the first time i got an ice cream cone, I noticed the cashier didn’t wash her hands or put gloves on at least or you know use a napkin to grab the cone after touching money. Then the last two times i came the same thing happened. This is disgusting. With a pandemic going on it’s still important to be washing your hands.

Today they failed miserably. They had to notice me standing there for more than 30 minutes to ask me if some warm pizza was my order. This location has hit bottom. The blank stares were especially helpful.

Walking into the peter Pipers, it's raining coming in my son is carrying my toddler slips on the water on the floor between the doors. When I notified the supervisor, Jackie, all she said she would clean it up. I let her know my son fell bad she said ok had someone clean it up. Never bothered to come check my son or document the incident.

The bald supervisor was very rude. I hosted a birthday party and he told me that since i double booked, i was making him lose money. If he would have caught that, he would have canceled my second slot. He told me everything in front of my guests. I paid for my time and over $400 in food and tokens.

Salad bar is only iceberg lettuce...... that's it!! Why am I still paying the full price as if they have everything! I'm not coming back until they lower their prices you pay for what you get. Always doing the community harm to their hardworking money.

Kids seem to like this pizza but as an adult taste like chef boy r d sauce. Not great at all and no options if you want to take your kids but don't like the pizza. I would say you can just take the kids to play games but they are better places to play game not my favorite place

I bought an expensive pizza and I had to wait way overboard because they gave my pizza to somebody else. And the worst thing about this, they tried to argue with me.

So disappointed with this location all thanks to the rude and unprofessional manager Aileen. She wears glasses and is very rude. I tried to buy a school year calendar as the are being advertised all over restaurant and she told me that they were not selling them anymore. I mentioned that there are multiple signs advertising calendar everywhere and her response was " we stopped selling them a while ago and I'll remove the signs whenever I want." I won't be coming to this location anymore. My daughter's enjoy the calendar as they plan our outings for Peter piper on calendar. Very disappointed at this managers tone in front of my children.

I am so disappointed and sad. PPP is the only pizza I buy in Horizon. I just spent 60$ for one large pepperoni pizza and 20 wings to be delivered less than a half mile away (under the weather and couldn't go out). The pizza had some kind of black stuff covering the bottom of the pizza, so much so, that it converted our hands when we picked up a slice. Also, we couldn't even hold up a slice of pizza because it wasn't form enough to! The wings were fine, I think, but a few of them had a funky smell so now I'm just hoping I don't get sick! I don't get how establishments have the heart to keep increasing prices all the while the quality is so low! I used to believe that you get what you pay for... But I don't even that is true anymore. I'd say 60$ is quite a price for what I received... And it was awful!!! Not that it matters anyway. No one cares about customer service anymore. Editing - the store manager reached out and remade our order for free! It was much better, but the real pleasing part is that Peter Piper cared enough to reach out and fix what was wrong! Wow,this location (Horizon) is going downhill. Since when does Peter’s have flat bread pizza on the menu! I was picking up my order when they open the box to show me the pizzas, not only was the pizza flat but burnt and crispy . The girl at the register was like “it depends who rolls out the dough in the morning, there is nothing we can do about it” and when I asked her to remake it since I did just dish out $50 she still asks which one. Are you kidding me... She then went on to say that it’s not going to make a difference. I’m just like now that impeccable customer service. Good job manager’s in the way you have trained your staff.

The staff is great and they always keep it clean. The pizza sucks!! It's raw and they either over do it in the sauce and not enough cheese or not enough on the other toppings. The pizza is not like the other peters. So far I have to go all the way to lee Trevino to get the best peters in town!! This pizza on horizon sucks. The Manager does not know how the (horrible) cheap website works and the manager also charged us extra because she cannot do math. No leadership in making decisions to correct her mistakes for us, the customers. This was the evening manager on 9/14/24. Not ordering from here again. So disappointing in their cheap website that makes it difficult for customers to make an order and the horrible communication between the system and their employees. If it’s not the management that needs to be held accountable, then It’s the owner that needs to be held accountable!!

I’m writing to express my frustration with the service I received at the Horizon City Peter Piper Pizza. I placed an order online through the official Peter Piper Pizza website, and although my card was charged, the store apparently never received the order. When I contacted the location, the manager was extremely unhelpful and dismissed my concerns. Instead of assisting me with the issue, he repeatedly told me to “take it up with DoorDash,” despite the fact that my order was not placed through DoorDash, nor was I charged by them. My payment was processed directly by Peter Piper Pizza. When I tried to explain this, the manager continued to hand off responsibility and made it clear he had no interest in helping resolve the situation. His attitude came across as careless and dismissive, especially considering I had already been waiting over an hour for an order that never arrived. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope it is addressed so that other customers do not have to deal with the same lack of professionalism and customer care.

Ordered well-done, got doughy instead. Not sure what happened here, but this pizza was nowhere near well-done. Undercooked crust, cheese barely melted, and overall just sloppy. If I wanted raw dough with sauce and pepperoni, I could’ve made this at home. Really disappointing.

And to top it off the delivery person also complained and said no management only “kids”. When I called to complain about my order no one answers. Hopefully they see this post and can offer a refund since we can’t get help over the phone.

I usually don’t order pizza from here but decided to order online yesterday for Halloween. It took almost two hours. It was to be expected. Ordered XL pizza/ half hawaiian , the other half pepperoni, sausage, jalapeños. Got home-all the ingredients were literally thrown on there, NO EFFORT at all to make it how I ordered. Italian spice dumped specially on 1 slice. Cut horrendously. It was undercooked soggy cold. My fault, I should have checked it before leaving ppp. Came back next day as I didn’t want to return for a refund and wait yet again. Spoke to Ish Esparza the manager. I was hoping at the very least for an apology, some customer service empathy. What I got from him was rudeness, no apology and asked why I didn’t bring the pizza back last night. He treated me as if I was there to scam them out of $26. The audacity, adding more insult to the whole situation. I work hard for my money and will never spend a dime where it’s not Valued, along with my time. Over priced to begin with for mediocre service and food. He needs training in customer service this guy has no business being a manager of anything related customer service.

Paid over $75 for 2 pizzas, an order of wings, and 2 salads!!!! You could literally tell the salads were just Cole slaw mix from Walmart. They didn’t even fix up the salads with olives, pepperoni, or mozzarella. This is becoming a common thing at what use to be a pretty good Peter piper.
