Only thing I didn't like was being told a price when ordered at the board and then the price at the window didn't match. After rounding up and giving cents to have an even balance in my debit card. Girl at the drive up, got confused and charged me an off amount. No math skills. It was 2 cent off. Service is good and fast. Food was jot and good.
A Value Menu double cheeseburger, which is 3.2 ounces of meat, shy of a 4 ounce quarter pounder is now $5 locally. Just a FYI in case you're one of those few that doesn't visit McD's for its ambiance, award winning menu, cocktails or live entertainment.
The girl at the drive thru didn't know how to use the app went for help with my phone was gone for more than 5 minutes. Said she still didn't know and wanted to take my phone again. Was she taking my credit card info or what? I hope I was not a victim of fraud
It's McDonald's you get what you get lol they try there best with how busy they get.
We all know McDonalds has great value. One of my favorites is the low-priced McChicken. Can't beat it for a quick meal. Today I tried their $6 meal. It comes with a choice of three entrees, fries, a drink, AND a hot pie. I tried their "Holiday pie", which had a tasty custard filling. Pretty good! HAPPY EATING! :-)
Took forever to get my food as a pickup. But it was good eating. Update. Still took forever to get my food this morning, and I was very disappointed in what I got. I ordered 4 breakfast burritos, and there was more tortilla than ingredients. So, I am lowering their stars. Luckily, there is a new McDonald's ready to open up just around the corner. So I shall not be going back to this McDonald's.

Super bad service third time I go to buy coffee and it’s all cold then they go reheat at microwave asked why she does that the machine hasn’t been working told her thats not right why would they sell coffee like that then said talk to cathy the manager since she is the one that doesn’t want to fix it I was like wow how unprofessional the lady just walked away!! Arrived at 10:30 pm ordered our food at the table, the manager took our order at the table we greeted her and she just looked at me and my family all mad. She did not even say thank you you’re welcome or even a simple hi. She seemed to get Upset because we arrived 30 min before closing since they were already cleaning. You would expect a different tread from a so called ‘manager’ but I guess not.
Worst experience ever, drive thru 🤦🏼♀️oh god 😡I repeated myself at least 5 times and still had my order wrong. I get tho the pick up window and “THE MANAGER” started saying that I needed to make up my mind when I explained for the last time what I ordered and if I didn’t know what I wanted to leave. Then she charged my card twice and refused to refund me for the food that was not given to me. This happened at the Horizon City location
ordered food on 7/5/25 at about 10pm, food got cancelled and manager on duty said food ordered on app get cancelled after 15 mins, i haven’t heard of that. i have accidentally one time placed the order at another location and i was able to pick it up after 15 mins . that don’t make sense. then im telling her i need my food still like i been having the app for years and never experience this before . she told me that she would have to charge me again i said what is $15 to a multibillion dollar company . like really ??? and then i look at the manager while she’s bagging food and she’s talking to the employee about what she said to me at the register .
Complain about our kids, try to accuse my husband of damaging property when it had already been damaged and his truck wasn't even touching it and continues to threaten to call the cops on me for lack of a sole on my feet, while other patrons will sit without shoes and children will run all over the place barefoot, but I've been threatened with cops being call twice now over it. We stopped going for a year after they tried to accuse my husband. We finally went back hoping for a better experience and so my kids could see their friends and it's only been a month, today I was approached with claims of my children asking for money but no proof and statements of "you've been told about your shoes before, you need to leave or we will call the cops" again today. My daughter is crying the whole way because the were being good and they just wanna see their friends. I have been told if I want to try to let my kids back I'll need to talk to Cathy Ames or something like that. Apparently she's the one who I've had dealings with before
I placed an order at 10:18am and when I arrived exactly at 10:30 to pick up my breakfast sandwich they told me they can’t make it anymore because I guess the moment it turns 10:30 your McMuffins disappear apparently. My order should have been prepared when it was placed BEFORE you stopped serving breakfast. You have lazy workers.
I got robbed by their own people was $12.20 I showed up showing a bank statement and my order plus the 12.20 where pending in my bank. she wanted to see if it posted I told her how did I take my burger and she didn’t care and gave attitude I’m headed down today just wasting gas and time get the manger out of there can’t solve problems or understand English I would consider a full apology with a big refund for acting stupid . I can’t add a picture it’s weird but I have all the Evidence.
Service is HORRIBLE!! staff is always messing around in the back! they take FOREVER to finish one simple order. They had me waiting for about 30 minutes just for a plain McChicken. I also got a table number to have my food delivered to my table cause my children were in the playground and they left it in the front to sit there cold! The restroom are also VERY DIRTY! there has not been one time where i come and the restrooms are clean. They only hire uneducated people here with no good customer service!
I had to change my review from last time. It use to be good I don't know what has happened but def not a pleaser. Drive threw empley is rushing and hard of hearing as they kept asking is that it is that it and when replying sorry what what's that multiple times and just to make it worst my food was burnt It will be tossed out sux. My son threw most the fries away as they were literally dark brown.
I ordered on 06/11/2022 through the drive thru and used my app to get a code for a promotion they had. My card is linked through the app and usually my order gets paid automatically. On this day the cashier told me my payment didn’t go through for whatever reason so I paid in cash. Turns out my payment DID go through and they took my cash payment AND card payment. I called the store they told me to go back with my receipt and they’ll give me a refund. I get there they tell me to call a 1800 number because they “can’t “ refund my money. I call the number they tell me they can’t refund my money they have to send a “request “ to the franchise owner. It’s ridiculous all the hoops they’re making me go through to get MY money back. They pretty much stole from me and sending me back and forth with different employees. Check your receipts and bank statements when you go to this location.
