We had not been to a PF Changs since before Covid, and never to this one in El Paso. This was an exceptional experience. Food was fresh, perfectly cooked, and served hot and quick. I ordered my old favorite Kung Pao Chicken which was delicious, my wife’s Buddha Feast was outstanding! Our server, Nick was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and very attentive. Could not have asked for anyone better!

Excellent! We had the Valentine's Day special. The atmosphere was great. It was busy and crowded but not noisy at all and still cozy. The food was wonderful as always. We had the Longlife noodles with prawns and the Black pepper filet. Both were tasty and there was enough left over for lunch tomorrow. Service, as always, was quick, efficient, and friendly. Desiree was friendly and helpful! We'll be back soon.

My friends and I ate outside on a nice spring night. Our server Nikki was a sweetheart and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was delicious but the service was even better. 10/10 would recommend.

Today was amazing! I had a great time. As soon as I came in the hostess was amazing and suggested new items to try out. Our server Jacobo was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond for us. Definitely will be back!!

Our waitress Heaven was a wonderful beautiful delightful waitress. She took great care of us by serving hot drinks and meals. I had the French toast sandwich with ham,cheese eggs and mustard. My wife had blueberry pancakes with bacon. Very delicious authentic food. Upscale family restaurant. Would come back. Clean restaurant and restrooms. I forgot to take pictures of the food we ordered. We went to eat here around brunch time. We were sat immediately and had our drink orders taken quickly. The service was excellent, our waitress was very kind and helpful, not at all neglectful nor overbearing. The breakfast items we went with were all perfectly seasoned, the eggs were fluffy and tasted perfect. My absolute favorite was the side of grilled mushrooms! I have absolutely no complaints about this place and will definitely be eating here again when I’m in town!

First time visit and ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!! We were greeted as soon as we walked in, fortunately there was not a waiting time so we were seated immediately. We asked for the patio and right away we had iced water while we looked at the menu. Reggie was so attentive and made sure we were taken cared of. The rest of the servers were also so nice. I absolutely love coming here! It is pricey but let me tell you! It is worth every penny! I've had the blackened shrimp tacos and the rib eye tacos and it is so flavorful! Can't leave out their amazing sauces! From the dressing to their salsas! The service is great too! Sister's and i had dinner there for girls night and the waiter was on top of it! I do not recall his name but he is tall, güerito and he uses glasses! U bet we gave him a good tip! He deserved it! Excellent food and service and the atmosphere is perfect!

I was greeted with a smile by the host. I sat at the bar where Yesenia provided great and friendly service. I had the Eggs Blackstone, their version of Eggs Benedict. The poached eggs where on point. Their hollandaise sauce was delicious. I definitely recommend this plate. Yesenia made me a Peachy Agave drink. It was refreshing and delectable. Great service and food.

I’ll keep this short and sweet, PHENOMENAL FOOD, service is always pleasant, fast and never had an incorrect order. The outside patio is such a beautiful spot to relax, the fireplace is lit during colder weather but it’s more for decoration, not much for heat. It’s surrounded by trees, the decor is modern, the menu is written on the walls in chalk. If you come here, definitely try the sweet potato fries with marshmallow sauce, with anything. The only thing I hate about this place are the chairs, you have to sit towards the front of you have hips, but otherwise you’re going to love it here.

The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was nice overall—aside from a crayon mark on the wall and a slightly wobbly table, which didn’t ruin the vibe. We tried the sliced ribeye sandwich, bacon-wrapped shrimp, and the blackened shrimp tacos. The tacos? Phenomenal. The shrimp? No notes—just solid. The ribeye sandwich was also really good, but the fries missed the mark. They were a little heavy-handed on the seasoning, and the lime flavor was overpowering. If you’re a lime fan, you might love them—but it wasn’t for me. All in all, a great experience for a random dinner spot. Would definitely come back.

We went to Crave on a Saturday morning and didn’t have to wait too long for our group of 4. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was good, but honestly a little disappointing. The descriptions on the menu sounded better than they were. They have a small sign on the wall explaining that there is a $2 upcharge for eggs but it’s not on the menu and they don’t mention it when you’re ordering. My mom got one egg a la carte and paid $4 for it which seems pretty high for one egg. I had the hash stack scramble and added bacon. The bacon was wonderful, the rest was underwhelming. I couldn’t even tell that there were hashbrowns mixed in. My daughter got the green chili chicken and waffles and she loved it. Her boyfriend got the No Brainer Sandwich which was average. Overall, I would say the breakfast was okay. I would go back and try something else.

Crave Kitchen Bar offers great food options, and the dishes are really good. However, the service can be slow, especially during peak hours. If you choose to sit outside, be aware of the many birds around. Despite this, it’s a lovely spot for couples, families, and friends. Recommended overall!

Churro waffles are awesome if you are into very sweet things and the sweet potato fries are quite good and crispy somehow. I've had a good number of burgers and they're all mostly solid. The regular fries are quite thin but addicting in a way and seasoned well.

We were in town and decided to try out their breakfast. My wife ordered the chilaquiles. It had a slight hint of spices from the green chile and tomatillo, it was topped with fresh onion and sour cream. She had the side of country potatoes. Overall the plate was very good and worth ordering. I ordered the turkey and green chili scramble but substituted ham for the turkey. I chose corn tortillas and when it was served the scramble was served over three corn tortillas. It was tasty and had the right amount kick to it. For my side I actually ordered the green chili mac and cheese which was rather bland and very runny. Overall my plate was also very good minus the side order. Both portions were very generous. They had fresh squeezed orange juice. The prices are in line with other places for breakfast (which I think is too much but it is what it is). Worth a try if you're in the area!

To a new year we wanted to try something new and make it a thing where we do not repeat places we go to. You know get out of the #comfortzone and #trysomethingnew we wanted to go on a date since it's been a little bit while and things have been hectic. We tried as a starter the Rolled chorizo and cheese flautas and this was for sure something I would like again though wish it had at least 1 more considering the price. My bear 🐻 had the 808 burger with grilled mushrooms on the side. I got a bite of the burger and yup it's a burger alright. I am not a burger fan but it's pretty good even I can tell. Now mushrooms are not my thing but my partner said they were good and would order them again. I had the chicken and waffles with the full order it has two sides so I added pancakes and fries. I've never had chicken and waffles and I was not disappointed they were yummy. Now the pancakes weren't bad just a bit dry but I feel milk may have helped with that though it was already late in the game to order. The fries got cold fast but I did enjoy them while they were warm at first. I enjoyed the vibe of the #restaurant but it was a bit colder than expected. That was the down side. Would a recommend this, for a special occasion yes but not something frequently it's a bit pricey and maybe the odds have to be in your favor to have the best meal. The service was super great though and the recommendation they can provide is insightful I did recommend asking for a recommendation if it's your first time!

I eat at PF changs in many cities. This PF Changs has the vibe of a fast food chain without fast food. With the location very empty, our party of six was left waiting about 15 minutes. Then once we were at the table no one came to take care of us until we chased down a waiter. Their spicy tuna roll was not good. All ther food was adequate . Plates were brought out at different times over a 25 minute timeframe with one person getting their plate after everyone else was half finished. Tea refill with warm tea that left no ice in the glass. Several requests for siracha before it finally showed up. My padthai noodles were poorly prepared compared to other places. They mixed my ladies pad Thai (no egg no soy) with mine that was normal. Requested their signature cake for my daughter’s birthday but they “sold out” over the weekend. Poor management planning and stocking. They seated us in front of of the door where every time the door opened cold air pushed across our table. The crispy shrimp appetizer was excellent. One plate out of five was correct. Severely disappointed in what used to be a treat. I do not recommend bringing someone out for a special meal at this place as it is currently running.

The bad, the old PF Chang model is gone, no more family sized portions for sharing, no more table side sauces made to your spice level and my favorite dish, spicy eggplant is gone too. Ordered dinner sized pad Thai, (no shallots or scallions) kung pao Brussels sprouts, kung pao rolls and chicken lettuce wraps (with romaine lettuce) off Uber Eats. Price was about $75 before tip, no delivery fee. About 45 minutes from the time I ordered did my food arrive. Driver did great, PF Changs did not. There were no sprouts, cilantro or lime in the pad Thai which left it completely flavorless and it was totally cold. Brussels sprouts were heavily overcooked and soggy, also completely cold. Lettuce wraps came with iceberg lettuce instead of romaine. I didn’t even eat those, gave them all to my husband. The only correct/ decent part of our order were the rolls which were great. I took pictures for Uber Eats but they didn’t auto save to my phone. Oh well, won’t order via Uber Eats again. Disappointed.

Went 5 times to this place since I love P.f. Chang’s so much in florida. It was to standard 2 times mid par 1 time and not at all to standard the recent 2 times, food I leave in the fridge 4 or more days taste better. The hostess ignored me 3 times walking near by no hello nothing, it must be that hostess because the other two I’ve met were kind, Had to walk over to the bar tender to assist she was kind enough to get my takeout that was sitting there. Worst P.f. Chang’s been to best one on Biscayne Florida. I love this brand it’s just this location needs total training on service and food standard.

Very average food with slow and poor service. We were disappointed because this was a hot spot for a long time.... no more! Very long wait, appetizer never came, meal portion was extremely small (happy meal size). No refills, must pay full price again, and an admin fee, too? We wanted to sit outside, but there were no clean tables (see picture). I hate seeing the decline of a local staple, but people should be aware of what their getting into.

First of all, Me and my friends had arrived, and there were many open seats available, but they sat is next to the kitchen doors, where it was loud, and honestly just overall uncomfortable place to sit, but it’s fine. Whatever then our waiter came up to us much later, and asked us what we wanted to order, and I had a question about the prices, and he had told me that the chef feast was for two people and cost in 19.99. Therefore, I ordered it for me and my friend. Our food came out super cold. My rice was overcooked, and barely had any meat in it considering how expensive it is, also had egg shells in the rice. We ate our food but our waiter never came by and would just walk past us and only refilled our waters once . we felt super ignored, and I’ve tried to get his attention multiple times, but he would constantly just walk by and I would get ignored. Then I proceed to tell him that it was my friends Birthday, and he gave us an option for the free dessert. But when he brought it out, he just dropped it on the table with the bottle and left. It was a very awkward experience and even worse was when I got the bill and saw that the total came out to $20 more than I expected. I realized that the chef feast was charged $40. When the server told me That it was 19.99 for 2 people. I spoke to the manager and she politely addressed that it was per person if I would’ve known, I would’ve just ordered a side of rice instead of the whole feast. I was planning on leaving a great tip. About 20%, but after the night we had had and the service that we were given, I only tipped a small amount(7%). I understand that we are teenagers and that good services are mostly given to people that appear with higher class. But still there is no need for all the negligence and overall bad service. I understand when kids and teenagers are a nice restaurant it can be a bit obnoxious and you might not expect much but you never know. Like I said I was going to tip well over 20% because I am an adult with a hard-working job. But you judged a book by it’s cover and therefore I left a tip that I didn’t want to give, but that was deserved.
