Came in today and had a great experience, mainly because of our waitress Ariel. She was super friendly from the start, checked on us often without hovering, and stayed on top of everything even when it got busy. Drinks stayed full, food came out right, and she had a great attitude the whole time. You can tell when someone actually cares about doing a good job, and Ariel definitely does. She made us feel welcome and taken care of the entire visit. Service like that makes a big difference and is the reason we’ll be coming back. If you come here, ask for Ariel, she’s awesome. Food and atmosphere were solid too, but the service really stood out.

I went in to watch MNF with some friends and had such a great experience. Yajanna was incredibly sweet, outgoing, and honestly an outstanding server. She made sure our drinks were always full, got our orders in quickly, and kept everything running smoothly. The food came out fast, the wings were amazing, and the coconut mojitos is my favorite. Overall, we had a great time & I highly recommend this restaurant and Yajanna if possible!

Good atmosphere, good service and good food! Burgers were juicy and perfect, waitress was attentive and the atmosphere was perfect for couples or families. TV is enormous but surround sound was perfect- we could still talk and be comfortable.

From the start when we walked in they sat us right away. Our server Bernice aka Bere was a sweetheart and very attentive. Even though she was super busy she would get us everything that we needed. We were here to watch the Chiefs game against the Bills and the manager Melissa was more than accommodating to put the game onto the biggest screen they had in the front. I love the food from the east side location of The Shack but this side was just as tasty! The atmosphere was full of the sports fans and it was a lot of fun. So if you come down and eat and watch a game or two ask for Bernice aka Bere and talk to Melissa the manager they are top notch. Bernice only works on the weekend but she is awesome. We will definitely come back.

Enormous patio, of course big screen TV’s all over the inside dining area. We had fried pickles with spicy ranch dressing, they are good. The spicy ranch was not over spiced. Had also the bone in wings. Garlic parm and the mild Buffalo sauce. The garlic was really good. The mild I wouldn’t bother with again. It was boring. I had a draft beer it nice and cold. We had their sweet potato fries, I was a bit surprised to see that they added a sprinkle of powdered sugar to them, next time I will request the sugar is not on them. Our service was excellent, overall enjoyable. We will return.

Today we decided to visit our local The Shack Wings & Brew, and it was phenomenal. Our food was delicious! :) Our waiter Vicky was extremely nice and helpful with our food selection. Shout out to the shack wing team. I will definitely be visiting again!

Not bad,food is pretty good. We had boneless chicken and tacos with chicken Queso dip then dessert 🍨 cheese cake with vanilla ice cream. Pretty clean,our waitress was friendly, no complaints. Thanks again Shack Wings.

Went Sunday for brunch. Got seated pretty quickly. Food was good and hot. Our waitress was really nice and attentive. Was a little skeptical since I usually go the Eastside one. But I give it a 5 star rating. Met my expectations 👌

The Shack Wings & Brews is amazing. I felt attended on and welcome here. The wait time for my meal was a little amount. My food was very flavorful, warm, and delicious. Customer to staff interactions are kind and polite. As well as that, the wait time for what I requested was almost nothing.

To bright at night. Need to dim the lights at night. Feels like a cafeteria inside. Great for watching sports. Went back a second time and pizza wasn’t the same. Inconsistent. Cheese and bread bites were not good. Cheese was watery and bread was deep fried and hard.

I really wanted to enjoy this place because the food is actually very good. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff (about 4–6 girls working at the front) were making unpleasant faces and had a very hostile attitude. No one seemed welcoming or willing to help. It felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I had to double-check my order before leaving because something didn’t feel right — and as I suspected, items were missing. If I hadn’t checked, I would have left without food I paid for. It’s also very inconvenient that they don’t offer curbside pickup, which would make things much easier for customers. The food is great, but the service is tremendously disappointing. Sadly, I wouldn’t come back because of the customer service alone. I placed my order online at 5:10. Said it would be ready at 6:55. I arrived at 7:05 and it still took me 15 more minutes to get my order. Very unpleasant experience

T. Luther Lunch Saturday Feb. 28 at Resler restaurant. Food and service were terrible. Ordered 2 beers from waitress and ended up going to the bar to order our beers. Ordered the Appetizer sampler, wings, fried pickles and mushrooms. Wings were cold, pickles ok, and finally found mushrooms through the incredible amount of batter. Sampler also included tostadas and queso. The queso must have been sitting a while because we had the infamous queso skin on top when they arrived. Sorry to say, especially after a amazing experience at Northeast restaurant, but it was horrible. P.S. Server dropped a stack of the big plastic drinking cups on the floor. picked them up and restacked on the serving line. Watched other servers take those cups and use for customers.

Disappointing experience—manager helped, but staff incompetence ruined it. I’m writing this review for The Shack (West Side, El Paso). I’m going to spare the earlier hostess incompetencies and start at the point that genuinely upset me. I asked to be seated by the fire pit. There was space available from the moment I arrived—four open tables outside and six open seats by the fire pit, although I waited 30 min. The hostess told me the servers were busy and the kitchen was backed up, and that they would seat me when it was “my turn.” I understood and waited. I’ve worked in the service industry before, and I know things can get behind. What I could not understand—or excuse—was what happened next: two guys came inside through the pizza side after us and sat in the exact two spots by the fire pit I had been requesting. They were not anyone special—just two 49ers fans—yet they were given menus right away by the busser and began receiving service immediately from their server. That kind of inconsistency isn’t a “busy night” issue—it’s basic competence and fairness at the host stand. At that point, I asked to speak with a manager. I didn’t catch the manager’s name, but she was genuinely kind and accommodating. She immediately sat us and even brought our drinks herself. I appreciated how professionally she handled it. Shortly after I brought this to the manager’s attention, all of the remaining outdoor tables were seated, which made the original excuse even harder to believe. We then placed our order. I ordered chicken wings well done, but they arrived not well done. On top of that, the last table that was seated outside received their food before we did, even though we ordered earlier. Again, that points to poor coordination and incompetence—either in the kitchen, the ticket flow, or both. To be clear: Jasmine, our server, was very accommodating, and none of this felt like her fault. The main issues were the incompetence and lack of organization at the host stand, and the kitchen’s timing/accuracy. What’s especially disappointing is that I eat at The Shack East Side all the time and have never experienced anything like this. I expected the West Side location—being positioned as “higher class”—to deliver a higher level of service. Unfortunately, this visit was the opposite. The manager handled the situation well, but the staff needs training—because this level of disorganization should not be happening.
