A great experience. Great sandwich. I was overcharged but it was fixed by the manager who was friendly about it. Ordered the hot chicken waffle sandwich. Had a great kick and totally worth it for the person who likes spice. Location was clean, has nice staff and clean bathrooms. Would go back again, no question.

The best Nashville Hot chicken (kickin nashville hot) I've had. Perfect kick but not overbearing so you can enjoy the flavor and savor!waffles are light and crispy complimented by pure Vermont Maple syrup makes for the perfect chicken n waffle experience. When I made my first visit to yhis location I didn't get to behold the full affect of the Mac n cheese as it was served to me cold more than once and Mac n cheese needs to be hot right out of the oven or broiler whicher they use so I had it sent back. Maybe next time! Overall Excellent staff, Excellent presentation and Excellent flavor!

Everything was great from the moment we entered Bruxie. Staff were attentive and answered all of our questions. This location was very clean and the food was excellent. You can tell they use fresh ingredients to prepare everything. Only 4 stars on atmosphere because the lemonade and sweet tea machines need to be cleaned more often. There was a slight odor coming from the pink lemonade side, so I stuck with sweet tea. These old school drink machines (flow fountain dripping from the top) need to be cleaned more often and thoroughly. Despite this minor issue I will be back because everything tasted great!

Good morning & Happy Sunday! 🌞 If you're ever in El Segundo, CA, PLEASE stop by BRUXIE. I believe they got it right...food, service & laid back atmosphere. The best Manager is Ty, he is truly a vibe! He's attentive & has a fabulous personality! If things start at the top & trickle down, then Kiersten definitely is absolute Gold! She greeted us with the purest spirit, infectious smile & warmest personality I've seen in quite a while. I worked in fast food while in high school & I understand the mechanics within the food industry. They make it look as easy as riding a bike! The food definitely hit the spot! Take a look at my before & after. ...I had a cold brew coffee-Vanilla- Lavender & a Grilled Chicken Ranch BLT with no mayo. When I tell you it was savory! The chicken was tender & the waffle is always flavorful. We came early in the a.m., so parking wasn't an issue. But, just know, this is a popular area & you may have to park in the structure. It's not far, & after eating this delicious food, you may want to walk it off...🤣 Kudos to BRUXIE!

Love the food! Waffles with perfect balance of crispy and amount of filling/toppings. Staff very welcoming and attentive. Approached by 4 different staff members to check on our needs. Lavender & vanilla Cold brew coffee delicious. Not one to usually leave reviews but experience was over the top!

Alright guys, kind of mind blown about this place. First off let's just say in the beginning that if you're looking for a well perfected Chicken & Waffle, this place does it like pros. Pros: chicken perfectly crispy and juicy inside. The waffle was lite, not heavy and sweet. Great stuff! Tater tots are sooo gooood! The salad is large and filling. The photos they have, are what you get. Dang! How do they do it? I've been all over LA eating fried chicken, Bruxie has some secret the world needs to know. The best part: customer service! Rae, who served us, deserves one hell of a raise. Another thing I don't find in LA, service. Here, they helped me every time my hand thought about going up. Even the manager did his rounds. Rae IS the best customer service in LA. Fact! Lol Cons: kinda looked around and thought hard, couldn't find one except maybe the chair was too hard? Nah, it's a 5 ⭐ restaurant. Oh and I never give 5 stars 100% so this place gets it. Prices are to be expected, I think of you're coming from Texas you may want it 2 dollars cheaper, but not in LA. It's perfect price for perfect proportion dishes.

A 5 simply for coming to the market with a unique approach. Parking: there's a lot that is parallel to Rosecrans where the entrance is. Midweek midst no issues. Service: Sam and Rae are ON IT! They checked to make sure the order was right, that we were enjoying our meal and so on. The order placing was easy, very clear menus and if you want to leave stuff off you can. Food: Got the Holy Moly Chicken waffle and fried egg over easy and left everything else off. Yummy lighter than I anticipated and very flavorful. The chicken is doused in a very light yet flavorful syrup. And you don't really need extra syrup to dip the sand which in unless you want a messy experience and a lot more sugar lol. I imagine that might be tasty as well but there's plenty of syrup on the chicken to make the sanwhich flavorful and moist. The over easy egg is cooked perfectly. Seasoning is light but flavorful. The waffle is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and very light and delicate but holds the sandwhich together with no issue. I cut it into 6 pieces and ate it that way and it as able to keep everything together to indulge. Seating: lots of it and good for groups of 4 and maybe 1-2 groups of 10 if needed both inside and outside. The parties seating is nice and music ambience is fantastic. Well done yall! I travel a ton and eat out quite a bit and love this new experience!

Great spot for a chicken fix/chicken cravings. The breading is flavorful and not overdone. My girlfriend ordered the mushroom chicken salad and it was a nice healthier option. Chicken and waffles are awesome, I got the super chicken. Good portions and overall excellent experience. 🐓🍗🐔

The best chicken and waffles I’ve ever had and I try to get some most places I visit for vacation. Waffles was perfectly crisp and not a sweet one. Chicken is fried and seasoned so well and the honey sauce with it (I had the original) was sooo good. The spiced tots were delicious as well.

Ambiance: It's pretty much what you'd expect inside from a trendy chicken place. This place had a bar, which I thought was a cool twist. Subtle but intentional decor high top and table seats. I love a naturally lit place with high/big windows! Service: You order at the counter before you sit. I was helped by a very kind cashier who was patient and made great suggestions. When my food was ready, they actually brought it to my seat (normal practice is to pick up at the pick-up stand), which I appreciated. Food: I don't usually expect much from chicken places because you can't do too much wrong with chicken tenders. But this place surprised me with how good it was. I'm a fry girl, but the sandwich was the winner. I'm glad I ended up with this choice, It was filling, and the flavors complimented each other. Decent parking, but it could be annoying on a busy day.

This place has really good chicken sandwiches for both lunch and breakfast. For breakfast they use waffles as a bun and they are really really good. Highly recommend

Came here on a recommendation. I got the Nutella snack waffle, it really hit the spot, it was sweet, somewhat indulgent, but I didn't feel guilty afterwards. Sort of hope one comes to Richmond/Petersburg area. Also, 5 stars because I didn't see hot coffee on the menu and guy was like we can take care of it. While waiting, the coffee came out, I asked for cream, I got a cup of half and half. It was really nice way to accommodate. Food came out pretty fast and they were handling quite a bit of deliveries. There is also someone that keeps the dining area clean, he has really nice energy, adds to the atmosphere and waffle energy.

I was in the area and wanted a quick snack and decided to give Bruxie a shot, and I’m glad I did! Just got a couple tenders and some fries and everything was tasty! Just two of the tenders was plenty (more than enough!), I’ll definitely be back!

I placed an order through the Bruxie app, and when it arrived via DoorDash, it was missing drinks and a chicken tender. I immediately contacted the store, only to be told I needed to dispute it with DoorDash. After following up with DoorDash, they informed me there was no way to refund the missing items and advised me to call the store again. This frustrating back-and-forth left me without a resolution. As much as I love Bruxie, this level of customer service, from both the store and DoorDash, has left me no choice but to reconsider ordering again. A great product can’t make up for poor service, and this experience has unfortunately soured what was once my favorite spot.
