This is one place I love to visit on the West Coast!!! The food is always consistent and the service at the El Segundo location was phenomenal. I went in about 11 pm after arriving at LAX so it wasn't the cleanest considering they closed at 1 AM (seats and floor had food particles) but even at this late hour staff were upbeat and ensured I had everything I needed. Ordered my favorite...a double double combo and it was hot and fresh. No complaints whatsoever. Happy camper until my next trip out west. 💖

Person from SE US goes to eat In-N-Out. I try to get to all the regionally famous fast food burger places when I travel. They seem to be spreading quickly as many of the chains seek to cash in on the trendiness of this topic right now. I'm conflicted. There is a charm to having to go to CA (or some nearby state) to get In-N-Out. On the other hand Culvers just opened in my home town and Cook Out will open soon and I'll get to try them without waiting for my next trip. But I digress. I had In-N-Out before but I didn't remember it, so when I was in LA I made a point of going to In-N-Out and writing this review. The restaurant was very clean, busy with people that seem to be regulars, and the menu was refreshingly easy to order from because there was just a couple options. The burgers were very good and all the ingredients were fresh and tasty. It was not a big burger, but that is okay to me because the amount was right on and the proportion of meat, bun, lettuce, tomato was the way I like it. I know this is blasphemy, but I think the burger is very similar to Five Guys in size and the use of fresh ingredients, but better and more tasty. However, I was not a big fan of the french fries, which for me is surprising. The texture was not what I expected and as they cooled it got worse. I think the potatoes were fresh and the fries not frozen, but I didn't eat all my fries. I just didn't enjoy them. I suspect if you grow up in CA eating In-N-Out then it is what you remember and know. I am indifferent. The next time I am in CA, I would not seek out In-N-Out, but I would be happy to go if somebody suggested it.

This was a good IN AND OUT branch. It was easy to find. We went from Hilton airport and it was easy to find. Sabe menu like any other location. Although they were busy around lunch time, the orders were ready pretty quick. Burgers and fries were good as well as our coffee. Service was good. Everybody was very attentive and focus on their clients. Restaurant looks clean and organized. Nice experience going here. .

It was to wonderful for words!!! I have never tasted a burger this good in my life! Even the fries were good after we brought them back to the hotel! The waiters and waitresses were so courteous and accomidating!

I get it now! Lived in California for 3 Mos once and I never tried I&OB. Everyone always brags about it so this time I decided to follow my colleagues for lunch. I can honestly say this place was worth the fuss. The fries are cut from whole potatoes right on the spot and the burger was delicious. I ordered my burger "Animal style" without onions. Best fast food in town handstown! Not only is it the best tasting, but it's the best ingredients and it's the cheapest. How they do that? I don't know, but I'm thankful and I love my In-N-Out! Eternal support ❤️💪

There is always a long line at drive through and inside the restaurant. I was able to get my order roughly in 10 minutes after ordering (inside). Very friendly employee. Tasty food as expected! Will revisit!

My boyfriend and I visited In-N-Out on Halloween night. The line wasn’t very busy at first, but it picked up after we got into the drive-thru. The server who took our order seemed a little confused at first, but was very friendly and helpful. The wait was a bit longer than usual, which is understandable for a Halloween night, but our orders were correct. We ended up eating in the car and enjoyed seeing everyone in their costumes. Overall, a fun experience despite the small hiccups.

In-N-Out Burger never disappoints! Delicious burgers, fresh ingredients, and speedy service. Always a go-to spot for a super satisfying meal. Be sure to try their “Animal Fries” if you’re there!

Always good and freshly made while you wait. And the wait is really not as long as it may seem, as long you stick to the menu. You can get a 3x3, 4x4, animal style, whole grilled onions, chopped chillis. Anything you order from In n Out never disappoints.

Fast, friendly, predictable. I say fast... But this place is hopping! I've never seen one that isn't crazy busy all the time. With that, they seem to handle the traffic really well. We probably waited 10-15 minutes but you just know what you're getting into. Worth it. Always good.

Being born and raised in Los Angeles, the first stop off the plane always is and will forever be In-N-Out burger. In my quick trip back to LA this week for a few morbid reasons, In-N-Out was there to ease my pain, my shoulder to cry on. Rather than going into a long winded review about how if one tells me they don't like In-N-Out I know we wont be compatible as human beings and then divulging into great detail about how people need to look for other ways to find value in themselves than just being contrarian for the sake of being contrarian, I will leave you with a quote from the late-great Anthony Bourdain: "Once in awhile, some cruel person starts a rumor that In-N-Out is coming to Brooklyn or one of the Boroughs, everybody in New York goes insane. What can I say about this place? It's the only fast-food chain that I actually like, and think is reasonably good for the world. Whenever I come to L.A.--in fact, one of the reasons I look forward to doing The Taste--is because as soon as I arrive I'll hit the airport In-N-Out, and on my way out of town, after finishing The Taste, I'll pick up another. Every once in a while I'll even buy a big reeking back of burgers with onions and fries and shakes, and I'll bring 'em back through my very nice hotel lobby, and it's really an amazing thing to see. Generally speaking, when you walk through a lobby of a nice hotel with a big reeking bag of fast-food, people look at you like you're low class, like, 'Why are you bringing that in here? We do have a restaurant.' No, nothing but love and admiration, even from the staff. They're like, 'Good going sir, nicely done sir, excellent!'...This is like a ballistic missile, perfectly designed protein delivery system...My favorite restaurant in Los Angeles."

You can't beat quality of food for the price! Good service with good food! But you will have to wait for it, as they do have long lines. Always!

Immaculate In-N-Out. This particularly location was glistening clean at golden hour, service was particularly quick, and the food was alarmingly delicious. Plenty of seating available, and didn’t feel chaotic like some other locations do. Thank you for an incredible last dinner in Los Angeles that we could still afford after burning a hole through our wallet during the trip. Seriously, these prices are insanely good.

Quick bite to eat near LAX. I picked up my kids from LAX and they were starving so we grabbed some burgers before we headed home. This location is only a couple blocks from the airport and we didn’t have any problems with traffic. It’s also a quick in and out off of the road. As always the service is tremendous, I was worried because there were a ton of people inside but they made it go really fast. All the employees are so friendly and have a good attitude. We all got burgers two of them protein style and some animal style fries and drinks, our food came out fast and it was freshly prepared exactly how we wanted it. We chose to sit outside because the weather was nice and they had a large patio with plenty of tables. The restaurant was clean inside and out. The day before I was talking with some friends about in and out. There are better hamburgers out there but with In-N-Out you always know what you’re getting it always is in a clean restaurant and the service is always polite and nice. I dread going to McDonald’s or Burger King as you never know how the staff is going to act and often times the restaurant or bathrooms are dirty. My family and I almost always go to In-N-Out or Chick-fil-A because of the employees and the cleanliness.

Had a layover in LAX and went to get some In-N-Out. It was my first time trying their food and it was a home run. Delicious and amazing value and the price did not hurt as well. Asked for some nice chili pepper on the side which made it even more amazing. Customer service was friendly and you can see the staff putting in the work in the visible kitchen to pump out high quality offerings. The Animal burger was fantastic! Place is so cheap. $4 for a burger!!!! We need an In-N-Out in Boston!

I love this In-n-Out. They make a great burger, and the staff has a smile. It's usually busy around lunchtime, so I try to go a little early to beat the crowd. The double double is the classic meal. I recommend this place 🤙

Love this simple, tasty and consistent establishment! I'm always impressed by the efficiency of all of the in and out staff. my first time to this specific location. There were lots of dine in (indoor and outdoor) tables available as well as a line at the counter that went by quickly. Parking is readily available in the lot attached to the restaurant. If you're using the drive through, there is an attendant helping to process orders and get every one through quickly. I always order the same thing, Hamburger with onions (lettuce, tomato, onion, in and out sauce and fresh french fries). It was delicious, I'm looking forward to visiting again!

In-n-out is always great for a hot, quality burger at a great price. Service here is friendly and quick, which is good as lines can get long, especially the drive thru. The bun has a nice crisp, the meat is well seasoned, and the toppings taste fresh. Be sure to get grilled onions as well. The fries are also crisp and well seasoned, though overall they may be an acquired taste for some.

During one of our trips back home to the West Coast, we made our usual stop for a snack, and as always, I went for the classic two double doubles. The food was fantastic, just like we’ve come to expect. What really stood out this time, though, was how quickly we were served, even with the place being packed. The staff was on top of it, and we were in and out in no time. A great visit all around fast, friendly, and delicious!

In-N-Out is a fantastic place! The service is very friendly, and the tables are cleaned constantly. The food is just amazing - the burger is delicious, and the fries are masterful. I really appreciate that both the burger and fries aren't too greasy. This was my first time here, and I rate it 10/10! :) I highly recommend this place!

First time in California and had to have the infamous In-N-Out Burger. I was mostly impressed with the customer service because the people working the counter were genuinely happy!! I also loved seeing the slicing of potatoes for the freshest fries! While I didn't like the sauce on the burger, I did find that perfect seasoning on the meat. It was definitely worth giving a try before heading back to the east coast!

You know what you find, all the time the same great butterà with crispy french fríe. The team is very young , but gentle and welcoming! It feel like to be back on the 50/60 in the classic California style !

In-N-Out Burger is the best fastfood burger you will ever eat. The flavour and texture is amazing. Definitely give it a try, even tho its unhealthy.

Hector and Adam were the nicest, kindest, most hardworking young gentlemen I’ve ever seen at any In-n-out I’ve ever been to. They were super attentive and accommodating and they cleaned up a mess as soon as they noticed it. Great service.

The food was delicious, as always. But what really stood out were the people. My phone died, and one of the employees was ready to help me right away. I couldn't hold back my emotions, and they even offered me a hug. Truly wonderful people with hearts of gold work at In-N-Out Burger.

My favorite location- food is consistent and great, the line is usually pretty short and moves fast, and there’s ample parking. However, right now it’s all closed down. The lights are off and the drive through is blocked off. Not sure what happened, but just wanted to give people a heads up so they don’t waste time driving over. I’m sure it’ll be open again soon.

My burger traveled from El Segundo, CA to Palm Bay, FL and still tasted like it just clocked out of the grill. The packing was so good I'm convinced NASA helped. The lettuce survived 2,500 miles, the bun was soft, and I swear I heard "California Dreamin'" when I took the first bite. Legendary. 🍔 ✈️

Last night we flew in from Washington, DC and my son was very excited to see the store front. He insisted this would be breakfast. I should have known from the cars being wrapped around the store the food would be amazing. When we walked in the staff were nice and friendly EVERYONE took pride in being ready for work, the uniforms were wrinkle free, and the name tags were visible. The store looked brand new. Please see the attached photos, everything was neatly stocked and the staff take pride in cleanliness. Please note that the store did not just open as there were customers inside the dining room and in line ready to order. Maui & Axel are doing a wonderful job managing the store. The food presentation was a 10/10. Before I go home, it is a must that I stop back by.

A Must-Visit in LA: In-N-Out Burger I visited LA for 14 days, and no trip here feels complete without stopping at this legendary In-N-Out Burger! I ordered a Double-Double, a Cheeseburger, and French Fries—and ended up adding two more servings of fries because they were so good! The fries aren’t oily at all and are some of the best among burger chains (except for Shake Shack and Johnny Rockets, which are on another level with their Angus beef patties). The place is clean, the prices are reasonable, and the taste is fantastic. Absolutely worth visiting and trying when you’re in LA!

For fast food, In-N-Out is a pretty great option. This location usually can be pretty crowded so the drive through and parking lot are usually bustling. It’s much faster to park and walk in. I love that orders can always be modified to your liking. I got a double meat with no spread, and grilled onions and it came out quickly and tasted delicious like any other location.

Fries were great but my burger tasted off this time. I can't quite figure it out but it didn't taste like a normal In-N-Out Burger.

When you have the opportunity to eat at a fast food joint that is not in your area, you have to take advantage of it. In n Out Burger has been around for 75 years. Is it, believe it or not, a family run business with over 400 stores, predominantly on the west coast. Now for the review. The burgers are delicious. I ordered a Double Double with everything. Onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and special sauce. The fries, although pealed and sliced in store, are just ok. They are the thin, shoe string type of fries. I ordered them well done, which made them a little better.th they definitely need salt. Fountain drinks are self-serve with free refills. A nice experience at In n Out Burger, since we don't have any of them on the east coast

Went to this In-N-Out right after landing at LAX at around 10PM. It was close to the airport and the general area was safe. Burgers were great and the service was very up-beat and helpful.

Im biased though because I'll always go for chicken before ground beef. 4 stars because the cheese fries kinda suck lol, the cheese hardens so quick 😭. Above-average fast food restaurant. We ordered two burgers and two fries - the second order was animal style. We wouldn't order the fries animal style again. The burgers were good. It was busy so we probably waited about 15-20 minutes for our food, which is much longer than most fast food restaurants.

As with most In-n-Out locations, it gets busy. I came here around 11AM and had a less than 10 minute wait for food, but by the time I was done eating, there was a line of people waiting. This is a convenient spot, close to LAX, and great for a quick bite before dropping off your car or heading to the airport. As always, the food is consistently good, freshly made and well priced. Always a good choice for the burger lover and make sure you get cheese for your fries!

I have never been to an In-N-Out and was told I need to visit one. While I do not think it was the best cheeseburger I’ve ever had as some have claimed, it was still very good. The cheese is melted just right, and they use white instead of purple onions. All the ingredients tasted fresh and had good flavor. The toasted bun was a nice touch and the fries were nice and crispy, but I seemed to get the bottom of the fry basket as many of my fries seemed to be small fragments. This location is very popular so patience is key. However, the staff is very fast and efficient and move through orders quickly.

The atmosphere was great. The restaurant was very busy but orders were completed at a fast pace. I didn't have to wait long for my food. The food was good, but I feel like the Food didn't reach the Hype level of what people said about it.

Wanted to try the legendary burgers that every west coast person talks about. It was good but nothing mind blowing. The beef patty itself was masked by the sauce and toppings. I think shake shack’s beef is flavored better. Fries were alright. Good burger but not worth all the hype.

1st time I give a 3 star for in n out. My food order was on the counter getting cold because the announcer couldn't call me since someone placed my order receipt on the bottom of my burger. Meat was raw. Fries were saggy and cold. The place looked like a cattle drive.

They keep burning the buns then they are hard to chew not appetizing (gross) please find a better way to toast the bun. It's been happening every time lately it's really a big turn off.

The burgers are very good, iconic. The food comes out slower than you’d expect, even if you consider it fast casual and not fast food. When I visited, the restaurant was crowded and uncomfortable.

I’ve heard so much about in-and-out burger and I had to try it as soon as we landed in LA. It’s the most basic and average burger, not worth the fuss at all. The fries were bad though, didn’t feel like the potato’s were fresh and it was all in little thin pieces. The service was very quick though even it was super busy. I was a little disappointed. Not because it was awful but it was too overrated.

Great burger as usual, nothing to complain about. The fries however sucked. Barely cooked, they were piping hot upon receipt, but quickly turned ice cold within a few minutes, a bit weird. I forgot that you can order them well done. 5 Guys still has the best fries. And if you’re expecting a rich chocolate shake, don’t go to In N Out, it’s basically a vanilla shake with a small amount of chocolate syrup, save the calories and get a soda. All in all, $11 tax incld is a very good value.

Counter service was steadily moving orders through. This crowded the self service soda counter. Seating is plenty but filled up fast. This is our 3rd time trying In n Out and we still dont get the draw. The burgers were thin and dry. The fries were pale and tasteless. The young man cleaning tables was pleasant and helpful.

It was my first time there, I'm from Pittsburgh, so we don't have those there, but I was talked into it's a must stop place. The food and everything was fine for that we needed and the time of evening it was. The food wasn't amazing, but it was decent. The cheese fries had straight up melted slices of cheese which was a little off putting. The burger was cool, but in my opinion not necessarily better than McDonald's and it certainly wasn't better than Burger King and absolutely couldn't even see 5 guys. The service was cool. They were very busy, so they moved the best they could. The atmosphere... It was like a high school cafeteria, or college cafeteria. Kids everywhere high and young adults drunk. Lol .. Not complaining, just giving my assessment. Overall it did the job.

i am very disappointed with the animal fries 😕 i appreciate how affordable the food was and how you could get unlimited , free in-n-out spread, BUT THE FRIES WERE SO STALE AND COLD WHEN I GOT IT !!! i understand that it was kinda really busy when we went, but i was really excited to try the fries fresh. the sauce was pretty good, it was tangy and flavourful. the onions were salty and caramelized and probably the best part. there was also salty cheese and it paired well with the creamy in-n-out spread. the fries were thin and crispy, BUT JUST SO COLD AND DIDNT TASTE VERY FRESH. i do recommend drizzling a bit of the pepper on the fries for a spicy, sour kick.

Rude customers shove past others when there’s ample room to walk around and think it’s acceptable as long as they mutter “excuse me,” and are shocked if you get annoyed by their inconsiderate and selfish behavior, while counter staff display a serious lack of basic customer service skills. This location completely ruined my appetite by employing individuals who engage in discriminatory behavior and assume guests won’t notice their biased conduct. Your staff need serious retraining on professionalism and implicit bias, because the constant judgment and disrespect based on appearances are unacceptable. Confirm ALL numbers before handing off food because I closely watch all food service workers because you’re handling MY food.

Location was not busy. It took more than 20min waiting and I had to complain about the delay to get my order. Received both burger and fries with a terrible taste like it was reheated. I didnt finish eating them :(
