Jersey Mike's Subs

Weirdest Jersey Mike's I've ever been to. Not that that's a bad thing, but system was different. Heads up so anyone who is reading this doesn't get offended by it. I was given a ticket to pay with. At other Jersey Mike's, the person who takes your order just bills you. But food was still great. ❤️ Very clean too. Nice big space.

Zarack, I'm not sure if I'm saying or spelling correctly but really nice, and great service and from entire staff, very nice and accommodating, especially being physically challenged, ordering and speaking and being treated as a valuable customer service. The service was great, love the staff, the food was great, the only thing.....was the pricing. This restaurant would be packed if they could adjust the price just a little bittle. The portion size is perfect. There is nothing wrong except nobody can pay $14.60 for small sandwich and a coke. You can't say well, we use the best ingredients ,because Capriotti uses real turkey (like out of the oven, and people will pay for that)

The portion size is perfect. There is nothing wrong except nobody can pay $14.60 for small sandwich and a coke. The experience you will have at this Jersey Mike's is nothing short of sublime. The minute you walk in to this restaurant you are warmly greeted by the staff. If you catch the lunch rush, don't fret for your order will be taken far more quickly than you can imagine...this staff doesn't like to keep their customers waiting. The care each employee takes with the crafting of your sandwich is unmatched. My Turkey Provolone #7 (Mike's Way) is always made to perfection. The love each employee will put into your sandwich may only be rivaled by that of a mother's love of their child. I look forward to every experience I have in this great establishment and I can't wait to go back.

Pretty small interior and a tight parking lot. Shares the lot with Ralphs so it's busy. I always use the app to pre-order. If you give them 15 minutes or so, it will be waiting for you when you arrive. So far, has always been the right order. Good sandwiches and quick if you use the app. Enjoy!

I recently, & I mean as in last week discovered Jersey Mike's. So I was pretty happy I found this location while I was looking for a lunch place during my work day yesterday. The food looked and tasted great! That rosemary n Parmagan bread was really good too! Overall the service was fast & friendly. I did have a little issue with my order when it came time to have my "fixins" added to my sandwich. (remember, I'm new to this place) She asked me if I "wanted it Mike's way" and unfortunately I didn't hear her correctly and thought she asked if I wanted it "microwaved", I thought hmm to maybe warm up the bacon or melt the cheese or such, and I'm like sure! The she starts putting all these toppings I dont typically want. And when I asked what she was doing she was pretty confused at my confusion... But, after my slight embarrassment at misunderstanding she was understanding and had my order done over. It was tasty!

Wow. Talk about quality sub sandwiches! I have not had one in a long time because I thought they were all the same, but not Jersey Mike's. Fresh ingredients and bread so soft your mouth will melt. My wife and I have been here at least once a week. Remember to download their app and join their club.

Had the Jersey Mike craving so headed over to their store in El Segundo and hit the lunch time rush. About 12 to 15 in line but the owner had six to eight employees working away in the line went quickly. The place was clean and tidy the food was delicious as always so five stars for them. I did have my moment of cringe when I went to pay the bill. Great food but I still think it's overpriced they need to have some kind of lunch deals for the Working World

The customer service was Awesome. I Ordered 5 large subs for a kids birthday party. Asked that they be double wrapped, wrapped, cut in 1/4, then wrapped again, that way I could pass out the sandwiches and not touch them. All the dressing on the side, Oil, vinegar, mayo on the side, and napkins, paper plates provided. It was perfectly packages and ready to go right on time. They even called to make sure I was on my way, and it was ready. EVERYTHING was beyond my expectations. This took a lot of stress off my plate. Thank you for a job well done!! Oh, and the sandwiches were excellent too.

I let it go, because my son can eat the larger sub anyway, and I can eat the other flavor bread. He was very polite and everyone else there was very supportive and nice. Food was good and everything was fresh, which it typical for all the Jersey Mike's around here. Great place for a good sub.

Jersey Mikes is pretty consistent so, not much to say that hasn't already been said I placed a mobile order and it was ready on time. I was greeted upon entry and the staff was friendly and attentive. The product was made and packaged well. Jersey Mikes is in my food rotation!

The way of Chicken cook so Salty and I did not finished the whole sandwich. Someday is cook good and some other day are terribles.

Totally over priced for such a small sub. My daughter and I WERE excited to order online. It had said that each sandwich would feed two people at least ...NOT. I will not go into detail with each sandwich (5 of them $$56.00) that we did buy, to tell you more about the experience but since it wasn't a very good one ,I would rather not waste my time. Being in the industry for more than 24 years I did expect a little bit more.

10/9/18 someone reached out to me to apologize privately. I asked that they provide me with the manager's name so that they could do it properly in person since their staff had no problem humiliating me publicly. That request was not honored. Then, they send me a card to get a free drink WITH PURCHASE and a card to get some basic sandwich at a location different from the one where I was scrutinized. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere. Always speak with the adult in the room if possible! I have been to this location on two occasions. On both occasions, the older lady that was present stepped in to make sure I got the service that was expected. This last time, she had to intervene again because the staff was not listening. I specifically ordered the big kahuna because it comes with extra cheese. I asked that they hold the onions, pepper and jalapenos (because I have digestive issues, but I didn't disclose that because it's really none of their business). It's about $0.50 than the regular cheese steak. When I got to the counter to pay, the person making my sandwich instructed the cashier to ring up a cheese steak with extra cheese. I quickly corrected him. I ordered a big kahuna. Omitting the vegetables isn't reason enough to try to charge me $4 more for extra cheese, especially when the sandwich I ordered already came with it. I've ordered my sandwich like this before and had no problems. So, why do they think they have the right to charge me extra?! Then, they proceeded to argue with ME about it until the adult on shift stepped in. How hard is it to listen? What gives them the right to argue with me about my sandwich order?! You don't get to change my order in an effort to charge me more! I'm not sure what it is about establishments in El Segundo, but I will not be bullied around by those meant to provide great customer service to all. If I could give them no stars, I would. I still wound up with peppers in my dang sandwich! There's another one close by on Century Blvd. I would suggest you go there so you don't get berated about your order! *9/20/18 I was told to contact their marketing contact, but no one has reached out to me.

Horrible customer service it’s a shame. No one said can I help you or nothing just playing with each other around the food. No hair net hair hat hair everywhere. Very unprofessional No thanks I will go elsewhere with my money..

Dropped in today for my usual sub from this place . I notice a different staff and unfortunately I'm going to have to say the quality service dropped from high standards it once held . The young lady who took my order had a demanding tone without a friendly face. After I told her I wanted a giant 9 on the grill she repeated my order to me and completely ignored it . She then placed the wrong order size on the grill . After bringing up the error to the young man up next to assist me he then placed the other half of my order on the grill . After my subs were ready he asked how did I want it. I told him Mike's way with no tomato. He then proceeded to talk and laugh with his coworkers and then placed tomatoes on my sub . After addressing him 3 times he finally stopped joking with his Coworkers, apologized and corrected it . The amount of time in line increased a noticeable amount as well. This review is only for this location all other locations I've been too always have the great service Jersey Mike's is known for . I recommend to managment more training for new staff to get the quality of service back up to where it was once held .

Had a bogo coupon in app the terms didn’t mention it wouldn’t be inapplicable in certain stores, but store employees told me it was invalid at this location and didn’t honor coupon. Don’t blame employees this is probably the owners policy. Frustrating because I would have gotten a smaller size had I known
