This has the Best Buttermilk. The staff is super friendly. They also have flavored creamer vanilla and hazelnut that's always a plus in my book.I'll be coming back to this place multiple times within the next month I'm working down that way

Very great place to come and have a donut. Owner of the shop is very sweet and friendly. He's always trying to make me laugh. Probably has the freshest doughnuts in El segundo.

If you want a no frills place delivering excellent standards, this is the place to go. Got a chocolate glazed old-fashioned, honey dipped chocolate, cinnamon crumble, apple fritter & devil's foodcake. Honestly, some of the best doughnuts I've had. Really enjoyed the honey dipped. The apple fritter was the perfect texture. All the doughnuts were the correct amount of moisture- not too dry. This place really kind of blew our minds. A hidden gem!

After having a BBQ, a few of us wanted dessert and walked over to Luckys Donuts. We got a half dozen donuts and, of course, an amazing apple fritter. Nice little spot close to the airport and even got to see an A380 take-off from LAX.

Lucky's in my opinion is the Best donut shop in LA! Open late! Even after Midnight. Donuts are always fresh shop is my favorite place to go for iced lemon filled and strawberry jelly donuts. 5-stars I high ly recommend Lucky's.🤩

Always fresh! Always open! You’d expect a 24 hour donut place to have stale donuts at some point in the day but I’ve been here at all hours and have never encountered a stale donut. Even during this pandemic! Every flavor I’ve tried so far has been outstanding and the service is always quick and polite. No matter what type of donut you’re craving (raised, cake, jelly, buttermilk, fritter, old fashioned) they do all of them and they do them better than any other places around here. They accept credit card but I always bring cash because $5 goes a long way at Lucky’s 🍩

The bismark is delicious! The staff is nice. However, the primary counter person always gives me side eye when I use my credit card. It's 2019, sweet cheeks, suck it up....people are using cash less and less.

I had the blueberry cake donut from here and it was excellent. Better than the donut chains. Small business, cheap, good service. Check em out.

The selection of donuts is good, I don't typically get those, though, unless it was something different. I got the Jalapeño, Ham, and Cheese crossiant, and it was really good. This place looks like a little hole in the wall shop, and it is little, but the quality is good. If you're in the area, it's a good stop if you like donuts and want to support a local business.

Service is absolutely great. Everyone must try the tiger tail. I've also tried the donut holes need to be fried a little longer. Great coffee and always clean inside and outside.

It was a great experience small donut shop but it looked like it had its usual regulars that enjoys their customer service. The variety wasn't that much but they had unique selections like sprinkle covered donut holes

I used to recommend this shop. But unfortunately I stopped by today and found the quality has gone down. Plus they no longer make my favorite donut, the toasted coconut. Oh well, nothing stays the same. I judge them to be mediocre.

DIRTY PLACE. I seen the lady that works there touching money then the donuts without washing her hands. Please stay away to avoid getting sick.

If I could give this place a zero I would ! Stale donuts, fly covered donuts, and poooooooor customer service ! The Asian lady is rude and when asked to warm a donut was very disrespectful and stated you don’t WARM DONUTS ! She threw my change at me and gave additional attitude when I asked what her problem was !

I'm sorry but I bought 1 ham and cheese and 3 donuts plus some donut holes and everything except one donut was stail and tough to chew. They don't have enough cheese to dough ratio and so it feels like your chewing on hard bread. The ham and cheese would have been better had it had just a bit more cheese. To be honest places like this make me feel like they use little product as possible on purpose to save money. Won't be returning.

If you are feelin lucky, then go ahead and spend your hard earned money here. But Seriously, DON'T!! Lousy donuts, tasted like Winchell's (NASTY). When I walked in the place no one was in it. Staff was rude as hell and seemed as though I was wasting his time. I will never step foot in this place again and will encourage anyone I know to go someplace else.

I’ve patronized this location since 1988. This afternoon I ordered two donuts and handed the female associate a $20.00. She gave me $11.00 and change. When I questioned her about the price of each donut she said she gave me $16.00 and change back and I emptied my pockets and wallet in front of her and said I’m sorry, you did not. She became argumentative with me and I simply gave the donuts back to her and this is not conducive to good business by not providing accurate change to your clientele. She then spoke harsh at me as I was leaving. Unfortunately this will be the last time I patronize this business. If the $5.00 she is trying to gain is with the loss of a client, then so be it. 08/03/2025 5:40 p.m.

I go to pay the $4.50 for the rest of my order and the employee said she can’t take card unless I spend more money to meet their minimum credit card allowable. If the employee got my order correct in the first place I wouldn’t need to run my card again. I don’t mind the mistake, or waiting, what bothers me is the employee trying to get me to buy more donuts to meet their minimum credit card vs just making her mistake right.

Instead, we searched for another 24 hour donut place and came across Lucky's. The apple fritter didn't have any apple in it and the outside wasn't crispy and the inside wasn't gooey. We also bought a blueberry jelly filled and I kid you not. It had maybe a couple of tablespoons of the jelly. That's it. Next time my wife has a craving for a late night donut I'm going to buy her a Zinger at 7/11 and skip the bad donuts from here.
