Shake Shack is very consistent across the board. The food is good and the atmosphere in Dallas is very relaxing. It has a park-like feel and very relaxing. Great service and management. The only thing that I can say that is different is that not all locations serve eggs. The airport locations serve breakfast but that is the only thing that can be sad that's not at all locations.

At first I was put off by the prices and the fact that they don’t have a “meal” option; everything is separate. But I am glad that I gave it a try anyway. The burger was hands down one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The burger patty was extremely flavor looks fresh and it paired perfectly with the bun. Let’s get to their pickles. I loved their crunch pickles. I’m not a fan of crinkle cut fries; but these were one of the best I had. I was here at about 8:30 on a Thursday and there was no line. The decor of this place is super cute. They have a foos ball table. If your in the area and give this place a try. The food is with the price.

Was great . Clean . Delicious food . Kids where playing fooseball which is great but noise levels were very echoey and made it very loud and chaotic for those without kids throughout the dining area. My kids weren't paying and if they did...they would probably sound the same. It's not the kids having fun, it's the room. They need to do something about quieting the rooms evhoe to make it a pleasant place for all to enjoy a burger.

You really can’t go wrong with a ShackBurger, and this El Segundo location (conveniently located in The Point) delivers exactly what you expect from the brand. It’s a great spot for a quick, high-quality bite after some shopping or before heading to LAX. What I Loved: • Consistency is Key: The ShackBurger was perfectly smashed with those crispy edges, and the Crinkle-Cut Fries were hot and well-seasoned. • The Atmosphere: This location has a great indoor-outdoor flow. The patio at The Point is fantastic for people-watching or enjoying the SoCal weather while you eat. • Tech-Friendly: Using the kiosks for ordering was a breeze, and the food came out surprisingly fast despite the lunch rush. Why Not 5 Stars? • The Price Point: Let’s be real—by the time you add a burger, fries, and a shake, you’re looking at a $20+ "fast food" meal. It’s delicious, but it’s definitely a premium price for the portion size. • Parking Hustle: Parking at The Point can be a bit of a nightmare during peak weekend hours or Friday nights. You might have to circle the lot a few times. • Limited Seating: During the busy hours, finding a clean table can be a bit of a scavenger hunt. Final Verdict: It’s one of the most reliable burgers in the South Bay. If you’re looking for a step up from a standard drive-thru and don't mind the "upscale fast-casual" price tag, this is your spot.

The Baseline

The Baseline: For a Burger-joint the burgers, fries, and drinks are prepared well, done with properly applied ingredients that should taste good, and any unique offerings should not take away from the basis of the burger itself. Food: Shake Shack is a chain and it comes with the expectation of the same quality you get with a chain. Shake Shack is good to exceptional on what they serve. Burgers are always good with a smash-burger-esque type of preparation (think smash burger but not enough crispy edge). The ingredients are superior to fast food burger ingredients and the bun is brioche-esque. The fries are crinkle cut with a good crispness and pillowy inside, salted well. The shakes are real ice cream and sweet. Service: Good solid service at a Shake Shack. Friendly and to the point of getting food to you. Ambiance: This location is pretty fun with a foozeball and shuffle board games in the restaurant (fun for kids). There is an outside patio and the area feels safe. Clean bathrooms.

Good burgers, great chicken sandwich, great fries, solid shakes, though the inevitable burger size-to-price ratio will be compared to In-n-Out; you go here for more options, and should expect to pay more. This location has ample parking if you arrive before noon, after that parking is quite difficult (will hopefully improve after construction in plaza is finished). Line speed is reasonable, wait for food is average.

Burger was great. Very flavorful. The fries on the other hand were terrible. Ice cold and tasted like they were sitting out for a while. I've had better fries at Wendy's. Service was good and they made a fresh order. Come for the burgers and shakes. Don't get the fries here.

The service and atmosphere was great but it's a rip off in terms of the price they charge for everything here, from their burger to their shakes. Food tasted pretty good other than the cheese on the fries, tasted a bit more like plastic in my opinion (highly processed). Don't come here looking for best bang for your buck. You get smaller than a McDonald's cheesburger looking burger for almost 12 bucks. Nothing against the workers, they were all pretty friendly.

Ordered the Shack Burger and 'Shroom Burger. The Shroom Burger, the vegetarian option, was nicely put together and it is delicious, although it is a little small for the price, almost $10 with tax added. However, the Shack Burger is disappointing. Look at my picture with the Shack Burger. The Burger looks so sad and unappetizing. The hamburger patty was so small. Tasted normal, nothing to shout about. I remember it was really good when I tried it in New York couple of years ago. Parking is crazy here during lunch hour. This little plaza has a few restaurants sharing the same parking area and it is fully packed at lunch time. Come early before the lunch crowd to get a decent space.

Indoor and outdoor seating is available. They do serve alcohol. It’s good for big groups as well as kids. You order first and receive a number. Credit cards accepted. Free parking but it’s a small, busy lot. I got the hot ones chicken sandwich which came with a sauce that wasn’t really spicy. I got cheese fries as well, although I think if you want more cheese sauce, you may consider having it on the side in a separate container. Fries are crinkle cut. There’s cornhole and foosball to occupy your time.

i ordered delivery from Uber Eats and requested burgers without onions or tomatoes. Of course the burgers had them on there. The fries were also cold. The delivery was prioritized so there was no reason for cold fries and lukewarm burgers. Truly a waste of money.

If you like fat. If you like food that is soaked through in oil. This is the place for you. I tried the beef burger and the chicken burger. Berger's chicken has mini bread, and the chicken itself is covered in butter, I didn't even taste the chicken, just the fat.

I placed an order for 2 beef burgers and a portion of fries at 8:00 PM. The quality of the food was unacceptable. The issue was clearly related to the preparation method. It can best be described as an example of how to ruin otherwise good ingredients. The beef patties were severely overcooked, black in color, and tasted burnt. There was an excessive amount of oil — it was literally dripping onto the tray. The burger bun was disproportionately small compared to the size of the patty and did not cover even half of it. In addition, the bun was completely soaked in grease. The amount of mayonnaise mixed with melted cheese was excessive and overflowed from the burger packaging. The overall execution, presentation, and balance of ingredients were far below acceptable standards.
